i totally agree with you TFLS but cheepz is one of 'us'......ideally she will get up the spout this month and it will not be an issue....{come on cheepzy no pressure...}

it is fab to see all those ladies being so supportive in the same way we were....its nuts TTC ....

Cheepz · 09/02/2010 20:21

awwww its great to feel loved

Will still be on other thread, but might more actively lurk on here - especially when need support - ie if AF gets me which she may well do this cycle, because everyone is new over there!! although Viv and BarrenB and Tiger and co are all still there theres just so many newbies and with some pretty raw stories its abit hectic. And everyones on abit of a downer at the moment wherass I am feeling rpetty chipper!

could go either way this cycle given uncertainty of WTF but I am sure it will not be so many cycles before it happens for me and I can be 'legit'

till then I shan't sneak in but rather brazenly stroll in and say my piece from time to time

love to all - sounds like you are all doing great

meita got to say your knowledge is irreplaceable on the thread now and so glad you were there when I was as so much info that helped from you.

LeeWT · 09/02/2010 21:44

hi all

boodle thats brill about boodlebean, this ones here to stay hon!

hoops i NEVER did those exercises and have been meaning to do them since dd but she'll be 3 in april and i still dont do them. my mother tells me i'll regret it!

louise glad you're another new bfp who's come over, i'm feeling lost on the old thread now.. and cheepz is right its quite a downer at the minute and we've all been there..

i'm 7 weeks tomorrow and my scan is thursday.. am trying to be philosophical and tell myself the different things i will treat myself to if it all goes wrong but of course i hope it doesnt. i am a fairly good mixture of sick. that may sound strange but the last pregnancy which never developed properly i had abnormally high hormone levels and i was sooooooooo sick. dont get me wrong its pretty miserable at the minute but nothing in comparison so hoping its a good indication..

CHEEEEEPZZ I DEF think you should def hang out on both threads.. they are both hand holding after all.. and you know you love us more ;-)

Cheepz · 09/02/2010 21:47

(I sooo love you guys more xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

LeeWT · 09/02/2010 21:51

oh and meita i probably told you this already but i have pregnant forgetful brain -

looked at your scan and WOW! amazing!

so delighted for you hon xxx

LeeWT · 09/02/2010 21:53

ah jesus i forgot more people..

tfls well done on holding out for a scan - whatever works for you is the best thing to do.. im an impatient fecker that wants the scan NOW!!!

Also was hoping cakesandfinewine would show up.. hoping all our bfps are sticky! x

louisesh · 09/02/2010 22:40

Arh CHEEPZ you are part of our little "group" certainly by proxy [only for the short term as i m sure you ll get your bfp soon as]

Oh "HI" to TFLS also sorry i missed you earlier.Think you and me on a totally paralel journey!!!!Like you don t think theres any point in me booking in to see the MW until i ve had a scan as last 2 times the whole visits been a total waste of time.I ll book in for an early scan in 2 weeks then take it from there.

Echo what you ve all said about the old thread seems to have been "hi-jacked" !!! Though i was suppose it was time for us to , hopefully, move on.

boodleboot · 10/02/2010 08:17

still nothing on any threads from MRsR - i am wondering if she has had bad news and doesn't feel up to posting.....hope not...

i gave in this morning and put pregnancy jeans on.....big mistake, as SOOOO comfy. i am just too fat now to comfortably wear anything else....

have a feeling i will be living this pregnancy in primarks linen-esqe trousers....

still no sign of my cat....the grief is awful. i am actually speaking to the police today as there have been four beautiful cats gone in this area in the last month and i spoke to one of the people who have put up a poster last night and the situation her cat disappeared is identical to ours. Also another very attractive cat, half persian so really fluffy. He wasn't a cat that went out of their garden usually so very unusual for him to be missing....same as Mooky. We are wondering about someone stealing cats?

thefatladyscreams · 10/02/2010 12:36

Will post properly later but just to say boodle that MrR posted on her behalf on the other thread to say that she was fine - just really tired and not up to posting much. Didn't want you worrying.

Sarahlou8 · 10/02/2010 17:22

Hi, I'm just tentatively putting my head around the door wondering if I can join you in a few days?
Had a bfp this morning, VERY early days (AF not even due till Saturday) and very very nervous (have been on the mc thread).
I recognise quite a few of you and it's lovely that you're all doing well.

Will hopefully feel a bit less overwhelmed and able to catch up soon. x x x

boodleboot · 10/02/2010 17:32

yeah i did see the mess from MrR but i still find it bizarre that she isn't posting, never one to be quiet god love her....i hope she is ok

vongrats sarah see you when you are ready..xxxx

OP posts:
Meita · 10/02/2010 18:04

Congratulations sarahlou! Come on over when it feels right. We won't be going anywhere

I think another platter of sticky vibes to go round is in order. Please help yourselves. Except totally - I think you could probably do with slippery vibes at this point .

Have also been wondering about MrsR but I also know that sometimes you can just get caught up in things, and when pg and tired everything can just be a bit too much... also, the other thread being busy as it is, it would take forever to try to catch up with everyone. I just hope she'll find her way here sometime, much quieter waters here .

How is everyone? I've caught a bug and am down with a cold. Second time this year. Very annoying. But as I put it down to pg-caused reduced immune system, I'm not complaining.

louisesh · 10/02/2010 18:18

Hi All Congrats SARAHLOU its very scarey isn t it?

Still totally drained and eating chesse till its coming out of my ears!!!! [I ll look like a bloody cheese soon!!]

Not sleeping at night, which is obviously not helping.Soo worried about the next few weeks, don t want a scan as feel like it ll end in tears again and all that happens is i end up in hospital haveing an erpc.Feel like burying my head in the sand and waiting to the normal scan BUT on the other hand think its just delaying the inevitable !!!

URH......its horrible fell like my heads a shed and this is contributing to me feeling like shite!!!!

I expect you all felt like this? Help please ? X

Oh sorry for me,me,me post....hope everyone else is well.MEITA i too feel like i m never well any more GRH......

louisesh · 10/02/2010 18:20

Oh bugger can t even spell any more!!!!

randomimposter · 10/02/2010 21:21

hi all - have been lurking but feeling quite sick, and dog dog tired... could also be cos I'm 87...

LOVELY to see some more BFPs on the other thread and popping over here. So encouraging for those still waiting.

Boodle am also a cat person - we have 5 - so am thinking of you and hope all turns out ok. Horrid. Glad the scan went well - you must be so so relieved.
tfls sounds like you have had quite a time of it - hope you are feeling ok now.

Quick q; have had my first MW appt, and learned that we no longer have our Nuchal Fold tests up at Kings (London) but now it's all done locally in Brighton. The BIGGER issue for me though is that you don't get the results straight away but in the post several days later ..... I'm not very happy about this... am I being unreasonable? I'm considering going priv*te to avoid this.... Just think at my age and after an MMC last time I want a smoother service.

Waves greenly and weakly to everyone. Hope all doing ok.

thefatladyscreams · 10/02/2010 21:25

Hi everyone

Firstly - huge, big (or quiet, whispered if you prefer) congrats to SarahLou. It took me a couple of days to even admit that my BFP was a BFP! I know it's early days but there are a lot of kindred spirits here to hold your hand

Louisesh - [TFLS offers up a large block of mature cheddar]. At least the bean will be getting plenty of calcium! Sorry you're feeling so wobbly - I'm right there with you. The sleeping could partly be stress related but I have read that the hormonal change disturbs the sleep. I'm really struggling with the same thing at the moment - being constantly tired doesn't help with the being positive thing though.... so we're probably not at our most balanced. I'm sure with a good night's kip, things will look better.

I'm hoping Mrs R is just too wiped out to post much - but if Mrs (or Mr) R are lurking, we're thinking of you.

Meita - lots of rest and Vitamin C for you. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Boodle - really hope it is just a coincidence. Horrible enough worrying without thinking that anyone is deliberately behind this. Big hug to you.

Lee - will be thinking of you tomorrow sweetie (and checking in every 5 minutes to see if you've posted!)

Cheepz - your stroll your stuff my dear! We need all the sane people we can get on this thread to balance out the jibbering wreaks like me!

Friday would have been my due date which isn't helping things. But did get the nausea return this afternoon which was good! Mind you, it arrived smack as I tried to park in a chaotic rushhour. Typical!

thefatladyscreams · 10/02/2010 21:32

Just crossed posts with you Jollster. [TFLS routes around for some ginger
s for you]

Waiting for the test results sounds horrible but I've no idea what is normal, sorry. Maybe they get them reviewed or peer checked for accuracy and hence the delay? My problem with getting them in the post is how are you meant to interpret them?

Hope you're feeling a bit better soon xxx

TotallyAndUtterlyPaninied · 11/02/2010 06:08

Hi laydees,

I've read through but there's 2 much to answer glad everyone's doing well though.

I've got my sweep today, then induction on Sat and I've been up since 12.30am. I just cannot sleep... so I will be too tired to push this baby out!!!!!!

Everything is itching me, too and I've been sick every day this week.

Hrrrmphhh!

LeeWT · 11/02/2010 07:49

Good luck totally!!

Sorry about the cat boodle that is strange that 4 are gone hope u get to the bottom of it..

Good to see some other recent grads here too.. It's nice seeing all the newbies but it's hard to keep up with everyone!

Well the scan is today and I feel sick! On the upside I've been having all the symptoms I should have but on the other hand my last two mcs have been mmc's.
Could anyone be that unlucky to have three mmc's?! Hope not.. Will update later x

boodleboot · 11/02/2010 08:05
