We usually add the BBC teasers and cast lists for forthcoming episodes as they become available, plus the Radio Times and other previews when possible. Feel free to add anything else you come across, e.g. cast news, scriptwriter tweets!

He has visited at least once in recent months. I think.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 09/07/2026 16:01

Mercifully without giving tongue, mostly.

BadlydoneHelen · 09/07/2026 16:22

Do you think the shocking allegation connected to Linda could be her dog and the Brookfield sheep worrying? Or has that already been discounted?

Gonners · 09/07/2026 16:24

Perhaps Lynda has run off with Jim! Now that would give them all something to tut about.

FatRosie · 09/07/2026 16:27

Hello @BadlydoneHelen . Badly done. You reminded me of who said it.
Smile

I'd forgotten about the dog savaging the sheep.

Monty Snell is Innocent!

Maybe Harrison has upduffed someone Oop North and is behaving more than usually tediously. Wasn't there some suspicion that he was "involved" with a colleague? But frankly, who cares ... as long as the actor gets another job soon and disappears permanently.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 09/07/2026 22:23

I think the colleague had several behbehs and he enjoyed playing pretend families.

Who might be a high-ranking guest. I'd be pleased if it was Anne or Sophie but I've got it into my head that it will be Bald Clareing.
Not sure why I think it's a she.

It probably won't be Harry Kane.

I'm pleased Smile. HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh seems a good person. I'm fairly local to them and I've not heard a bad word about her.

You have a great crystal ball! It was good to hear a royal and for them to sound natural and like a normal person.

I'm firmly with Tracy, I wouldn't recognise her either...

FatRosie · 11/07/2026 15:14

Thanks, she was good wasn't she.
I don't normally like the cameos and I didn't really like the script but she sounded completely natural.

I'm not particularly a royalist, but I'm not anti either.

At least it wasn't Bald Clareing. Nothing particularly against her but she seems to be everywhere.

The England-Norway match is tonight. Go England!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 11/07/2026 21:27

Go Norway. if they win, maybe the boring twerps who paint everything with a St George Cross in a vandalish way will stop doing it for a while. It is downright distracting when it's zebra crossings.

FatRosie · Yesterday 11:03

@AskingQuestionsAllTheTime , The St George's flag painters are not necessarily football fans. I doubt that England not progressing in the World Cup would stop the flag painting.

There are very few zebra crossings where I live. The one I can think of, and used to use daily, is dangerous. Drivers don't seem to see it.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · Yesterday 12:16

The reason I connected it to the World Cup was that there was an outbreak of red crosses on street furniture round her last month, where none had been before. It coincided with St George flags outside houses and painted onto the sides of white vans and flying as pennants from the back windows of cars.

Who won?

FatRosie · Yesterday 12:33

I think the recent spate would have been related to the football but I think that having national pride is not the same as being anti-immigration.

England. 2-1. Well done England!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · Yesterday 15:24

There is definitely a difference between nationalism and patriotism....

Gonners · Yesterday 15:36

Indeed, though the latter is often used to disguise the former.

Treetreetreetree · Yesterday 21:59

Sophie sounded great. I agree with everyone saying she was very natural.

It's so sad when the older voices I grew up with start to disappear. I wonder how they will handle her death?

I'm worried about the actor who plays Jim - I miss him as a character. I was surprised at the age of the actress who plays Shula is as she always sounds very youthful.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · Today 13:50

She was voicing Archers children when she was well into her forties, I think.
