Just had a phonecall from additions confirming delivery of my 'bed' this Friday morning so fingers crossed

i've just had phone call from additions to say my bed will be delivered this friday instead of next friday.i asked her to confirm what was being delivered and was told bed and extra drawers.i then said it is definately a bed and not just drawers and she said it was a bed and drawers.i will let you know what arrives.

The date on the tracking say's expected delivery the 10th but it's comming this friday before 1.

We had a phone call to say that a 'large parcel' was going to arrive this Friday 07.30 & 11.00 !

Had call saying to expect delivery on friday morn between 7.30-8.30am. Wouldn't say what it was though as DH answered phone when I was busy so they wouldn't give him the info! I can hardly wait !!!!

I wish mine was arriving sooner. I think by the time August comes they may have twigged!

But it does now say 'extra drawer' not 'bedstead with extra drawer'. I know it tells you to choose the bed size, but surely thats just so you get the right sized drawer for your bed iyswim

Yet if a company is deliberately and systematically mispricing to unfairly attract customers, its actually a criminial offense, and should be reported to Trading Standards.

I think the point here is that if they have taken the money from your account then they have agreed to sell you the item at that price. Therefore a contract is in place when money has exchanged hands. Hope this is true! Is there anyone legal out there who can confirm????
