So we’ve been TTC baby #2 for 5 months. Had a positive test in April that sadly ended in a chemical pregnancy. So this is cycle 3 since then and got a very faint positive on an internet cheapie last night at 9dpo. I went out and bout a CB digital today and have got my BFP confirmed today on it 😊
My EDD is 4th April 2025 going from LMP and cycle length.
I’m aware it’s very early days and anything can happen that’s why I’ve decided not to tell anyone I know until after my period is due which is Friday. Just can’t keep it to myself and would love for others to join and talk to who have recently found out they are expecting in April 2025!

Only just seen this thread, I’m due 18th April, first midwife appointment is booked for 12th Sept and I’m so excited! My first ever pregnancy so completely new to all this and nervous :)

I'm 5 +2 now so still very early. I'm on antibiotics for a uti but feelig a bit lightheaded today. Not sure if it's normal.or not? Also have pelvic pain. Again not sure if this is normal?

We had our ivf clinic 8 week ivf scan today and baby looked perfect and measured ahead at 8+2. But sadly there was no heartbeat. They must have just died today

I am devastated to have to leave this thread. I really thought this little one would be our miracle.

I'm feeling very sore today. Not sure if I've just overdone things yesterday but my back is so sore it woke me up this morning. Just got to wait till my Dr's open to ask.

Also due late April 2025 💖 first pregnancy so keeping it to ourselves for a bit until we feel it’s safe to share with family.
So exciting and scary! I did a test a week ago, still having pregnancy symptoms so haven’t done another one, but should I? I don’t know!!

Congratulations! .. This is my 3rd pregnancy, I've never tested more than once but I hate this wait between your test and the scans, I'm too impatient, do you have your booking appointment sorted yet?
We are also waiting to tell people for a while but it's so hard 😅

I’ve got an email today for an appointment on the 23rd September! Suuuuuch a long wait (it feels like) and that’s just a midwife appointment.

Can’t really afford an early private scan and I’m trying my best to enjoy every day and take it easy but it’s hard, so much overthinking!!

Mine is on the 10th, I should be 8+3, so I'm hoping the scan isn't too long after!
It does drag this 1st bit 😅
How are your symptoms? I'm just getting waves of nausea and sore boobs so nothing too bad yet

At the moment, reeeeally sore breasts but I don’t feel they’re a lot bigger just achy. Back pain, nausea sometimes, I feel hungry all the time but can’t eat too much and don’t feel like anything sweet. Cry for silly things haha! Oh and waking up early but having deep and long naps.

Dreading next week as I’m a teacher and start working again!!

How about you? You’re a bit far ahead in your pregnancy. When is your due date? Mine is 27th April xx

I am feeling so vulnerable in this pregnancy not knowing if this is a viable pregnancy. When is the earliest we can get a scan? Please can anyone share their experiences of early ones? I think the earliest if not having problems like bleeding or under fertility treatment is six weeks but I may be wrong.

Ohh yes, the fatigue, I could sleep all the time 😅
My due date according to my app is 18th April!
Oh no, it is hard work in the beginning... My son is just about to start full time school, so I was just starting job hunting in september so I could try and work around that, now i dont know what to do 😅

I've had scans done at 5, 6 & 7 weeks due to previous miscarriage and having a subchorionic hematoma this time. There was a heartbeat at the second scan at 6w 2d.

Feel like I’m one of the few that hasn’t heard about their booking appointment yet! I’m 7w+6 and submitted a self referral on 8th August. Online it said I’d hear within 3 weeks but I rang yesterday (having a tough day and just wanting something to look forward to) and they said they’ll get back to me but I should call again if I’m getting close to 10 weeks!!

@Thisismyusernameee I’m also a teacher and feeling pretty nervous about next week as I’m battling all day acid reflux atm. It’s my first pregnancy so also trying to hold off telling anyone (including work) for a little while.

@hopeful4us @Thisismyusernameee Teacher here too and went back 3 weeks ago (Scotland) it's been tough going with the extreme tiredness and waves of nausea...

Oh no!! I’m so terrified of feeling nauseous at work! I wasn’t planning on telling anyone for a while but might be hard to hide - yesterday I had my first nausea outside the house and luckily I managed to keep calm and get through it but with 32 children not sure I’ll manage! Hopefully it’ll only be for a little while in the first trimester

@Pix89 @hopeful4us @Thisismyusernameee teacher also! I am too dreading my return to work on Monday as I’ve some awful all day nausea for the past week. Im not sure how I’ll cope with 30 year threes come Wednesday. I haven’t been sick yet but I’ve been close a few times. It’s my first baby, does anyone have any nausea remedies to try? I can’t stand the thought of eating ginger right now. Thanks for any suggestions xx
