BexieID · 18/02/2010 23:39

Just need to make sure Callisto is ok though first, hehe.

5inthebed · 18/02/2010 23:55

I would be interested to hear about the callisto Bexie. I like the bumper bar on it and the one handle.

maxybrown · 19/02/2010 09:07

Bexie I will leave the hungry cat stuff sorry, wish it had the caterpillar on it. Thanks for the pics though.

Could I finally have those white company pjs instead though please?

OP posts:
BexieID · 19/02/2010 10:25

£5 plus post for PJs. Will weigh them asap.

I only really got the hungry cat bits as at the time I really wanted a black XT. They would look lush on a black buggy, lol. Shame the callisto is not black!

I'm thinking of selling bjcm and getting a bjce [bluh]. Decided air tyres are probably the way as ds3 is a little sumo. Only 14 months and he weighs 26lbs

maxybrown · 20/02/2010 10:53

lol, he weighs the same as James 5in

The elite is lovely

OP posts:
basl · 20/02/2010 12:13

Oh in you will love it. I am a bit shocked to say not as overwhelmed with my bjcm as i was. I really do feel i am spoiled by the elite. Ahhhhggggg i hate when this happens. I had a little spin about to shops and my wrists hurt. It may be my imagination. It is lovley and i do really like it but bigger thank i remembered so i took the elite out to compare and it was so much better. I am now swithering what to do.
I love the zapp but no recline and daniel still loves a nap in the afternoon. I saw a zia in oyster on the babies r us but it has adjustable handles and heavier and different size to the normal zia. It does have the petite star name on but called the bruin zia. Do you think this would be a little better than the normal zia. I do like the colour and could get my dino linets etc that i loved.
Flyme i will use the liner for the elite if i don't keep the bjcm. I can't believe i am in the same situ as maxy now after all my sdvice.

5inthebed · 20/02/2010 12:27

No no no on the Zia Basl. BJCM is going to be the one you want for holidays, I say keep it! I love my bjcm, only reason I'm selling it is to get the elite. If I could afford both, I'd keep it.

Might have to sell some stuff and get the Elite and keep my bjcm

maxybrown · 20/02/2010 12:57

Don't drag me into this....hee hee hee. I am still dithering, so there's nothing new there then!

But, I am improving as I sold a cd box set on Amazon and am going to buy a watch for myself! ooh! DH is so impressed he is giving me £10 towards it

The Elite is so fab I agree basl, hence why partly i don't care what I get as a stroller.....though DH said he didn't like the old Mac wheels either, ha even got him having opinions now!!

Basl, I don't know about the new zia you mention but the old zia is horrid, really horrid! I wish the zapp had a recline too.

I know it's a pain Basl, but at least you lnow you could sell the BJCM in an instant!

OP posts:
basl · 20/02/2010 13:43

5in, i don't know what it is. It just seems heavy to turn corners and my wrist aches when i used it for only a short while. I am convinced now on the zia being a no go. I think for anyone else never having used the elite or air tyres before they would think the bjcm is amazing but i just don't know what it is. I am trying to get an elite but in strolller version and i think it does not exist. i think you are spot on 5in. Olivia has been sitting watching a film in the bjcm and she complained about it's lack of leg support. she often has a little lie down in the elite with a blanket and has 40 winks. She spoted the wheels and said "Oh mum when did you change the wheels"

maxybrown · 20/02/2010 16:29

Ah bless Olivia, well straight from the horses mouth eh?

I was looking at EVERY stroller I saw today trying to see if I could make do......though I did see an older XT and thought it loked better in the flesh than on screen so that was handy to know!

The Elite is just so nice to push Basl, and DS is sooooo comfortable that anything else you use will just have to be very occasional use!!!
Oh posted jeans today Basl too though think I may have missed last post

I know maxy, i do feel really stupid giving my sister the diablo with that lovely jane nest plus in silvery grey for £50.00. It was perfect just not the bonnyiest (don't know how to spell that sorry really wanted to use it)looking thing. It glided along but had such a big seat and big for the car but was excellent on holiday. What am i like. Doh
