@HannahLouD aw how lovely! It was so sad when you left the thread! So pleased for you and fingers crossed ❤️

AnnieCa34 · 01/04/2023 10:11

@SnookyPook thats so rough having to wait till almost 14 weeks! Mine is also on the 28th but I will be 12 weeks 1 day. Can’t believe they don’t have anything earlier. X

BabyBabyBaby123 · 01/04/2023 10:54

I still haven’t heard anything from the midwives. I filled a form in at my doctors what feels like forever ago.
I’m not sure how long to give it before I go in and ask. I’m 7+2 today, I’m sure with DD2 I at least had my booking appointment date by now, but I have decided to go with a different hospital this time.

Spareincoming · 01/04/2023 11:06

@SnookyPook same date as mine; I’ll be 13+3. No private scans for us either.
I have heard of scans being 14+ weeks in our trust so I’m trying to be pleased and patient.

Fairylight102 · 01/04/2023 11:29

I hit the 6 week mark today and the nausea has really hit me. I went out with some friends last night - obviously didn’t drink - but my brain keeps going this is like a hangover because I stayed out late and woke up nauseous/head hurting!

I have had one letter about an appointment on 28th April when I’ll be about 10 weeks. It isn’t particularly clear but I think that one is the booking appointment rather than a scan.

I’m able to get an early reassurance scan at the EPU when I’m 7 weeks due to having a miscarriage previously. Just can’t wait to get to that point and see that everything is developing normally.

SnookyPook · 01/04/2023 12:59

@AnnieCa34 @Spareincoming at least I'll have some scan date buddies! @Spareincoming sounds like we're on a really similar trajectory. I just hope they don't mess anything up with the tests as it won't leave much margin for error if things need redoing etc!

HannahLouD · 01/04/2023 13:36

Hi all,

Thank you so much for your love and support!
Unfortunately I think this is heading for another chemical... My easy at home tests haven't progressed in 2 days and I did a weeks indicator again (I'm 14dpo) and it was still showing as 1-2 weeks. Gutted as I thought with my frer line it would have gone to 2-3... Think I've probably just got to prepare myself for the worst again. I had a feeling it wasn't to be again x

SnookyPook · 01/04/2023 13:41

@HannahLouD oh I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully you're wrong and just experiencing jitters... Sending you lots of love!

vix_85 · 01/04/2023 14:37

@HannahLouD don't give up yet, as you might suddenly get a hike 🙏

HannahLouD · 01/04/2023 14:49

How have I got close to a dye stealer frer and 1-2 weeks with the same wee? 😭💔 Something is obviously wrong... So gutted! x

@HannahLouD I would discount the digital right now, this time on Tuesday say check again and worry if it hasnt moved, maybe call doctor and ask will they give you a hcg blood test?

I honestly wouldn't just write it off at this stage.

SnookyPook · 01/04/2023 15:29

@HannahLouD I agree with the others. I've heard lots of dodgy things about those ClearBlue ones. To the extent I never did a repeat one in case it worried me (my first was a 1-2wks which I got at 14dpo) xx

BabyBabyBaby123 · 01/04/2023 15:37

Had my scan earlier, the sonographer found it difficult to see much at first. She said I have a retroverted uterus, which I have been told in the past. She could only see the sac and if she pressed hard the yolk sac. She measured the sac cos she couldn’t see anything properly inside it as 6 weeks. I queried this, as it is very unlikely for me to only be 6 weeks (I am approx 7+2 from LMP) so she offered me an internal scan, where she instantly saw baby and heartbeat measuring 7 weeks. I am still feeling quite nervous about this pregnancy, as I have had some spotting which sent me to EPU last week which I’ve never had in my previous pregnancies. I have a follow up scan in EPU on 12th, so hoping I will be feeling better seeing some progress then.

TTCJJB · 01/04/2023 15:58

@HannahLouD I wouldn't read too much into the clearblue. The first one I took said not pregnant, despite having a positive FRER and numerous straps. Two days later I got my 1-2 weeks and it's progressed each week since, currently on 3+ but I'm almost 6 weeks.

Are you aware that the clearblues count from ovulation/implantation and not the first day of your last period? Unless I'm mistaken I thought you'd said that you wouldn't be far gone?

Rebs23 · 01/04/2023 16:57

@TTCJJB this is what I was going to say, wouldn’t 1-2 weeks be okay for 14dpo if it’s counting from conception rather than lmp? @HannahLouD dont give up yet! Xx

HannahLouD · 01/04/2023 17:04

Ok I'm stepping away from the tests!!!
Just did my last one from the pack on a four hour hold because I did the one this morning on smu which maybe was too diluted (even though I usually get my strongest lines then 🤷🏻‍♀️)
I don't know what to think! But 🤞
Today's tests are looking ok... Hopeful but this is such a rollercoaster I'm not getting my hopes up (again!)
Thanks so much ladies. I'm just so so paranoid and scared after last month... It's driving me insane 🙄😶
Anyway I'll stop spamming your thread now!
Thank you so much 💕✨

@HannahLouD they look bang on, yes take a break and step away, enjoy your weekend. I'm one to talk being a nervous wreck but I'm telling myself I'm pregnant today and I'll worry about tomorrow tomorrow. Have a great weekend and be happy you got your BFP x

Spareincoming · 01/04/2023 19:06

@SnookyPook thats what’s bothering me; if test results come back and decisions need making it’s a long way into this journey; I was 16 weeks when I got the oks for the last DC, just days later I felt the first movements; which I know would have skewed any judgements I’d have had to make… I am worried this time as I’m older and more anxious about this pregnancy.

in other news, anyone else got the hormonal rage yet? I remember it well from previous pregnancy and it’s hit hard today; everything is winding me up and DH and DC seem intent on poking the bear!

Lurknessmomstar · 01/04/2023 19:41

@HannahLouD please don't feel like you’re spamming! Words sometimes fail in situations like these but I really hope it works out positively for you 💐

JD90 · 01/04/2023 20:19

@Spareincoming I literally just came on here to ask who else is in an absolutely fucking terrible mood! I have been so angry, fed up, exhausted the last few days I just want to tell everyone to take a running jump and leave me alone! Doesn't help I'm now almost into the 24 hours pre early scan so I'm anxious about that obviously, but I am just so pissed off at the world atm! Only around 6 weeks too, so I feel for everyone in my path for the next 34+ weeks 🤣🤣

MeganC104 · 01/04/2023 20:58

@JD90 I'm so irritated all the time. Feel sorry for my toddler as I feel like such a rubbish mum at the mo.

@HannahLouD really great to see you back. Congrats! Hope it's a sticky bean.

SnookyPook · 01/04/2023 21:13

@BabyBabyBaby123 gosh that must have been a bit stressful - so glad the internal scan was more reassuring. Hope the follow up scan gives you even more reassurance.

@HannahLouD looking hopeful! Yes I agree, try and take one day (or hour..!) at a time... And definitely don't feel bad updating us as often as you like. Most (all) of us have had our anxious moments and in my case that's without having had to deal with a previous loss so be gentle with yourself! 💕

ExcitedandNervousC1 · 01/04/2023 22:18

@HannahLouD don't apologise at all! We're all here because we're anxious! I've my scan in 6 days and so worried about reduced symptoms so trying to take it one day at a time like you

bakugo · 02/04/2023 02:02

@Spareincoming yep, today been awful! It's like PMS but worse 🤣 I hope this doesn't continue for too long.

Mrsrobinsonx · 02/04/2023 08:01

I’ve had sore boobs literally since ovulation and now I’m about 7 weeks and last day or so they don’t really hurt anymore? Is that normal?
I can’t remember feeling this anxious or insecure with my others, pregnancy after a loss is so hard. 🥺
