Spoilers thread for The Archers. All Archers listeners are welcome here, whether you post on our main Archers thread or not. There's just one rule: please keep all spoiler-related discussion in this thread and do not spill the beans on the main Archers thread.

We usually add the BBC teasers and cast lists for forthcoming episodes as they become available, plus the Radio Times and other previews when possible. Feel free to add anything else you come across, e.g. cast news, scriptwriter tweets!

It can be but it probably wouldn't be so why risk it?
I can't eat set custard like in custard tarts.

I'd make eggy bread with it.

Bread pudding is very nice and not custardy. I'm not keen on eggy bread for some reason.

(I have absolutely no idea why we're talking about this instead of TA spoilers, but crack on if you feel the need!)

Gluten-free bread is no good for b&b pudding or for French toast, and although my home-made spelt bread is fine for both, when I make it I tend to save it for toast to go with my breakfast poached eggs.

I like porridge but get hungry within a few hours of eating it, so more likely to have it for lunch that for breakfast. And eat it with sugar, which would have scandalised my west of Ireland mother who had hers salted, with the milk in a separate cup.

My fault because I mentioned porridge. Bread pudding is very nice and not custardy. It shouldn't be but I've had some that was. Put me off forever. It was like custard tart with bread in it. I don't like vanilla.
I'm not keen on eggy bread for some reason. I rarely have it and I don't normally eat fried food, so I will only eat one I've made myself.

Back to the spoilers.
Might Eddy and Clarrie be giving up the turkeys and handing the cider over to Keira?

Ed is going to find something bad at the rewilding. The one I'm thinking of is something like no or inadequate insurance for the trees affected by the drought and storm.

Zainab will decide to become a police officer. (already pp)

The week 8-13 November seems intriguing.
If Alan is suspended from being a vicar, would he and Usha be temporarily be homeless?
I hope nothing bad happens to Kirsty and the unborn Kirstrik.

I look forward to the Esme x Josh partnership (with or without shared bed).

Love porridge, have it nearly every day. Oats, water, salt - and a selection of peanut butter, banana, apple, cinnamon, pear, cocoa powder, soaked goji berries, maple syrup...

On the official podcast on Friday they said they might move to a local radio studio - maybe BBC Hereford & Worcester, or Gloucester?

I have been to the Mailbox but it's about 10 years ago, I don't think the studio actually took up all that much space.

I did a tour of The BBC in Cardiff a few years ago (recommended; the studios are right by the main railway station), where they record radio and TV programmes. The drama-recording studio wasn't massive and presumably they could move a lot of the electronic kit from the old Birmingham building: https://www.bbc.co.uk/aboutthebbc/cymruwales/production-facilities/audio/dylan-thomas-studio
The Tea Factory is built so presumably the planned space is already sat there waiting to be fitted out.

I admit to only having seen headlines and not much more - but I’m struggling to understand why anyone would think it a good idea to separate the locations of production and recording.
