Sorry but I couldn't resist an opportunity for puns galore Grin

Sounds like Liz is expecting her to move out pretty soon! And does it really take so long to decide on geese?

Are Jen and bri going to get high? Weird that Jenny is now carols number one fan

BYOSnowman · 30/09/2015 19:11

And fgs, not a will they won't they play sl again

Gruach · 30/09/2015 19:12

Oh God! I've almost choked on my supper over Jenny considering "care and compassion" at the end of Brian's life.Grin

TopazRocks · 30/09/2015 19:14

Brine is such a hypocrite. Only last year he wanted nobody to mention his 70th.

BYOSnowman · 30/09/2015 19:28

'I'd rather be slowly poisoned'

Was that Brian predicting what carol has put in the cordial?

TopazRocks · 30/09/2015 19:33

How big a dog is Scruff? I always imagined a little one, so how realsitic is it that he can murder deer? Or maybe size doesn't matter in the dog world. Esp. the hungry dog world.

Was thinking too about possible converstions. Emma and Ed could discuss Knob - though i am less sure that Ed plays cricket these days. Then he could mention Emma's concerns with his mum who could talk to Soosan in the dairy. Then she could keep an eye, drop some hints with Fallon once she sets up next door, ....

I like the idea of the euthanasia story not being over. it was too quicka n ending. i just hope they give it a decent whirl, but I ahve no idea how the script team might play this SL, and no confidence in them doing it well. Esp. as the BBC isn't famous for rockign the boat really.

R4 · 30/09/2015 19:43

Scruff is/was quite big. IIRC he was a bit of a handful which is why Shula/Dan gave him up to Lynda.

I rofl'd at JD telling Brine about Carol's 'care and compassion'. If only Brine knew what she was talking about ...

Gruach can I have a gold star? I seem to have killed the rogue thread.Grin

CuttedUpPear · 30/09/2015 19:48

Well done Gruach

I haven't got any gold stars but you can have one of these babies Grin

Torch

Mind you extinguish your butt though

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 30/09/2015 19:51

The hyperemesus was a realistic suggestion . It was a bet that it won't be long before we have one in enders on the radio soapland because that's what lazy sw do. There was a phase where everyone had ectopics, then phantoms etc. Everyone is sick has weurd cravings is standing when their waters break etc. No one ever has TTS or placenta previa or problems walking or anaemia or piles though. Not to mention stitches, months of bleeding, stress incontinence...piles. but hyperemesis is glam. The royals have it.

Yy i heard I cannot be pg as I haven't decuded to be pg therefore I am not pg.

And the vomiting does seem anxiety related. But I still think pg is likely.

Travelledtheworld · 30/09/2015 19:52

I think it's a Puma killing the deer. We periodically have mysterious deer kills in this part of country not too far from Borsetshire.

Gruach · 30/09/2015 19:55

If it's true you may be congratulated - but I think it might have suffered fatal discombobulation even prior to your intervention.Grin

Gruach · 30/09/2015 19:57

Unfortunate cross post!

selsigfach · 30/09/2015 19:58

Scruff has always been a little ankle nipper in my mind! Can't see Lynda having a 'proper' dog.

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 30/09/2015 20:12

Right enough there was a big cat sl...

LillianGish · 30/09/2015 20:47

If it was Scruff, wouldn't he just go home? I don't have a dog, but I have seen The Incredible Journey Grin

Joskar · 30/09/2015 21:16

Fil has a border terrier and she takes down deer given half a chance. Phezzies are easy pickings. Needless to say she is never ever allowed off a lead. I'd always imagined Scruff as being a border terrier because they are a very scruff breed and totally wilful. Quite small though.

BertrandRussell · 30/09/2015 21:45

Please will you fil's Border terrier have a word with ours? She was completely discombobulated by crisp packet this morning......

BertrandRussell · 30/09/2015 21:47

Gruach- I said discombobulated before I read your post.............

JessieMcJessie · 01/10/2015 00:09

I had it in my mind that Scruff was a German Shepherd, not my imagination, but based on something said in the programme. I also remember, like Gruach, that he was given up by Shula and Dan as too much for Dan to handle as a young boy.

Bea · 01/10/2015 00:19

Heavenly Heather

ha! ha! Has anyone posted this yet???

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 01/10/2015 00:19

Thinking back to big cat sl. Did the Grundy's not have a hand it that? Did they run something over? And I am sure Scruff qas involved too along with Lynda and maybe Jim.

PseudoBadger · 01/10/2015 06:13

I think that Eddie is poaching...
I've always seen Scruff as a medium to large sized black shaggy GSD cross

OP posts:
SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 01/10/2015 08:00

Eddie wouldn't poach Will's birds.

PseudoBadger · 01/10/2015 08:04

Well I hope not.

Bea that's brilliant. I think I might give up TA and just follow this thread instead Grin
