4 weeks pregnant

Hey ladies, I wonder if anyone would like to join me, I'm 4 weeks pregnant and am terrified! I lost a baby in June at 12 weeks and had to have surgical management, I'm so so anxious now!

It's emotional isn't it.

I've felt so happy today but also the most exhausted I've been yet. I'm 9+2 so hope it's peaking and I start to feel better!

@blueberry23 @Positivethoughts92 so glad you scans went well! Hopefully gives you confidence to look forward to 12 week scan!!

Has anyone got dates? Mines on 8th December, I honestly cannot wait to (hopefully) just get past that 12 week mark, so nice to not have to hide it at Christmas! X

@Moosh18 mine is on 2nd December which means I'll only be about 11.5weeks so hope that won't matter.

We started telling family yesterday which is lovely but makes me feel a bit nervous still!

@blueberry23 I think they can do the tests from 11+2 to 14 they'll just bring you back if it's too early cx

So pleased to hear all of your scans went well 🥰 I'm 9 weeks this week and feeling crap- have a UTI so on antibiotics. Then today I've been hit with nausea and dizzyness. Hoping it's all a good sign baby is growing nicely!
My 12 week scan is on the 12th Dec when I'll be 12+4 😊

How is everyone feeling?
I’m 13dpo now in the first cycle after my CP. Had a BFN yesterday, AF due tomorrow but (touch wood) no signs yet! My resting heart rate today is 81, I have heard this rises in the TWW if pregnant but not sure how reliable mine is as I have SVT so it’s a bit all over the place (has been as low as 46 and high as 138 today just out doing some shopping). Going to try and hold out till Monday to test if AF doesn’t arrive!
I also am now booked in for a tonsillectomy 3 days before Christmas 😩😩 what rubbish timing, but needs must!! They have said though that it will be cancelled if I am pregnant - so I am hoping even more now for a BPF this side of Christmas!! If I don’t get it this cycle then next month AF will be due 4 days before my op….so cutting it fine to cancel!!

@Houseelf90 hey lovely, have you had any signs of AF? I wouldn't worry about a bfn just yet as your ov could of been slightly late due to chemical? I'd test again tomorrow for sure!! That is the absolute worst timing! Won't they delay it??

@Moosh18 I did ask if they had any other dates they could offer me but she said no 😩 I’m gutted as I absolutely love Christmas dinner (who doesn’t?) and I probably won’t be able to eat much, but on the plus side my partner will be off work for a couple of weeks so at least I won’t be on my own and can just chill out with him looking after me!
No signs of AF yet, I will test tomorrow morning if it doesn’t arrive today!

How’s everyone keeping now? I have my 12 week scan next Thursday (at 11 weeks 3 days 🙈). I have a job interview this week which is stressing me out as I am seriously struggling to concentrate at all 😭 but I suppose it is keeping my mind off the scan x

Hey everyone, I'm 10 weeks today and my nausea has very suddenly stopped, not felt sick all day, much less bloated, and not eaten absolutely everything in sight for once.

Hopefully the placenta taking over??

I have another EPU scan on Friday.

@blueberry23 I have noticed less bloating and nuasea last few days too!! But everything I have seen in Google has said that’s normal so fingers crossed xx

I speak to a few ladies from here that have all said symptoms easing about now, I feel absolutely awful today and yesterday but had a good couple days, so hopefully it's on the up!

Looks like I might have ovulated a couple of days late as I have some spotting! I had this with implantation with my CP but at least I should know in a couple of days if it’s that or AF, as I usually have a day or so of spotting at the start of AF. So far I would say I don’t have the usual AF cramps but not sure if that’s just wishful thinking!

@Houseelf90 are you waiting on period still? I've lost all track of time! So you'd be due on in a few days? X

@Moosh18 I was due on on Sunday/Monday, based on flo app predictions, spotting now which could either be start of AF or implantation 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Houseelf90 ooooh I have everything crossed! Will you wait to see or test?

Just had my scan, measuring 3 days ahead :-) all is well.

Hope that's reassurance for anyone who has a lack of symptoms! Mine have virtually disappeared last 4 days or so.

@Moosh18, well I stupidly tested yesterday evening, BFN. I was then sick a lot last night, but my partners daughter was also sick last night, and had said she felt sick Monday morning when she left ours, so I think it’s a bug rather than a symptom! But still no real AF just spotting, I will probably test again tomorrow but I’m getting a bit fed up with it all now! Probably not helped by the fact I’m not feeling well and it’s all just building up!!

@blueberry23 that’s brill :)). yes definitely reassurance for me as I don’t really feel pregnant at all anymore apart from the tiredness!! Another week to wait to the scan.

Had my 12 week scan today, went great thank god. I am still only measuring 11 weeks 4 days but they didn’t seem that concerned. Can’t believe you have no other appointments/check ups with midwife etc until 20 weeks. Is it like that in other parts of the UK too? X
