I have just tested positive today with a due date of 2 February. Have had a look and I can't see that anyone else has started a group for Feb yet. Is there anyone else out there who would like to join?

I've sent a message to join the WhatsApp group too :)

Is anyone still tracking BBT? I know you're not really supposed to once you get a bfp but mine tracks though my Apple Watch and I use NC so it automatically logs it. Had a massive drop today, well below coverline. Feeling very worried 😞.

I don’t know much about BBT and what it means if it drops, so no helpful advice but just sorry that it’s causing you worry/stress! Hopefully there’s a reason they say to stop tracking it, and it’s normal to have low temp spikes after implantation - would be my guess!

Henski · 15/06/2024 06:54

@superj21 i still track mines and every little drop gets me paranoid too! Hopefully it goes back up tomorrow.

SweetPeaPods · 15/06/2024 06:59

Morning all.
Will also look to join the what's app.
What app is everyone using? Would just like an easy tracker so I know how many weeks etc I am!
Really bloated here, struggled to fasten my jeans. I expected to start showing early with my 4th but not yet!!

SweetPeaPods · 15/06/2024 07:02

@Tulipwood I can't work out how to pm you on the app...

superj21 · 15/06/2024 07:05

@Amme18 thanks, I know I should stop. I keep trying to just say the "today, I am pregnant" mantra whenever I start stressing 😂 sounds daft but it has been helping.

@Henski I think I'll track it over the weekend just to see if it goes back up, and if it does I'll try and unlink my watch from my NC app.

superj21 · 15/06/2024 07:06

@SweetPeaPods I've got NC (which I used when TTC) and now also have Pregnancy + 😊

You can only do PMs on the website version of Mumsnet :) (I have no idea why, they need to sort the app out that's silly)

Thanks! Think I’ve managed to do it now.

@Tulipwood I've messaged too. Hopefully I've done it right! 🙃

SJLOU · 15/06/2024 10:07

Mornings ladies,
I’ve been testing everyday (I know I shouldn’t be so obsessive but I can’t help it!) because I’ve wanted to make sure my lines are getting darker.
This mornings line was lighter than yesterday mornings and now I’m freaking out a bit 😩. I’ll test again tomorrow and hopefully the line will be darker. My wee (TMI) was really cloudy this morning and probably dehydrated so I’m wondering if that has an effect on the test at all 🤔.
Anyway, hope everything is going well for all of you 😘

I also tested constantly in the first days after my BFP, and wasn't so happy with the line progression. What brand are you using?

At the end of the day I had to tell myself that it does no good. You are pregnant, and unless something happens that proves it otherwise it's quite outwith our control.

I sometimes feel the trend of resting everyday until you get a dye stealer can cause a lot of anxiety - so I have put the tests down for now and I'm just waiting 13 days now for my first scan

Yes, as someone else said, the “today I am pregnant” mantra is quite helpful.

@SJLOU i was also testing daily with the easy at homes and the lines really didn’t feel as dark as when i was pregnant last time. Wondering if it’s a batch thing. I stopped once I’d got a clear blue line and then a digital weeks. I think I’ll take another digital weeks to check it’s gone up from 1-2, once I’ve got a 3+ I’m done POAS!

Oh my god I could have written this myself! I don’t track it but noticed my Apple Watch dropped it by 0.5 degrees and I’ve been in a panic all morning. 6w today.
To be fair my sleep environment was different last night, was up with the runs (seems like my morning sickness is now manifesting in the other way than throwing up) and had to sleep in a diff room to my husband because of it.
I’ve seen lots of forums online about this and the majority of those women go on to have a healthy pregnancy and doctors say it’s normal for temp to fluctuate by a degree during pregnancy.
Also I don’t find the Apple Watch skin temp reliable. It never properly pins down my ovulation

Daydreaming91 · 15/06/2024 12:47

Hi everyone,

Congratulations to you all!

We got our bfp last week and I'm currently 5 weeks, it's been an emotional journey for us and we were lucky to have conceived on round 2 of letrozole. Due date around 20th February, feeling extremely bloated and nauseous already!

Hope everyone is doing ok

Tulipwood · 15/06/2024 12:56

Woah this thread got busy! Congratulations everyone!

I had a lot of messages about the WhatsApp group which I think I’ve responded to but if I’ve missed you out let me know!

retrievermum · 15/06/2024 13:08

@superj21 yes, I had a HUGE drop the other day, also well below cover line, and the next day it went back up again. I spent the entire day running to the toilet to see if I was bleeding, and even now I’m not convinced it’s all okay, but I’ve got a scan on Thursday so just trying not to track anything until then as it’ll just add to my anxiety.

superj21 · 15/06/2024 13:35

@LacedBouquet I also feel like my symptoms aren't as bad today - hardly any nausea which is weird because I've had that pretty constantly. I'm visiting family and was doing an adventure race so glad for it in that sense but makes me feel worried with the combo. I'm hoping it goes back up tomorrow. I generally find it pretty reliable for me in terms of the temps and always have my own pinpointed 😕

@retrievermum that's good that it went back up so hopefully everything is ok. Fingers crossed for your scan ❤️

ThatJoseGirl · 15/06/2024 14:22

Hey guys! I’m new to all this and feel completely like a fish out of water 😅 I had an early 6 week scan yesterday because I had been suffering with bad pelvic pain.. my doctor thought it was Fibroids 🙈 but nope, pregnant! All seems okay so far too which is a relief, and I could see the heartbeat yesterday which was just mind blowing. I’ve got a EDD of 4th Feb so would love to join you ladies on your journey! 🌟
