Eeek. Who did Phillip bury under the concrete at The Stables?

I missed the episode with the Shula-Philip frisson that others have mentioned. But St Shula's always going hot-knickered for other men: Richard, when he hove back into view (has he vanished again?) and that ludicrous, poorly-suppressed-sexually-motivated possessiveness over Alan The Vicar when he had the temerity to marry Usha and incur Slugula's disapproval. Poor, poor Alistair.

There wasn't so much frisson in the end. It went a bit into a marriage guidance session, but I suppose that could be a, "he just doesn't understand me these days," situation.

She was on shaky ground, I thought, confiding in Phillip, She barely knows him.

I think she's utterly bored in life. I would be if I were her.

I think Matt videoed Balthazzar's check up, then bought the cheaper horse and is pocketing the difference of £65k between the £75k sent by his associates to buy Baltahazzar and the £10k the cheaper horse cost.

I actually quite enjoyed James playing Hastings (?). He was quite amusing. Minor boop in a mess of a storyline.

One thing that has been on my mind for a while is Elizabeth's life threatening heart condition. She had an ICD fitted which has lots of potential for drama - I know because I have one too - but AFAIK it hasn't been mentioned since the initial storyline.
Presumably the writer who came up with it has left and no one else knew what to do with it.

Would Matt risk life and limb for £10k though?

It would be £65K (the difference between the £75K and £10K), so maybe...

Sorry! - yes, of course I see now where and why Matt might find it profitable. Haven't been following the story line (because, like, do I care?) and just skimming the posts. Shouldn't be commenting really, given my lack of engagement with the actual radio programme at present. But hey! opine without knowledge: isn't that what the internet is largely for?

Lizzies heart condition was last mentioned when she had the twins?

Has Richard gone AWOL?! Is he holed up in the phantom fourth bedroom at Brookfield with Ben?

Didn't Lizzie's heart condition surface again when Phil'N'Jill were divvying up Brokefailed and she threatened to thcweam and thcweam until she was thick if she didn't get her way?

And yes, I thought Richard and Lizzie was going to be a slowly-developing romance but it was SOC who brought him back and Huge Canoe seems to have forgotten he was there.
