When does it calculate the discount? Doesn't seem to be working and I don't want to go through the whole checkout with card detail before finding it really doesn't work

Fatzak - It calculates at the very beginning - on the 'basket' page.

Same here, have taken money but no parcel. I have emailed and tried calling and they won't respond either. Don't go near this company if you are considering it. Does anyone know what the next legal step to take is?
