Hey, anyone else due July 2026? I got my first faint positive at 10dpo on Thursday 23rd October, I’m now 14dpo/4 weeks pregnant. Feeling nervous as still very early my period was due tomorrow. I’ve booked an early scan for in a few weeks so hopefully everything is all good, now just an anxious wait

@blossomhoney2 sounds like the sequel to the hungry caterpillar!

AliceinSlumberland · 06/12/2025 18:41

@EL27 oh god I hadn’t even considered the heat of the hospital, you’re sooo right!!

Full sugar orange Fanta is my jam at the minute, and I agree re salt and vinegar Pringles and cereal with colddddd milk.

Tiredness is definitely my worse symptom and I can’t nap at all as my two year old would never! Thought I might sneak one in today but it was so busy doing the Christmas decs etc, doesn’t help that I keep waking up at 5am and not being able to get back to sleep 😭

I absolutely cannot face work but I’m self employed so I feel under pressure to earn some money so I can have some time off!! It’s quite a busy time of year for me too so I can’t really sit off until school term ends!

MaybePossiblyMaybe · 06/12/2025 21:56

My HCG levels are falling, they went from 169,000 to 153,000 over 48 hours šŸ˜šŸ’”. I'm assuming the worst is about to happen and am going to step away from this thread - good luck to everyone here!!!

blossomhoney2 · 07/12/2025 07:00

I’m so so sorry @MaybePossiblyMaybesending you virtual hugs, please look after yourself šŸ’œšŸ’œ

@SoftLaunchyes although this caterpillar is definitely not transforming into a beautiful butterfly anytime soon 🫠

Juicytoot287 · 07/12/2025 07:05

@MaybePossiblyMaybe oh no, take the any time you need x

88claire · 07/12/2025 10:01

Shall I set up a Facebook group? I find it much easier. Let me know interested and I'm happy to try (I'm not hugely tech savvy but I'm sure I can manage it!)

I’m keen on a WhatsApp group but I’m a bit conscious I want to wait until 12 weeks (in case of someone we know finding out!)

SoftLaunch · 07/12/2025 16:10

Yeah there was a good WhatsApp group for my last pregnancy and I'd be keen to do similar again but we didn't set that up until much closer to baby due dates. I'm happy sticking with the forum for the next few months! At least I only check mumsnet a couple of times a day and not every five minutes šŸ˜…

@Juicytoot287 @Bumblebee413 @AliceinSlumberland thank you all for your messages, sorry I’m late replying I went offline for a few days as was driving myself mad searching! However, when I have looked at my dates going off my lmp I should be 8 weeks however, i remembered today that that cycle was about 12-14 days pushing my ovulation date out aswell so i think that means maybe 4/5 days discrepancies which has put me at ease a little šŸ¤žšŸ» lmp date my due date 19th ovulation date my due date would be 23rd/24th so hoping this is the reason for it xx

StayingHopefulx · 07/12/2025 20:14

@88claire im interested if you do set one up please! Had one my last pregnancy it was so nice! And could only join via link so no one could search/find out you were in it unless invited and joined themselves x

StayingHopefulx · 07/12/2025 20:16

@Featherlemon ah such a pity I can’t join that one as outside uk in Ireland

Greengardener1 · 07/12/2025 22:18

Hope everyone's doing ok and so sorry to read about people's losses. Has anyone's symptoms fluctuated? I.e. gone away and then come back? Had a hard couple of days with nasuea, awful fatigue and v sore boobs, then today it all feels a little less bad and obviously my head goes into a spin. I did read they fluctuate but isn't reassuring me šŸ˜… so any current/prior experiences would be so helpful, I'm currently just over 8 weeks šŸ’•

Yes mine fluctuate, sore boobs never leave and I have varying degrees of exhaustion but some days I’ll feel nauseous and others I won’t. I know that’s normal but it does worry me a little. I’m 6+3 today so I’ve only just entered into the phase where people start to feel unwell so maybe in two weeks I’ll look back and kick myself for saying this šŸ˜‚

StayingHopefulx · 07/12/2025 22:25

@Greengardener1 hello! Yes I’m struggling with this myself too tbh! This is my second pregnancy and in my first I had constant nausea and vomiting (not praying this comes back just comparing), changes to my boobs, along with other symptoms! Whereas now nausea comes and go, no vomiting yet, no changes to boobs, just realllyyyyt swollen and constant hunger! But it’s really hard not to spiral but every pregnancy is so different and I keep trying to tell myself that! X

Yes I'm 8/9 weeks depending on of i go from LMP or scan that epu did and over the last like 5 days my boobs are definitely slightly less sore some days which just causes me to want to poke them all day to check. Fatigue remains constant but nausea is definitely worse some days than others. Its all so weird šŸ˜‚

Same, in all my other pregnancies I’d vomited by now, breasts also haven’t had the changes they’d had before (though I am still breastfeeding so this might have an impact)

Each pregnancy can be so different x

Greengardener1 · 08/12/2025 07:58

Thanks everyone for your replies - the symptoms changing sounds common, as well as the anxiety about this! I've had 3 previous miscarriages and no children, so it's hard not to fixate even when I try my best not to! Early pregnancy really is a head melt, I'm also finding the pressure around christmas difficult as all I keep thinking is it will be so hard at this time of year if anything were to go wrong xx

This one is private (I would not have joined it if not haha) - only members can see who is in it!

PolarJadeite · 08/12/2025 10:48

Also keen for a whatsapp group - I love the one from my last pregnancy and we still chat every day!
@TinytotdriverI am also still BFing and don't have sore boobs this time round - presume the BFing is why
We all came down with a sickness bug over the weekend, I got it the worst by far and I'm sure its made my nausea worse, still in bed now while DH is downstairs with DD

waitingforourmiracle · 08/12/2025 11:03

Can I join a whatsapp group please! 7+3 today, my clinic scan on Friday showed baby measuring a couple of days behind but a strong heartbeat, got another scan in a couple of weeks time 😊

theskyisopalite · 08/12/2025 12:51

Has anyone else still not got a date for their 12 week scan? I see the midwife for booking this week- will she give me a date then? I know it's not the biggest deal but would love a date before Christmas.
