Had my scan today a private one ❤️ Changed due date to 26-6-22 but could change again really happy what does everyone think boy girl? X

I have my booking appointment Wednesday and am yet to get my scan appointment ?

By my calculations il be 12 weeks Xmas day 🥰

I have no knowledge how to guess those things, but congrats! Must have been a lovely scan!

@feliznavidad2 no date for me yet. Still waiting for the midwives to get in touch. Having a private scan on Tuesday and will be circa 8 weeks.

@Elsols93 I can't see the nub. Method only "works" at around 12 weeks.

OMG! After three fabulous days of no nausea, I am feeling terrible today 😓😓😓 I just want to cry. I'm 10w4d, when is it supposed to ease off!!! ????

i did the nub theory with my last and they guessed right! I did the ramzi theory with my early scan this time round and had mixed guesses xx

@Elsols93 I sent my early scan for the Ramzy theory and I was told girl. But in my mind I think it is going to be a boy as we only dtd around ovulation day. In a few days I'll know!

@Lostintranslatio I've been the same - feel like my 9th week has been my absolute worst (so far). Typically been feeling nauseous but could eat but whole of last week, food has been non existent & the only thing I seemed to stomach was crumpets & milk - until yesterday when crumpets completely disagreed 😩
This evening seems to have been better but I'm not holding my breath 😂

@Elsols93 Lovely scan picture 🥰 I got an early scan done but it was just like a wee peanut in a big space 😂 buzzing for my 12 week so I can see the baby more clearly 😁

I got my booking appointment through yesterday for the 16th, by which time I'll be 10+1 - is that normal? It's seems so late. I'm a first timer and don't have close mum friends that I can talk to about this, so could really have done with some reassurance that I'm not going about this all wrong a wee bit earlier!

@naemates I have mine booked for when I will be 10+5 ..I think they said anything between 8 and 10 weeks so I guess they are seeing us in our 10th week ☺️ Do you have your 12 week scan date yet?

Hi all!

Last Wednesday I was spotting a little, more like a brown discharge (sorry, tmi). Today I went for a scan and prepared for the worse and saw a little bean measuring 8w 2d with a strong heartbeat!!

On my ultrasound they found a bleed separate from the pouch of Douglass and gestational sac measuring around 24mm x 10mm and they were not concerned. Said this is where the spotting came from and if I were to bleed again not to worry. Has anyone experienced this before?

I have my harmony scan tomorrow, I think I'll be 10+2. Really hoping all is well and I get a clear pic like that!

@naemates with my first pregnancy my booking appt was around 10 weeks. I think it varies so much area to area/how busy they are but it doesn't sound outrageous to me!

I am still feeling pretty queasy constantly, I also have a proper bump now, already! Thinking about telling our boys, as we will tell family at Christmas and my 3 year old is no fool so he'll pick up on it (otherwise I would probably wait until closer to 6 months tbh as it's a long Time to wait for him). I am quite excited but also suspect it will be an anticlimax as, y'know, they're 3 and 1 haha!

@Effram I had my Panorama scan last week (10weeks) and we could see the baby moving arms and legs. It was very exciting! I can't stop watching the videos they sent me 😍😍

Mine is the 16th as well, I’ll be 10 weeks then too. My first pregnancy was similar.

@purpleskyssssss sorry for the late reply I've been working over the weekend. I had my midwife app today and she is going to refer me to perinatal mental health team. She was lovely! I had an early scan last Wednesday when I was estimated to be 8 weeks 4 days and my midwife is going to ask that I get my NHS scan before Christmas due to my OCD and how it's been affecting me recently. Thank you for your kind words ❤️ xx

@Lianna93 thank you for your reply. I did have an early scan last Wednesday and it was a lovely experience. My midwife is going to see if she can get my scan with the NHS in before Christmas due to my OCD so fingers crossed otherwise I think I'll pay for another scan! They are great aren't they? Really nice environment there. I'm glad you got reassurance from it xx

@laurenGame I have referred myself to able futures which I was told about. It's for working people who need extra support. Going to talk to them tonight at 8! Maybe you can refer yourself? How're you feeling today? Xx

I had my booking in appointment today and I'm 9 weeks 2 days. It was meant to be next Monday but it was brought forward. I think they said the average is around 10 weeks though!
