Hi all,

I've just had my BFP and am due early October 2022, for my first baby I joined a group on here for people all due the same month so thought I'd start one this time round - early days I know but nice to speak to people in the same boat! 🙂

I'm 31 and have a DD who is 16 months.

Is anyone else due in October? How are you feeling?

@Leibee87 try again?

Curlywurly3 · 09/02/2022 09:49

Oops here you go fb.me/g/2NMEBquxf/VvUqzJne

winter138 · 09/02/2022 09:53

Good morning everyone!

Got my BFP this morning so over the moon to be joining you all!

I'm 35 and this is my second baby, my first was 2 on Saturday (and I may have had a few glasses of bubbles, whoops!)

We have been trying for about 4 or 5 months and had an early miscarriage last month. I heard fertility was highest after a miscarriage and I guess I'm proof. Just feeling a bit cautious given my age and what happened last month.

Fingers crossed this one sticks!!

What apps are you guys using? I had a quick search and there seems to be loads. I can't even remember what I used last time. Would love a recommendation xxx

Aww I don't have Facebook Sad

Curlywurly3 · 09/02/2022 10:00

We’ll stay on here too @Ivfmummy2be 😘

mooonbaby · 09/02/2022 10:08

Thanks @Curlywurly3 just joined.

@Tandabear good point!! I’m willing on the pregnancy symptoms but thinking about it, I don’t know how on earth I will cope. Hopefully we have very healthy babies in there who don’t cause us any symptoms 🤞🤞 good luck with your scan. Let us know how you get on

Leibee87 · 09/02/2022 10:21

@Curlywurly3 nope still not working, maybe I'm just being special.

I find my symptoms fluctuate especially the sickness. I also find when I'm at the beginning of the week ie 5+1 it's worse than at 5+5? Idk that could just be something in my head like bubble has done there growing for the week and then when the new week starts it starts again? Definitely with the pulling pains 😂

littlebear12 · 09/02/2022 10:28

I'm panicking a bit. Woke up this morning at about 4am, bursting for the loo. Did another test as my symptoms had basically disappeared (sore boobs). Test came back positive but lighter than previous tests. Thought the worst this morning and now my boobs are just as sore as they were before. I also normally test at about 7am, so does the 4am testing make any difference?

I've had 2 miscarriages in the past so am absolutely petrified - anyone have anything similar or can anyone put my mind at rest?

Feeling hopeless 😭

Curlywurly3 · 09/02/2022 10:30

@littlebear12 my tests are always lighter in the morning. Try for a 3hr hold and do one a little later. I did that the other day and it was much darker in the afternoon

Curlywurly3 · 09/02/2022 10:33

Hmm @Leibee87 I’m not sure what’s happening there. 12 people have joined now and there are still 5 more clicks left..

HRHXO · 09/02/2022 10:36

@Curlywurly3 I've just joined the group 😊 thanks for setting it up!

xxfxx · 09/02/2022 10:55

Hey everyone. I got my BFP yesterday I’m 5 weeks today with second baby. I already have DD who is 3. Literally have no symptoms at the moment really except for occasional cramps and occasions achyness in my arms.

BecLJ · 09/02/2022 11:10

I think we hit 20 clicks, here is the link again fb.me/g/2NNplKNOl/ZNMPD5F2

Ivfmummy2be · 09/02/2022 11:30

@curlywurly3 oh good thanks 😊

Bluets · 09/02/2022 11:34

Thanks so much for setting this up @Curlywurly3 I've just joined!

@littlebear12 I'm so sorry to hear that sounds really tough and I can empathise with the anxiety. I've not had this specific situation happen so far but my symptoms do come and go and my easy@home tests are still quite light so I also worry. I hope your mind is put at ease with the suggestion above if you do test this afternoon.

@jadew88 I just wondered back into our bedroom with the positive CB digi and showed it to him. "Are you pregnant?" with a tone of wonder, it was really sweet. I was lacking in imagination to do anything more creative!

OCT22 · 09/02/2022 11:43

Can I join? BFP on Sunday! My second baby but still so anxious!

Ivfmummy2be · 09/02/2022 11:49

I'm 5+3 so far my only symptoms are tiredness, need to pee more often (have had to get up in the night that last 3 nights) and I maybe feel a little more hungry than usual.

jat94 · 09/02/2022 12:28

Feel like my symptoms are really kicking in today. I'm just now 6 weeks. Had to pop to tesco on my lunch for crackers and juice because I can't stomach the thought of my lunch🤢

Ang011295 · 09/02/2022 12:31

Hey everyone! I’m 5 weeks with my first baby! DD should be around 13 October according to my Flo app.

No real symptoms yet other than sore nipples and randomly needing to do small burps all the time 🥴 everything still feels totally surreal!

I’ve contacted the midwives for my first appointment but won’t be given this until around 7-8 weeks apparently.

Either way I’m so excited and I just know these next few weeks before my first scan will draggg😬😬

HRHXO · 09/02/2022 12:42

Has anyone booked an early scan? Considering booking a reassurance scan at 7.5 or 8 weeks but I'm scared I'm jinxing things or that there will be nothing in there... anyone else feel the same?

Lndnew · 09/02/2022 12:43

I just joined the group as well thank you! I'm only just over 4 weeks I think (although not 100% sure when I ovulated) and my only symptoms are boobs and waking up during the night!

ItWillBeFridaySoon · 09/02/2022 12:45

Can I join? I think I am around 5 + 4. All a bit surreal at the moment. Trying to get the balance of symptom spotting and not driving myself mad!

winter138 · 09/02/2022 12:46

Hello everyone new today @31Ang011295 @43OCT22 @55xxfxx

I'm new today also 😊

Today was the first day of my missed period so due date based on LMP is 19th October.

What are your due dates?

Perhaps the ladies that have been here a while could add ours to the calendar too?

Looking forward to sharing this journey with you all xx
