I donโ€™t know when Iโ€™m due, Iโ€™ve not had a period since DS was born but I got 1-2 weeks on a Clearblue digi this morning which puts me sometime late October or early November (I think!)
Feels like Iโ€™m too far behind the October group but too early for a November oneโ€ฆ anyone due a similar time and want to join me? Would love to have some company ๐Ÿ˜Š

One of my friends just blantantly asked if i was pregnant which I thought was very rude. I didnt say yes or no just dashed around the subject as didnt want to say no or yes but just angers me. If I was ready to tell you I would!

@thebirdinthecave could you afford a private one in a weeks time to put your mind at ease either way? ๐Ÿ’—

Annny27 · 17/03/2022 14:19

@MrsSjc22 glad all is well ๐Ÿฅฐ

TheBirdintheCave · 17/03/2022 14:30

@Annny27 Wow yeah that was rude of her! You definitely do not owe her any kind of answer.

We can't afford a private scan at the moment as we just spent ยฃ600 getting the car fixed x__x

Annny27 · 17/03/2022 14:32

@thebirdinthecave :( adulthood is just cost after cost isnt it! Yeah I was really taken aback that she would ask! Even if I suspect I wait till they say haha

Bringonbaby3 · 17/03/2022 15:07

Iโ€™ve just requested to join the Facebook group :)

My nausea is really ramping up and my clothes are getting very tightโ€ฆprobably all the extra beige foods Iโ€™m eating to battle the nausea.

@TheBirdintheCave Iโ€™m sorry youโ€™re going through a difficult time. I guess they must have protocols and 2 weeks is probably given so that they can be 100% sure either way. I wouldnโ€™t want anyone writing me off too early either if there was still a chanceโ€ฆ. I canโ€™t imagine how hard it must be though and I imagine it must feel like an extremely long 2 weeks! Just try and take each day as it comes.

AutumnFrost22 · 17/03/2022 17:28

I've just requested to join the Facebook group too - I was Springtime22 but had to change my user name :)

@Lemonbell Wow thatโ€™s a long wait! :O Mine is the 29th of March. Iโ€™m going to see if I can arrange something earlier instead though as a week should be long enough to see that it hasnโ€™t grown. Iโ€™m so keen to just move on and try again.

Annny27 · 18/03/2022 08:06

The nausea is starting earlier and earlier. Apparently weeks 9 is the peak which is next week for me!

What's working for everyone other than eating? Haha

I am trying to eat every hour but when you feel nauseous it's last thing on your mind isn't it

TheBirdintheCave · 18/03/2022 09:22

@Lemonbell Have you tried testing again for a vague indication of how your HCG levels are? I had a go this morning on a two hour hold with a cheapie and had a control dark positive in about twenty seconds. Not sure what this means in terms of MMC (which is what I think has happened to me) but in any case I was surprised as, after the spotting, I was expecting it to be very faint. Could be worth a go for you? Watch for hook affect though. I was planning on diluting and testing again if it was faint just to double check.

Happy Friday everyone! I've just come back from my scan. Happy to report all looks good, I'm measuring exactly 8 weeks today! Got to hear the heartbeat which was amazing - It all feels much more real now! Hope you all have a good day!

Having an OK day. Lack of symptoms concerns me. I'm back to normal energy level and no nausea or vomiting. Counting days until appointment on 4th April. Still seems far away. Never realised how anxious pregnancy would make me or the fact it would make me question everything.

Have a course on Thursday and I'm worrying about it because it's active and if something does go wrong then injuries etc could happen. I'll still be less than 10 weeks.

@Lemonbell That all sounds really positive! And yes if you don't know when you ovulated then you are in with a good chance of everything being ok just a little smaller than expected :) I really hope that's the case for you!

The earliest I could possibly be is 6+3 today based on the last time we had sex. Hopefully I can convince them to scan me earlier or I might just cave and book a private scan on the Tuesday to see if anything has got any bigger.

I hope you are all okay and your pregnancies go well.

After a week on positive thoughts as my spotting had stopped on Sunday, I have passed a blood clot this morning and am now bleeding - so this is the end for me. Lots of love to you all, hang in there - try and stay positive and wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies. :)

Annny27 · 18/03/2022 14:57

I've not been on here for a few weeks. So sorry to see some people having losses or threatened losses. Its so shit wish I could fix it all for you โค

Hope everyone else is OK too. I've not been able to do much as I'm always so poorly in the 1st trimester. @Annny27 I've found eating every hour makes the nausea much worse. I tend to have fluids for the first couple of hours then a small sandwich and maybe a few sour sweets or cheese and onion crisps then wait till tea time. They less often i eat the better the nausea is. Don't know if it would work for everyone but when I was eating once an hour I could barely move and was vomiting but this way I can get things done and get through work at least. Just looking forward to the second trimester so much now so I can get back to feeling like a human being.

TheBirdintheCave · 18/03/2022 16:12

@AbbiL0u Nooo! Iโ€™m so sorry :( Take good care of yourself! Xx

DogsAndBirds · 18/03/2022 21:43

So sorry to hear about people suffering losses. I hope you all stay strong.

Today I had a private viability scan, got to see the heart beat and arms and legs wiggling about. Baby measured 8+6 so a little further along than I thought but maybe itโ€™s just big!

Pregnantpolly · 18/03/2022 21:56

@DogsAndBirds congrats. Great scan. Always good to hear positive news.

ThinkingDifferent · 19/03/2022 17:00

Sorry for your loss @AbbiL0u
