Would women who owns house date a guy who doesnt

Was thinking this over the other day due to a friend being in this situation. Would most women who own a house be wary of dating a guy who rents?

I would not date a renter BECAUSE i own my own house, which I bought 100% independently and I am attracted to men who are at least similarly capable to myself and who value similar things in terms of lifestyle choices, aka I like men who have independently bought thier own house as that is the same as myself.
