I just got a call off the delivery company. They said my delivery would be wednesday. Woman thought it was just a drawer but she's not sure.

We'll see what wednesday brings.

had a phone calll -they want tp deliver my bed on monday but am working so it will be wed

i asked if the bedstead and drawer were coming as one delivery......appparently so....

Awaiting bedstead and/or drawer between 7.15-8.30am tomorrow.......will post as soon as I see the size of the box approaching my door

Have just refused delivery of a drawer . So, am now going to get on the phone to find out where the bed is that I've paid for....

I got a phone call last night to arrange delivery of large item. I didn't have the guts to find out what. We are on holiday next week so they are arranging delivery on Monday 14th

Dh phones and spoke to woman who explained that there was a mistake on website and we can have the beds (ordered Double and King)for the proper price. DH said yes, it was your mistake and we want at price that you offered them at. She explains this was ' an offer to treat' or whatever the correct terminology was so DH then says, 'you made offer, we accepted and you formed contract by taking money from account'(DH took a bit of a chance here as wasn't 100% sure this is true). She then goes to talk to someone else. Then man comes on phone who explains that contract is formed when items are despatched to delivery people so yes, contract is in place. He explains that we will be refunded for initial purchases as we have refused them and he will then contact us to take payment for bedsteads as he has to do this as a special order. He phoned a few minutes later to retake payment at offered price {grin}and we are now awaiting delivery of bedsteads. However, looking at the clauses that Nappyaddict highlighted:
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

I wonder whether we got lucky as 3.2 says if they can't contact us order will be cancelled - well they did contact us but I was busy shopping so asked them to call back and they never did? {hmm}
Anyway, sorry for really long post but just hope this helps others who receive drawers. I'm still not counting any chickens until the bedsteads actually arrive though

Thats fantastic! Good on your DH for arguing your case. I really hope it works!!

I'm still waiting with my fingers crossed here to see if Lissie Lou gets hers without any problems (and then hopefully me!!)
