Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! How much, realistically, can I sell my cam for? 1st gen, good nick, little fray on the basket, fleece liner and raincover?

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 11/07/2011 19:34

Frigg where is this pushchair? Any where I can collect it?

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 19:40

We could do a MN cross country chain to get the Kobi too you (however I am totally in the wrong direction to help. Sorry!)

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 19:41

You don't always need a printer for Parcel2go BTW.

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 19:45

suzie38 · 11/07/2011 20:34

I sold my 1st generation Cameleon for £325 i think, including a footmuff...I made £25 as the Cam cost me £250 plus £50 for the matching footmuff.

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 21:58

my Kobi will be here thursday!! Grin

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 11/07/2011 22:19

Squuuueeee!

suzie38 · 11/07/2011 22:24

Brilliant...My last Vigour is being collected on Thursday and luckily it fits perfectly in the box my Cameleon came in...Some store is having a preview of the Strawberry...Might call my local store to see if they're getting one to show off...Though having second thoughts about buying now.

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 22:26
Grin and i just bid on a maxi cosi car seat!

after having the same car seat for both DC and them both screaming for hrs in the car,i finally realized it might have something to do with the frigging SEAT,so i google, and of course, its the most uncomfortable car seat ever mad

i feel very sorry for my poor babys now Sad

suzie38 · 11/07/2011 22:27

What seat is it???

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 22:36

mamas and papas Primo Viaggio

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 23:00

Whoohooo re the Kobi. Glad it is all sorted. I like the Strawberry.

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 23:07

oh good,im glad your vigour sold suzie!

im very excited about my Kobi....i might arrange for DD to be out for a few hrs,so i can have a play!Grin

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 11/07/2011 23:08

Got your pm Guildford , I'll get logged on tomorrow and see what kiind of stuff you need.

How much did you get for the vigour in the end Suzie?

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 23:27

Been looking again at Vistas and Rumble seats / piggybacks even though it's pointless really.....
Frigg..if you do that you will wish DD was there to have a good try out! It's not hard to do TBH - in fact as far as pushchairs go it's pretty simple! Open chassis, put seats on, choose the upper or lower position and off you go!

aswellasyou · 11/07/2011 23:28

Oh Frigg, you're amazing sending it so quickly! I'm glad you've got your Kobi coming soon too. The Primo Viaggio is horrible. My daughter couldn't ever sit in up until Saoirse sold it after 8/9 months. Anything would be an improvement but I think the Maxi Cosi fits the Kobi, doesn't it? Or maybe I made that up!Hmm

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 23:28

Thanks HoneyNRBD! Much appreciated! :)

OuchFriggingBludger · 11/07/2011 23:40

yes it does, the kobi is coming with maxi cosi adaptors and everything!! Grin

Guildfordnanny · 11/07/2011 23:49

Yes, the Kobi takes a Maxi Cosi but if I remember correctly it's not been tested in car seat / toddler mode. I have tried it and to be honest I wouldn't use it anyway because it doesn't fit well. I think the toddler has to be near flat. I think there's a reason the car seat won't go on the bottom...I can't remember it though!
