Hello. Maxy I remeber DDs doing that. Only they never actually seemed to mind. Maybe felt relieved. I however like you couldn't stand the smell.
Nicola nice morning then. DP writes copy for marketing/promotions agencies.
I have no money to buy DDs things atm although I did spend £20 replenishing DD1's stuff for school on Sunday. Just highlighters, ruler, pencil case etc. Shocking!
She needs new trainers now too.

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 17:02

The stench on the bus was horrific. I didn't realise one cup of milk could produce such massive lumps! i must rememeber to not position his pushchair there again and not give milk just before setting off lol!

Right here is the coat Nicola how sad am i taking pictures of coats no one needs to answer that.

hey, i did however, you will all be pleased to know, manage to keep all the sick OFF of the baby jogger

Sick smelling pushchairs are a nightmare to de-smell! Well done

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 17:27

I know, could you imagine, tainted within 2 weeks of ownership. I made a good cup with his jojo coat and it all went inside his coat

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 17:32

glad you saved the BJCE well done maxy! how was the lodger? i do like that coat i love bright blue always reminds me of the beloved phil n teds!!

Maxy next always have diff stuff in store to online so unlikely it will go online. Shame. Didn't have much i liked in next today tbh. the summer stuff starts coming in next month usually. I've had some good holday bits off ebay some matching bright green linen shirts for Tom and Tate (not sure Tom will be impressed wearing same as his 4yr old brother!!!) ummmmm what else oh some white linen shorts for 99p so done well there and all in big sizes should last two summers then pass to luka very thrifty.

got hat and scarf to take back to H&M that tom has turned his nose up at!! so nother trip to shops on Thursday so i can also use my 30pc gap voucher.

oh and btw maxy you are not sad we must have been seperated at birth lol!

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 17:53

I mainly want hungry cat t shirt and some trousers I have seen. Oh and they have a star print lined rain jacket but no need for it as have boden one.....tis nice though

I am after some trousers for james Nic if you have anything coming up anytime soon. been managing to get those Next jeans i like from ebay. Got him some with ribbed waist from Next and he went beserk! they were a rather big rib waist, lovely fit though but he could obviously feel them too much grrr.

Well DH got parents evening tonight and Thursday, no idea what to do for dinner. We are at the beans on toast stage of the month, though DH doesn't really like beans so feel mean giving him that when he will be home late

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/02/2010 17:54

Lol at making a cup of his coat. The skills involved in parenting.
I remeber trying to direct DD2 to throw up into her duvet rather than the floor as one was so much easier to throw in the washing machine

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 17:59

and the lodger escaped too, hoorah for jojo fleeces

Though i just showered it all down (blurgh) in the bath forst before putting in machine and he had had cord dungarees on of all things.......in all the little lines, cue me yakking

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 17:59

what about egg and chips! we just had gammon egg chips and beans boys love that tea easy quick and cheap.

Luka's just gone into Tates 2/3 trousers and he's wearing them all turned up so can't think of anything atm. I am after some roll leg trousers for tate as can buy them in 4/5! god im a tight mummy these days!! Oooh i'd like a hungry caterpiller t-shirt in 2/3 how much were they? i want a gruffalo t-shirt too.

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 18:10

I can't remember, but it is one of the nicest ones I have seen. think it is £8.....or £9 Have some nice gruffalo things in JL, the pjs are fab!

Ooh egg and chips, yum! I had chips for lunch though. real chips mind you......be oven chips at home Might walk over to somerfield.....

I think he still mainly needs 18/24 trousers...........but i am not willing to get them from Boden when he will grow out of them soon, but there is no way he is near to going into age 3 Boden.
At least Next do drastring waists now. I am buying as many roll ups in 18/24 as even if they get a bit short they will still fit for roll ups

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 18:19

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 18:19

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/02/2010 18:54

What was maclaren's name before that? Just wondering as might try writing a haiku about when I started on mumsnet and I sure it was her asking about the depth of a Maclaren seat!

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 18:58

she was called theirmum

whats a haiku?

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/02/2010 19:02

It's a japanese poem. There is a thread about it here

maxybrown · 09/02/2010 19:04

Yes what is that Dunoon?

Oops sorry carrielou

Oh those joggers are chaep Nicola. I haven't been to gap since Christmas, not been shopping in Manchester since then, tch! Need to check it out.

I'm still waiting for a payment on ebay after about 3 days.....I bought somethinglast night, and got a message today reminding me that i had won them! I normally pay straight away but was hoping my item would be paid for first. It's not as if I have any sort of dodgy feedback either.

OP posts:
maxybrown · 09/02/2010 19:06

5inthebed · 09/02/2010 19:33

Eveing all. Looks like its faulty appliance month. My fridge seems to be ying. I am toying with getting it repaired or buying a new one. Had it for 6 years (my dad bought it for me when pg with ds1 as a baby warming present). Either way, no new purchases for me

I really like the greedy crocodile t-shirt in Next.

nicolamumof3 · 09/02/2010 19:43
