OP posts:
HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 18/07/2011 20:35

I'll leave it then. There's one for sale near me, I wondered whether it would be smaller in the car for holiday Smile

suzie38 · 18/07/2011 20:45

No it'd be quite a bit bigger.

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 18/07/2011 21:07

Cheers, I struggled to find the dimensions.

Guildfordnanny · 18/07/2011 21:57

Just as an aside what do you think about Harper Seven's lilac iCandy Peach?

FriggFRIGG · 18/07/2011 22:00

mimas are better Grin

Guildfordnanny · 18/07/2011 22:03

I wouldn't say better because the Peach is about my favourite single that I have owned to date, but they could have supported UNICEF and got a one off Xari :o

suzie38 · 18/07/2011 22:10

I haven't seen it...Anyone got a link???

Guildfordnanny · 18/07/2011 22:23

ICandy announced it yesterday but apparently it's been in the news today.

MonkeysPunk · 18/07/2011 22:30

I've just pulled my MAC xlr advert off eBay. Folk keep requesting money off, so I figured if were going to loose money on it I may aswell use it more first.
Ds keeps asking for it too. He loved the colour.
Im looking forwards to getting it out the garage tomorrow now. "new" buggy with zero delivery time! Lol

aswellasyou · 18/07/2011 22:48

I'm surprised she didn't get a Missoni Bee+ and a Mima Kobi in aid of Unicef. I would have thought iCandys were too normal even if she did get a limited edition colour.

Guildfordnanny · 19/07/2011 00:48

Nearly just bought a Joovy Caboose but I wanted the Ultralight, not the standard one...but you couldn't buy the raincover and Mothercare sell theirs with the raincover. But OH was actually interested and he wanted the yellow one... It's also another long pushchair folded - 109cms but apparently (and having studied all the photos) you can remove the parent tray and hood and its a few cms smaller. My boot is 106cms max. It was £200 to import plus the raincover (but you get the parent console free) whereas its £280 on Mothercare. Ho hum! Maybe thats a missed opportunity!

MonkeysPunk · 19/07/2011 07:08

Did you see the joovy ergo too?
The joovy caboose design is the same as a buggy in the past, by another company. If I remember rightly it may have been "swan" . I had a navy white polka dot one, and it worked a lot better than it looked.
I unexpectedly looked after a friends toddler for a few days, and it was a huge help and I managed to push it with 5y, 3y, and 2y old on!
The graco tandem raincover fitted. Bought off eBay for little money.

MonkeysPunk · 19/07/2011 07:11

Amazon.com buggy shopping is addictive! They've made it so simple!
Not sure what'd happen if I lived in the usa... there's a lot of graco's I'd collect I think!

suzie38 · 19/07/2011 07:56

I don't go on very much but i do get frustrated if there is something i'm interested in but it can't be shipped.

suzie38 · 19/07/2011 07:56

I've had 2 Citisports and 2 Metrosports...All of them were great.

suzie38 · 19/07/2011 10:24

Have you seen the cool shopping bag for the Joolz??? Bet it would work on a Xari as the pushchairs are a similar shape.

suzie38 · 19/07/2011 10:25

And my Flite is at the NYC Gateway Smile

Guildfordnanny · 19/07/2011 11:25

I looked at the Ergo last week because there was one on EBay but it's a fair bit heavier and longer than the others and people generally seemed to prefer the older version. I think the Ultralite is probably the best.

aswellasyou · 19/07/2011 11:26

I LOVE Amazon.com! I've got 7 pushchairs in my basket.Grin They're just so cheap even with taxes and postage. And they have loads that we don't have.

Guildfordnanny · 19/07/2011 11:28

Seven!! Which have you got? I keep adding them in and then deleting them!

aswellasyou · 19/07/2011 11:38

I don't remember what's in there to be honest! It keeps signing me out every time I click on cart.Hmm
Did you see the Joovy Caboose Ultralight for £192.44 delivered?

aswellasyou · 19/07/2011 11:40

Have you seen the Joovy Big Caboose as well? The basket is massive.

FriggFRIGG · 19/07/2011 12:15

suzie that baskets brilliant! i want one for my Kobi!

MonkeysPunk · 19/07/2011 13:45

I'm supposed to be measuring a sloping room (sloped ceiling) for a bed... but wth - I think I'll just have a gander at the joovy big caboose if I must....
One day I will try to list ALL the prams I have owned - but I fear there are sooo many I will forget some of them!

MonkeysPunk · 19/07/2011 13:52
