I've tried all reliable sources.... I can't find any new figure aside from the 2 new Scottish cases

Which is surprising as they usually lag behind with their updates!

DHSC: "As of today, due to the number of new cases, we will no longer be tweeting information on the location of each new case.
Instead, this information will be released centrally in a consolidated format online, once a week. We are working on this now and plan to share on Friday."

People are (quite rightly) freaking out about locations only being released once a week.

I can't believe they aren't going to tell us where!

I know a couple of those cases are London.

Thankyou, That's a big jump, hopefully its updated soon so we can have some information on the locations.

85 looks like we are well over the 100 mark by this time tomorrow.

what the actual fuck? No locations? I, and I am sure many others, are relying on this information to make decisions RE travelling to work etc.

I think the problem is it is everywhere in the uk - geographically we are a small country and we aren't really seeing a significant cluster of cases in a single region. What the CMO was saying today made sense in terms of shutting down towns etc - what's the point when the cases to date have been relatively dispersed?

No locations. But I know at least 2 work in central London

If they are having to contact people that may have had contact with the new cases though surely locations will get out?

3 who haven't travelled, and no know link with travellers. Presumably these are ones which are tested in the trial areas which are testing everyone with flu symptoms? It must be all over and just not identified.
