@JJ1992 no I've had one lot, not sure if they took two? Any way MW today says probably won't be an issue & ive been booked as MW led care. Now just need to wait for my scan appt letter.

Had an early scan today, first scan, all went well thankfully. Was really worried beforehand but it was amazing to see the baby moving around and the heartbeat 💕 When I arrived I said I was 9 weeks and 4 days, and she said I was measuring that exactly. Just got to wait for my 12 week scan next on 6th Jan. Got a video as well of the baby waving and kicking. It all feels very real now!

Evening all, lovely to see all the scan pictures. I have a private scan tomorrow morning at 8+1, I'm so nervous. Trying not to think about it too much

Because I'm a chronic worrier I had a private scan today at 10 + 6 days which I am measuring.

The sonographer asked me if I'd had any bleeding, which I haven't (touches wood). She said there is a small bleed from where implantation occurred. She said it's very common and doesn't usually affect pregnancies. Does anyone know the medical term for this?

Starting to wish I didn't have the scan as this has given me more worry!

Heard heartbeat which is 160BPM and she saw 2 arms and 2 legs!

I’ve been lurking since the beginning of November, but been for a private scan today at 9weeks, so feel confident enough to say hi!

I’d actually been for the first blood test for referral to the infertility clinic the day before I had a positive test.

Main symptoms so far have been fatigue, sore boobs, and nausea when I get hungry!

I’ve got my 12 week scan on 17th Jan, when I’ll be 13+2. I’m really looking forward to being able to tell people, and get excited properly!

Getting very real now. I’m not due until around the 24th July if everything’s going ok 🤞🏻 So my 12 week scan seems so far away. I haven’t even had my booking appointment yet 😂

I'm flat out on the sofa - popped into town for a few bits & omg fell asleep in the car on the way home and now feel utterly wiped out. Is this the vaccine or the pregnancy? I have no energy what so ever to even make a cup of tea.

@sleepyshiftworker possibly a combination of both. I have some days where i feel wiped out just going to work (i have a desk job) & some days I just keep going!

@Capricorn8990 I think its just called implantation bleeding. Judging by posts on here it's very common!
Also I (& others posting) have had visible bleeding & all is currently going OK

12 weeks today - how's everyone feeling?

I'm eating again which is great but my nausea hits in the evening but it's so strange. Top of my stomach feels so sore & bloated feeling and then I get like a feeling a sickness building up that'll eventually cause me to dry heave and then I'll feel fine for a bit - but it continues all night 🙈😂

Starting to get a bit of bump now 😁💕

@Lianna93 awwww I'm just fat. I'm 2 stone heavier than I want to be and I just look fatter than normal. My clothes are all so uncomfortable

@sleepyshiftworker I had to ditch my jeans very early on because of the bloat 🙈😂
I'm living in leggings at the moment - which I absolutely hate! 😂

Hopefully you start noticing more of a bump the closer you get to the end of the first trimester 🥰

I've been taking weekly photos from the day I found out 😂

@Lianna93 I’m 12 weeks today too - and just beginning to notice that my “pasta baby tummy” is starting to stay there permanently, so must be turning into a “real” baby tummy- everything is getting tighter and I’ve gone up a dress size.

Of course, that could also be the mince pies…

@HotToddyColdSauvignon It's definitely beginning to feel more real now 🙈😂 I don't know why but I've still been in disbelief all this time, despite multiple tests & an early scan 😂

Had a temp of nearly 40 in the night and felt horrific. Slightly better now but washed out. Guess that was the booster, the previous 2 vaccines did the same to me.

Hope you're all ok. 10 weeks today.

@sleepyshiftworker my partner had his booster jab on Friday and felt awful last night with bad fever. He’s a bit better today so hope you are too! I had my booster today so hoping I don’t get this 🤞🏼 Feel better soon x

@annie1994 was grim but t he first vaccine had me on my arse for 3 days, the second the same - it's how I react to all vaccines. The flu jab puts me in bed too. Stupid immune system 😂 hope you sail through it. I've even got a proper red bulls eye on my arm which I've not had before. Laying on the sofa drinking lucozade and eating Aldi sushi. Could be worse.

@sleepyshiftworker oh dear, that sounds horrible! I’ve been lucky and didn’t get any side effects with the first two jabs so hopefully I will be lucky this time too 🤞🏼 Least you should be better in time for Christmas x

Today's the day for my dating scan!!! Can't believe it's finally here. Feels like it's been the longest wait ever 🤣 get to see my alien again 💞 only problem is whether or not he/she is big enough yet. I'm only 10+2 today so bit early. Baby needs to measure a certain length to be able to date the pregnancy so if not big enough I'll have to be rescanned at a later date. I'd get to see my alien again so that's great and all but all these trips to the hospital are a bit inconvenient lol. Already been there twice this pregnancy so far unplanned. At this rate I'm becoming a regular 😅
