Oh i am nervous about that. Maxy thinking about you and dh and little james hope you are all well and having a fab time. Still trying to put more pics on but taking for ever.
Nic big squeezy hug from me. nah nah nah nah nah told you so. [sorry guess who has been on the red wine tonigh] Geek i blame you with tempting me earlier. How bad is this 6.30pm Daniel ready for bed and olivia arrives home from having a fab time at grandads and i say lets nip over to the co-op for milk . In the co-op i buy milk, crisps, choc, Bottle of red wine. Leave the co-op and who do we bump into but Olivias nursery teacher. Teachers asks if she is having a late night because nursery finished for a fortnight and Olivia prompty told her no mum needed some wine then Olivia aske Mrs Willson who's hand she was holding? Is that your dad so i well and truly deserve my glass/bottle of wine. Dh on tripple time so not home till late.

maxybrown · 23/04/2010 21:42

I know

No, I know what you mean about TT - I would like one of those - but not for what I'm looking for!!! lol. Have you been in sainsburys?

FlyMeToDunoon · 23/04/2010 21:42

Hahahahahahahahah!

Thats rubbish.
Actually fellow pushchair types I believe that some of the hinge accidents must be partly caused by so many people going around with the frame not braced fully. It drives me mad and I have to fight the urge to go up to them and their pushchairs and press that thing on the back down properly
Oooh so I will get hinge covers.>

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 21:44

sainsbo's here doesn't do clothing..i must trek to tunbridge wells next week for a browse. i do rather like tu clothing.

BexieID · 23/04/2010 21:51

FlyMeToDunoon · 23/04/2010 21:58

I need to get a load of stuff for DD1's school trip. She needs [amongst other things]
A jumper
2 sweatshirts
Trackie bottoms
Trainers [old ones too small]
Wellies [old ones got nicked from outside house. They had dog poo on]
Soap container
Sun cream
Disposable camera

I need a primark!

BexieID · 23/04/2010 22:02

Can't believe someone stole your DDs dog-pooed wellies dunoon!

Asda have 2 Fuji dispoasble cameras for £4. I got 2 as I know they produce decent photos (8 years photo lab experience here) and Fuji film smells nice .

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 22:05

oh yes tom is away soon too. i haven't looked at his list to take we have a meeting in a couple weeks to go through it all.

BexieID · 23/04/2010 22:05

I've just had a pack of Australian BBQ Walkers crips. Best one so far of the new flavours were garlic bread (and i've tried 10 out of 15 now )

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 22:06

lol bexie..crisps..biscuits cake chocolate im not eating any of that now...my tummy is atually reducing!

StrictlyKatty · 23/04/2010 22:10

I've just been reading the thread about a double with a 3 year gap. There will be 2.8 years between DC1 and 2, I'm starting to feel I may not need a Vibe Please tell me people are using buggies for 3 year olds!

BexieID · 23/04/2010 22:11

I wish I had more will power when it came to food!

carrielou2007 · 23/04/2010 22:18

SK how did the mould come out on your cam?? I'll stick the seat cover and basket on ebay otherwise . Dd did not use the buggy from about 2.5ish but I still took it everywhere to carry shopping and to lean on whilst pregnant. She sometimes would get in for a snooze or whilst on our big walks for a snack.

I've had 2 muller lights today in lemon cheesecake flavour and this is allowed on SW!! They were 6 for 2 pounds in Morrisons and I could eat all 6 and it would stil be allowed. I could murder a packet of walkers crisps, good job none here!!

maxybrown · 23/04/2010 22:18

Depeneds how good a walker he is SK? I know I wouldn't for my DS but he is very strong walker and would walk for miles.

StrictlyKatty · 23/04/2010 22:21

Well... the mould had almost all come out of the seat cover but hardly at all from the basket. I was going to get something called 'Oxygell' and try one more time this weekend and if not I'll ditch them.

I feel a bit grubby putting my baby in a pushchair that has had mould on

DS walked a lot way today which has got me thinking, maybe better to buy new Bug covers and a buggy board and not the Vibe.

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 22:21

Depends also on lifestyle how far you walk for example do you drive? when is baby due?

I walk everywhere don't drive and a year ago was doing school run and nursery run 3-4times a day. Tate gave up p&t when he was 3.yr. personally i wouldn't spend all that on a vibe for a sibling over 2.5yr. I'd try board on cam i think?

StrictlyKatty · 23/04/2010 22:24

He is a good walker Maxy but when he decides no more he means not one single pace more which is what worries me. I guess in 5 months he'll be a lot better though. Selfishly though, he does walk really slowly as he looks around at everything so putting him in a double would be so much quicker!

StrictlyKatty · 23/04/2010 22:26

Due Sept 25th. We only have one car which DH takes for work so I walk everywhere.

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 22:28

i'd look to get a cheapy emergency double but start off with cam and board will be much nicer and he and baby can see each other too.

maxybrown · 23/04/2010 22:28

Oh yes they can be slow!! DS just keeps going, half crying - he just doesn't want to go in pushchair!! Will ask to be carried but he only gets that from my Mum or DH - not me meanie I am

nicolamumof3 · 23/04/2010 22:32

i don't carry either...its pushchair or walk. i must admit its nice to have them strapped in and safe for a long shopping trip or day out. But you an always sling baby? the bug board has a seat anyway doesn't it?

maxybrown · 23/04/2010 22:35
Grin
BexieID · 23/04/2010 23:39
