Hey ladies, I wonder if anyone would like to join me, I'm 4 weeks pregnant and am terrified! I lost a baby in June at 12 weeks and had to have surgical management, I'm so so anxious now!

Would anyone else like to join me on our journey! X

I will get my first scan 22rd November I will be 8 weeks. I might pay private next week and go. I am just a bit scared.

TMI but last night I had similar symptoms to last week. Insomnia with lots of stomach acid and then diarrhoea.

Yesterday I started my clexane injections recommended by the obgyn. I feel quite dizzy but not sure if pregnancy or clexane!

I think you eating carbs is a healthy sign!

Positivethoughts92 · 04/11/2022 10:34

@blueberry23 yes!!! All the carbs 🙈 all I want is rubbish food and I’m worrying about putting on weight so early on because I am afraid to exercise at all and haven’t even got out for a walk with the dark evenings and bad weather x

Ash0 · 04/11/2022 12:00

@Positivethoughts92 @blueberry23 I’m there to! Feel hungry all the time and just want carbs. I’m trying to have 6 small meals a day. I find I only feel a bit sick if I don’t eat. Have definitely put weight on already 😩

TTC2022newbie · 04/11/2022 18:24

@blueberry23 hey 😁
How are you doing, how many weeks are you? Are you going to get an early scan?

I got a BFP on Wednesday night. 😬
I'm anywhere between 16-13 dpo but my tests are still fairly faint. First BFP I've had so obviously happy but also so nervous something is going to go wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️😞

I think if it does progress I'll go for a scan at 8weeks.

Moosh18 · 04/11/2022 18:51

@blueberry23 yes! I just feel really sad today, at the thought of what could go wrong 😩

{mention:TTC2022newbie}@Carly2014 hey! Congratulations both!!! ❤️

@TTC2022newbie OMG!! Welcome!!!

Congratulations! That's amazing news.

I'm 7.5 weeks and had a scan earlier this week that showed a heartbeat so I'm over the moon.
Very few symptoms except eating everything, feeling a bit tearful and very VERY bloated!

How are you feeling? Xx

blueberry23 · 04/11/2022 19:11

@Moosh18 did you rebook your scan? Xx

Moosh18 · 04/11/2022 19:38

@blueberry23 it's next Friday when I'll be 8 weeks, I received my 12 week one today the nhs one and I'll only be 10+3 but not going to re arrange it, x

So anxious, all my lines have been faint and my boobs don't hurt as much as yesterday. AF was due yesterday but so worried it's actually a chemical now.

Just hoping and praying all works out 🙏🤞😬
Had such weird brain fog this week, keep forgetting thinks!

Mayfield87 · 06/11/2022 10:30

Had my early scan this morning, measuring two days ahead and a strong heartbeat was visible- only 1 baby too. So happy 😊

Moosh18 · 06/11/2022 10:40

@Mayfield87 that is fantastic news ❤️ xxxx

Thanks @Moosh18 🥰 still no symptoms here other than tiredness, hope it stays that way now 😆

Moosh18 · 06/11/2022 11:07

@Mayfield87 haha yes! Now you can appreciate that! I am so so tired, and some days my sickness is all consuming, others it's more bearable x

Yay @Mayfield87 sooo happy for you.

I just feel hungry all the time and tired but - a bit nauseous if I don't eat but only mild. It's been a week since my scan and I think I may book a private one as my nerves are getting the better of me!

@TTC2022newbie how are you getting on?

Ash0 · 06/11/2022 12:16

@Mayfield87 amazing, so happy for you.

So far all I’ve had is a text to confirm a 1st appointment (not a scan). The wait is starting to really make me feel anxious now.

Moosh18 · 06/11/2022 12:20

@Ash0 I've had my date for my nhs 12 week scan, and I've had my first midwife apt... can you chase them up? Xx

TrulyMiss · 06/11/2022 13:50

@Mayfield87 great news! How far along are you? I'm heading for scan on Tuesday at 6+4, which I know is early but will be reassured anyway it things are measuring correctly and don't mind going back later if necessary to hear the heartbeat!

Mayfield87 · 06/11/2022 14:54

Thanks everyone. I'm 7w4d @TrulyMiss
I've got my booking in appointment tomorrow but not had my 12 wk scan date yet @Ash0

@TTC2022newbie how are you getting on?

Ok thank you, test positive this morning, starting to get a few waves of feeling tired today.

Think I'm going to be a nervous wreck until 12 weeks at least.

If anyone is in the UK, are you getting your flu and COVID jab and when did you ring your GP?

blueberry23 · 07/11/2022 08:22

A week since my scan and I'm starting to get twitchy wanting another one.

I have one booked with EPU for a week weds but that feels ages away!

I really can't wait until 12 weeks so this anxiety eases a little.

My symptoms are still pretty mild and it's just not helping at all!

How is everyone getting on?

Positivethoughts92 · 07/11/2022 09:09

@blueberry23 I’m the exact same, I had my scan last Monday but have booked in now for a private one next Wednesday. Can’t come quick enough. I am really finding after the missed miscarriage, even when I am having symptoms I think is this all in my head and it’s not ok. Woke up dossed with the cold and awful headache today x

Moosh18 · 07/11/2022 10:06

I'm doing a scan on Friday, and I'm absolutely dreading it, I keep thinking about cancelling, I know it won't change the outcome by doing so but I can face being told there is no heartbeat again, after that at what should of been 12 weeks before my anxiety is absolutely through the roof. X

blueberry23 · 09/11/2022 07:27

How's everyone doing?

I'm 8+1. I've gained a bit of weight probably because I'm eating a ridiculous amount! Other than that and feeling a bit tired I feel ok.

Got my scan through for bang on 12 weeks and have another scan a week today for just over 9 weeks. So nervous but also can't wait to just know everything is ok.

Anyone else on progesterone? I'm finding it very irritating and wondering if I've got thrush 😫

Nearly time for your scan @Moosh18
Any symptoms yet @Mayfield87?

Moosh18 · 09/11/2022 07:37

@blueberry23 I'm dreading Friday :( had a little bit more brown, it's just a tiny bit and very light, but imagine it isn't good news, I'm still so so sick, it's everyday and it's draining me.

Great news about your scan! Mine came through but I'll only be 10+3 if I get that far :(

OP posts:
blueberry23 · 09/11/2022 08:04

@Moosh18 so many people I know have had brown pink or even red discharge. I think you'll be ok!

Are you still feeling really sick/being sick? If so that's a great sign.

I was adamant before my 7 week scan there would be nothing there and the relief was immense so hoping for the same for you! X
