Their room is lovely and cosy - the heater is on and keeps the temperature at an even setting. I will try keeping him up, but I think he just can't get himself back to sleep, when he comes into a light sleep. He wants to be up have 3 bowls of ready brek (yes 3 bowls!) play his trains and recently watch wallace and grommit. Thing is by 7 he is desperate to go out - everything gets out of sync

maxybrown · 28/02/2010 09:57

Blimey!! lol, bless him. Think he needs to teach james a thing or two about eating!

nicolamumof3 · 28/02/2010 10:08

great maxy, they are lovely aren't they, really soft.

janx must be the same...luka has two bowls then toast, then a yoghurt or fruit. boys normally then start asking for lunch about 10ish!!

basl · 28/02/2010 10:29

oh there is a point. Now i am taking a deep breath before i say this. I used to fly of the handle when suggested to me. Could he be hungry . If daniel not eaten well it does really effect his sleep and he takes our hand and leads us to kitchen and stands at his highchair. Does he have supper and milk? Lol about the boots glad gone to a lovley home.

maxybrown · 28/02/2010 10:29

yikes! James is currently sat with a potato cake.......literally sat with it, not eating it

Mind you if he eats porridge, he has adult size portion and eats most of it so not bad I suppose. He always asks for porridge over ready brek too, think it fills him up more.......oh who knows!!

It's gone from problems sleeping to food! be back onto clothes next then you never know, we might talk about pushchairs

basl · 28/02/2010 10:55

just saying hi,
im kind of around.

carrielou2007 · 28/02/2010 12:22

Afternoon.

Anyone need girls clarks shoes 9f? Bought a pair yesterday at clarks village too narrow for dd's feet, they were only 3 pounds!! Spring colour (beige/brown) thought they would be ok for too tight and seems too much of a bargain to take back??

Shame about the apples blanket Nicola, will you keep me in mind for the future, ds won't be in the apples quest for a while yet anyway .

Off to my sisters for roast lunch today (yum) we are bringing homemade chocolate cake and custard for pud!!

basl · 28/02/2010 12:30

Carrielou these would fit olivia. What kind of shoes are they? I think for that price i will just have to have them. She is way behind now on the clothes and shoes front. Her little brother is getting all bodened up and i have to say my husband loves his new gear. We bought some next cords from the House of Maxy and my dh has almost the same pair and they are off to playplanet today with them on. So yes please Carrie any chance of a pic please. marieturner 5@ btinternet dot com. thanks

maxybrown · 28/02/2010 12:37

oooh carrie would love to have a mooch around there!!

sal1309 · 28/02/2010 12:40

afternoon all

well im feel rough today think i did too much yesterday. dh is going to take dd to soft play shortly so i can have a bath in peace

carrie if basl doesnt take them please can i take them for dd. I wish our clarkes place was so cheap im sick to death of spending a fortune on shoes lol.

carrielou2007 · 28/02/2010 12:53

Wel I bought dd 5 pairs 2 pairs were 3 pounds, 1 pair 5 pounds, 2 pairs 10 pounds. So pretty much cost of one pair at normal price!! We have a small clarks outlet here, I can see if they have the same? One pair marked 10 that came up 3 so tey may just be sat there on the shelf?

Basl dd's half sster is 'teaching' me what to do on facebook so asking her to show me how to email pics will have a bash later. Beige with a sort of criss cross and the others are just with a sible bar that velcro's over. Will see if there's any more tomorrow in clarks but if can send pic will show you and sal will just buy any can always take back if not your cup of tea.

Sal please put your feet up last few weeks preggers chasing after dd I found soooo much harder than when ds arrived.

carrielou2007 · 28/02/2010 13:13

basl think have sent a pic to you not sure...sal what's you addy will try to to it again!

carrielou2007 · 28/02/2010 13:17

maxybrown · 28/02/2010 13:18

BexieID · 28/02/2010 14:19

lillypie, how much for 4 books?

BexieID · 28/02/2010 14:23

Tom goes to bed around 9pm and doesn't get up till about 9am. Though he can be awake and playing with cars on his bed before this, or like today till 10am when I suddenly woke up! He won't come out of his room till we put his light on. There have been a few mornings when i've been dozing with Erin and he's had to 'call me' .

Divatheshopaholic · 28/02/2010 15:40

I give up. i spent last a few hours trying to do asda shopping. I found free deivery wys £50 code M3 MB 7O MF
But my shopping went only over 30pounds. I already done my shopping with tesco`s so,i only needed a few bits
Cant believe its March tomorrow.

lillypie · 28/02/2010 15:43

Bexie I could do 4 for £12 delivered they are quite heavy I have been doing them for £3.50 delivered each.

janx · 28/02/2010 16:12

basl...not offended at the suggestion of hunger - but I can't believe that is the cause of his waking early - he eats for England. He eats more than his big sister. At nursery they can't believe how much he can put away ( at least I feel my money is going somewhere!) Soemtimes he doesn't want much for tea - but usually he has pasta or something filling.
I hope he sleeps better tonnight - we are movind dds bed into our room. I am running a training day tomorrow so need to be talking some sense!

Comfy · 28/02/2010 16:16

March tomorrow! Maxy prepare a new thread title!
I am not sure as I don't really wake up but I think that 4ish is when DD3 comes up to our bed. I'm lucky I don't wake but think that my sleep is disturbed and so not fully refreshing.
DP and I have never had the will power to take her back to bed or do controlled crying. When she was able to climb out of her cot [early] we put her in the cot bed in bed mode and she has got up practically every night since.
Perhaps that explains my irritability, lack of patience, zombie like demeanour[sp] and general lack of zest these days. lol
Poor sil still in labour. At hospital now.

maxybrown · 28/02/2010 16:31

ooh comfy (I am struggling to not use your old name lol) how exciting!!

I meant about SIL not about it being March tomorrow

I THINK I am getting the spitfre!!!!!!!!!!
