Kathy is Ian's boss isn't she? As manager. Think they've remembered her name at least once in the past few Matt-at-GG weeks. In fact wasn't it last night - Lexi said something about how someone (Ian?) wouldn't be able to dodge Kathy forever? (Municipal fireworks outside my window though, could hardly hear anything.)

Anyone worked out what the old drama serial was that Noluthando downloaded for Peggy, the one with nudity and incest? I'm tentatively thinking "I, Claudius" - I don't specifically remember nudity, but I'm reasonably sure Caligula was into incest.

DD (25) demanded to know last night why they have made Tiger all bad. I think her sojourn sans TA at University has coloured her memory somewhat, however it's nice that she cares.

Poor Christine. What a complete nightmare this is going to be. Surely we are due for some more Lilian/Justin wedding discussions & an update on the whereabouts of the Dower House sale proceeds.

I find the constant references to "wedding planning" really annoying. FFS, it's a while since I got married but I'm pretty sure that organising the wedding did not occupy me 24 hours a day & wasn't the sole topic of conversation with other people.

I think the wedding planning references are purely to remind us that Justin is in London and it’s looking increasingly unlikely that there will be a wedding - Lillian just hasn’t told anyone yet. Jenesuispasvotremiel I’m completely with your daughter on this one and I don't have the excuse of having been away at university. A combination of SOC, Ambridge Extra and Huge Canoe contrived to turn wide boy Matt into crooked Matt and now there’s no going back. All part of the tv soapification of Ambridge. Most unsatisfactory.
