ALHCTPS · 18/11/2021 13:14

@Prema112 - that’s what worries me. I’m told, over 40, Mother Nature sometimes likes to throw in an extra, a bit like a losing down sale. It would mean 2 1/2 grand a month in childcare costs, which would break us financially.

ALHCTPS · 18/11/2021 13:18

@destiEos I haven’t been able to deal with waistbands for weeks now. But I feel like such a slob in leggings 24/7. Not really great when you’re trying to look professional and not in the least bit pregnant in the office…

laurenGame · 18/11/2021 13:43

Ok @ALHCTPS are you over 40?? You look younger than me and im 34 😆 I don't think it's twins - my friend is exactly the same with her second pregnancy. She sent me her week 12 photos and she's the same size she was at week 22 last time, it's rather amusing!

@beansprout55 soo happy to hear!! You must be on cloud 9 and @RoseValleyRambles as well, you must've gone through hell past few days!

@PeeAche so nice to hear it's the furthest you've come along, bless you what a beautiful time Smile

ALHCTPS · 18/11/2021 14:00

@laurenGame 42 at the start of November, so properly geriatric. Geriatric millennial and geriatric mother x2.

RoseValleyRambles · 18/11/2021 14:06

Thanks guys. Still processing, but happy. Emotionally absolutely knackered.

PurpleMoon12 · 18/11/2021 15:06

I have a meal coming up at an Italian - dreading it! I'm struggling to keep anything down at the minute. Might end up with a side salad at this rate 😂 Anyone managed a successful meal out?

HWka · 18/11/2021 15:36

@RoseValleyRambles amazing news congratulations!!

PeeAche · 18/11/2021 15:44

@PurpleMoon12 I went to the pub last week with my DH and his friend and his friend's wife. She's pregnant and due in May, so she's 4 weeks ahead of me and able to talk about it. (Jealous)

I successfully managed my meal. Said our goodbyes. And then I threw up in a country lane on our walk home.

The next morning, in the cold, harsh light of day, I saw my own sick again in the verge, as I was walking my SC to school. It was half frozen and looked like something had eaten some of it. This made me sick again.

Haven't been out to eat since. 🤷🏻‍♀️

RoseValleyRambles · 18/11/2021 16:18

Massive LOLs for vomiting at your own vomit. These are the stories you need to save for the little one...

AmICrazy36 · 18/11/2021 16:21

Ahh so happy to hear the good news @RoseValleyRambles and @beansprout55

@PurpleMoon12 I managed a meal out to Nando’s not ate anything majorly big since though

I have my scan tomorrow and getting very nervous xx

HopefulJ2018 · 18/11/2021 16:25

I watched that the other night in the mist of HG after it was recommended on here. Hope you’re doing ok x
Wellthiswasunexpected · 18/11/2021 16:26

@RoseValleyRambles Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg, so happy for you.

@beansprout55 Congrats to you too, what a great result!

@AmICrazy36 Wishing you so much luck for tomorrow. Stay positive, you got this! Keep us posted x

PurpleMoon12 · 18/11/2021 16:31

@PeeAche
That is a fantastic story - one of those you might laugh about one day! (but maybe not right now!)
I won't feel so alone when I'm throwing up after! Hoping I can make it outside first

DaimDillyDoo · 18/11/2021 16:54

@RoseValleyRambles oh my, what amazing news!!!!! Xx

PeeAche · 18/11/2021 17:15

Wouldn't recommend a Nando's, unless you can defo keep it down like @AmICrazy36 - I threw one up the other night (takeaway) and it was the most painful throw-up so far. It's something about their seasoning... 😰

Has anyone else heaved so hard that they wet themselves? Ruined a perfectly good pair of slippers....

No? Just me?

I'll see myself out. Blush

DaimDillyDoo · 18/11/2021 17:19

@PeeAche yep me. Definitely.

I had the back of my heel pressing on my fanny the other day whilst being sick, didn't work and my whole foot ended up covered in pee.

beansprout55 · 18/11/2021 17:41

@ALHCTPS wow, you look amazing! I'm 30 and you look younger than me too!x
@RoseValleyRambles still on a high about your news!
@AmICrazy36 good luck tomorrow xx

Clomid1 · 18/11/2021 17:53

Thank you ladies for the kind words yesterday. I appreciate it so much and will voice my concerns to my midwife.

My scan is on 2nd December at exactly 12 weeks. Will let you know how it goes?

If all your bloods and urine are fine from the booking appointment do they not call you? i.e is no news good news (mine was on Monday last week)

pregnancydiaries · 18/11/2021 17:54

@CurryandSnuggle hope all ok ♥️

PeeAche · 18/11/2021 17:56
