5in, sounds a nightmare. Hope he feels ok.
Nicola DDs sometimes did the peeing on arrival in our bed thing. I think the sensation of needing to go wakes them and then they just head for mummy. Gets the blood pumping eh?
I just won a prize in a mumsnet competition. I entered all of them last week or two weeks ago and have won a chrysanthemum bag with goodies in it. Yay.

EnchantedWithGordon · 11/05/2010 11:19

how much should I be looking to pay for this, collected?

does it look ok?

NICOLA, Does the buggy board sfit well with it?

5inthebed · 11/05/2010 11:23

Ooo lovely Dunoon. I'm still waiting or my Cadbury hamper

Dis, nipper looks good. Sure Nicola said bugy board is good with it.

Divatheshopaholic · 11/05/2010 11:46

Well done winning competition. I added my fav names and won £100 Asda vouchers
Im off to Home Bargains to see if they got Dylon Colur run save stuff. The bras alone will cost me under hundred pounds

Here we go again!!!!!! The baby jogger classic has arrived.Guess what it is wider than the Elite I can't get it out my livingroom door which rang alarm bells and would not even shove out the front door. Ahhhhhhhhhrrrrrrrr. Sick to death of all this palava. Just hope i can sent this back.

EnchantedWithGordon · 11/05/2010 12:41

aww no basi,

I feel like that at the moment,

I thought I was all good with the BJCC and baby stroller but the BJ doesn't fit a board properly and now I'm stressed out,

am sick of it all

nicolamumof3 · 11/05/2010 13:10

enchanted you honestly cannot go wrong with nipper and board. you need extenders but it worked fab when tate was 3yr 3m he used it daily for 3m head fits under bar was great as so light. Deffo deffo recommend. theres black one on for sale board and it will be as new as i know who's selling it!

5inthebed · 11/05/2010 13:17

Oh no Basl! I thouht it was meant to be thinner? Definitely send it back if you can.

Still waiting for courier. It did say out for delivery, but now saying in transit. No idea if that means it will get delivered today or not.

basl · 11/05/2010 13:33

Hiya, yes it is thinner but the wheels stick out much wider than the Elite although the wheels seem thinner. They have a huge decorative piece on either side and there is no way no how this would fit any the doors in my house. Should i just keep using the bjcm and be done with it. The nursery run will stop in Dec summer anyway.

Enchanted so feel for you too. You seem to be always on a mission too. Fingers crossed you get that nipper then.

nicolamumof3 · 11/05/2010 13:36

grrr for you basl. how annoying.

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 14:13

Oh nooooooooooooooo Basl I don't believe it!

I would stick with the city mini then tbh?

Congrats on winning Dunoon - you prompted me to enter too after 5in won and then you said you had entered them all I will kepp trying

FlyMeToDunoon · 11/05/2010 14:23

Oh basl sooo annoying for you. I well rembember the MB's wheel knobs hitting the door frame every bleeding time. Trying to remember the narrowest one had.
Fingers crossed for you maxy. It's only taken me a year and a half to win anything
Mind you I don't often enter the ones that require tips cos I haven't got any.

BexieID · 11/05/2010 14:27

basl, what about a MB Swift?

Erin was sick this morning, everywhere. Had to change our bedding and bath her. Shes got a cold, so may have coughed too much, iykwim.

5in, hope DS1 is feeling better. I'm surprised Toms not done something like that yet. He's always banging his head on something!

Divatheshopaholic · 11/05/2010 14:28

oh no Basl. How annoying is that? If the seats are narrower why the wheels are wider
Btw, i went out and bought Dr.Beckmann colour run remover and my washing is one now. Fingers crossed it save my white clothes.
Got to go out for school run now.

basl · 11/05/2010 16:21

oh maybe i could look at the mb swift but don't know if my gorgeous chunker of a boy would fit
Diva well done on the washing and toilet training
Congrats flyme, enjoy your prize

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 16:27

Basl sorry I meant to say thank you - AGAIN for posting that stuff, will email you abou it though!! x

Volo gone, no fees and cash in hand, lovely. Hope to get a cheapy one now, then might jazz it up

basl · 11/05/2010 16:34

Maxy you are most welcome my dear. Glad things are going your way and bet you have that got rid of one and getting another feeling now.
I am bloodywell looking at mountain buggys i am going loooooopy.

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 16:44

I know what you mean about the wheels - you have the sport version I am guessing - same as me? hence the xtra bit on the wheels! Is it that much wider? Just measured mine and from "fancy" hub to hub on wheels it is 27.5" wide - obviously that is the elite, just wondered if the normal wheels would make a difference rather than sport wheels?

basl · 11/05/2010 16:50

The sport wheels really stick out and look a lot wider. But the strange thing is maxy the classic wheels are not as thick as the elite. Still 12in but more like nipper wheels. So work that one out. It is the decerotive thingy that sticks out. I could not get it out my livingroom not even with a push. Laughable actually gone from bad to worse. Anyway not to worry worst things in life than pushchairs that don't fit. Should be gratefull i have one in the first place.

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 16:50

Basl - did you say the dakar was too wide also?

5inthebed · 11/05/2010 16:56

Micralite arrived. It's as lovely as I remember. So one happy bunny with that.

Not amused with my courtesy car though . Gone from an MPV to a tiny 4 seater thing! The Quest just about fits into the boot, and even than it is a squeeze Not impressed. DH will have to get onto them and say it isn't good enough.

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 17:02

Oh glad you are hapy 5in, I can't get to grips with those at all!

When we had our accident, we went from a scenic to a courtesy corsa - DS was 4 weeks old, I had big pram for him, was a nightmare!! But there are more of you so have my sympathies We had only had our scenic 2 weeks as well after battling with the pram a car seat and a micra then we get a black sporty young lads corsa!!

BexieID · 11/05/2010 18:08

Snap maxy! When our Scenic was written off, we had a nice wee Corsa you could get bugger all in the boot. Luckily it was before Tom started nursery, so didn't need to do nursery run. I could get my big Graco in my Fiat Punto I had when I lived at mums (that was only 4 years ago .

maxybrown · 11/05/2010 18:08

Where is everyone?

What do you mean you have lives?

I have got a cheapy volo for £10.99 - YAY!!
