STILL having dreadful problems with this company. Having waited 10 days to hear my items weren't in stock despite repeated emails and phone calls! All blamed on technical problems which unfortunately had no impact on the payment engine ( what a suprise). 10 days later I eventually got a message to say that only one item in stock which they posted and a promised refund straight away. 13 days after the message and still no refund!! Called holz "customer services" ( and I use that term loosely) and I'm told that in spite ofbeing told there's a max 10 working day wait for refunds I'm not guarateed that I'll get the money refunded tomorrow On the 10th working day. The lady I spoke to said she'd have to email head office and then let me know when I'd get a refund but only when head office respond to her. Naturally I asked that I contact head office myself but she wouldn't disclose any contact details for them!
I'd be most grateful of any legal advice, trading standards have confirmed that holz are behaving illegally and are now involved. Please don't risk having no goods or refund when they aren't availible!

As you are aware we did have technical difficulties a week or so ago. As a result of these problems and the increased number of orders resulting from our 50% off sale some processes have been delayed.
