@PeeAche gosh that sounds horrible! Keep an eye on your dehydration, you may need to go to the dr if you can't keep any liquids in

Anyone else having to eat every 20 minutes to keep nausea at bay? And then feel horribly full only to be starving and nauseous again 20 mins later?! I'm gonna be the size of a house if I carry on like this. Going to an extended family get together on my husbands side tmw for 2 days and no idea how I'm gonna hide the fact that I feel awful and am eating non stop!!!
I called 111 and they sent me up to the out of hours at local hospital. My blood pressure was very, very low so I've been given a prescription for an anti-emetic.

I can already tell that this child is going to be a handful.

Prema112 · 23/10/2021 18:24

@PeeAche pleased to hear you went to hospital, look after yourself!

@Wellthiswasunexpected I would enjoy it while it lasts! I've got gradually more nauseous getting much worse after 7 weeks

RoseValleyRambles · 23/10/2021 19:03

I haven't had much nausea yet, and boobs are feeling less sore now too, so maybe it's normal for them to come and go?
I've also got a scan next week too, as I was a bit worried about some one sided pains I was getting. Hopefully that will also give me a bit more confidence that this is really happening! It's weird to want to feel worse, but it would be weirdly reassuring...

Completely agree with this, strange to want to feel worse but it would give reassurance if I did!

Haven't had many cramps today or much feeling sick which is great in comparison to the past few days but then makes me anxious :(

@PeeAche Sorry you're not doing so good, sending hugs and hope you're feeling better soon xx

i123i · 24/10/2021 08:49

I read something like 10-20% of women don’t experience any nausea. So maybe you guys are the lucky ones! @Wellthiswasunexpected @RoseValleyRambles @Clomid1. One of my friends had absolutely zero symptoms in pregnancy (other than the growing baby!! 😆).

I’m only 4w+3 (so very early days) and have been relatively symptom free so far. Some waking in the night and headaches, and a little abdominal cramp, although I have slightly achey boobs for the first time today.

Hope the scan goes well @RoseValleyRambles .

Imhereforthecake · 24/10/2021 09:16

Is anyone else still getting period type pains at 5 weeks?
I took a clear blue saying test and it's still saying 2-3 when I thought it would be 3+ by now. So now panicking thinking the worst Sad

i123i · 24/10/2021 09:32

@Imhereforthecake - I am occasionally. And I did a clearblue a couple of days ago which put me at 1-2 weeks (I was just over 4w). So technically it’s in the correct range, just. The same for you. 2-3 weeks on the test means 4-5w pregnant, and you’re 5w. The average hcg range for woman at this stage of pregnancy is huge if you look it up. I would try not to worry 🙏🏻 ❤️

Imhereforthecake · 24/10/2021 09:36

@i123i
Thank you. It's just such a worry isn't it. Google can be your best friend or your worst nightmare!

I’m 7 weeks tomorrow and have had cramps throughout! I joined a “what to expect in early pregnancy” class a few days ago and every single woman there said they were having cramps. The woman leading the session said it’s just growth pains 99% of the time, pulling on your ligaments :) so do try not to freak out!
PlodandPod · 24/10/2021 09:56

@Imhereforthecake Yes I've had them on and off over the past few days. I'm 6 weeks. Sometimes they were quite strong and others not so much, they have calmed down after a few days and I got reassurance from people here that it's normal and just growing pains x

Chloeb04 · 24/10/2021 09:56

Hi everyone 😊 after working out the LMP I'm 7w3d today and due 9th June however...
Little bit worried and anxious as I went for an early internal scan last week when I was 6w6d since LMP. All they could see was the gest sac with the yolk inside but no embryo. I've read you should see this at 6 weeks 😔 they did say though that everything is in its right place for a pregnany... they said I'm measuring at 5w2d which if correct then it would be too early to detect an embryo anyway? I'm hoping I ovulated late, I didn't track this and my periods are irregular being every 24-32 days so I'm hoping I did ovulate late... second scan on 30th has anyone had anything similar?? Im so so worried X

makingamac · 24/10/2021 10:08

@Imhereforthecake my pains have been pretty consistent and last night got really bad! It's so worrying isn't it. But I'm pretty sure it's normal, someone on a WhatsApp group on on assured me that our uterus doubles from weeks 3-9 so it's not surprising that there's growing pains! Xx

TTCjourney2021 · 24/10/2021 10:10

@Imhereforthecake I'm currently 5+6, according to LMP and tested yesterday and still got 2-3, over a week after getting my first 2-3! I panicked like crazy, but I'm telling myself that it's still okay! X

Tofu35 · 24/10/2021 10:25

I'm working from home right now so not many occasions to wear jeans around the house! Yesterday we were going out on a drive so stuck on my favourite comfy 'mom' jeans. Fastening them was so uncomfortable! 9 weeks and the bloat is real! Just stuck on a baggy dress and a pair of leggings instead 😅

Anyone else feeling their body is changing shape earlier than expected?

PeeAche · 24/10/2021 10:37

Ladies, I'm saying this for the third time and I'm saying it for your own good - step away from the CB digitals. They are crazy-making sticks!!!

I'm sure I've already told you this once, @TTCjourney2021 !! Grin

I have miscarried before, and the digitals didn't help me one bit. They didn't predict anything. They didn't even register my hormones dropping. They're just a really expensive way to get you panicked.

They sell them in multipacks (funny that) and the dating doesn't line up with the way all medical professionals actually date pregnancy (globally!)
How hard would it be to display "5 weeks" instead of "3 weeks", if they had any actual faith in their own ability to identify how far along you are?
Why should you be sitting there, on the edge of your bed, clutching yet another pissy plastic stick and frantically googling the "Clear Blue" maths of what 3+ means when you thought you were 6 weeks along?
And to top it off, each box is dotted with about 5 asterisks, with all the vague disclaimers you can imagine.

ClearBlue know that their prime market for these tests is the anxious early pregnancy market. They can't offer any actual assurances but they can flog you dozens of tests.

They are expensive. Put the money towards an early scan instead.

Tough love, gals. I'm sorrynotsorry, as my DSD would say!

i123i · 24/10/2021 10:56

@PeeAche - wise words!!!

MrsNT · 24/10/2021 10:58

@peeache very true. Ive got one in the box came with the simple ones but after reading your earliar post on it..im definately not using it

The first hit is always free, @MrsNT ! Grin

MrsNT · 24/10/2021 11:07

Does anyone get stomach pain which feels like its gas 😂but its not gas.

AlbatrossSociety · 24/10/2021 14:32

@MrsNT my cramps have kind of passed now but I do still get feelings like gas but then I'm not gassy so I think I know what you mean!! My whole digestive system is a bit off. Finally started with some nausea this afternoon and my husband is in a really bad mood and it's winding me up because I feel like he should be meeting my every whim Grin

RoseValleyRambles · 24/10/2021 14:41

With you on the cramps. Ongoing for at least the last week. Loving the CB warning too - I have a box of eBay cheapies that I'm now almost out of, so will just have to trust from here on in ...

rathernotshare · 24/10/2021 14:48

I tried 2 CB digital and both errored, so I've never seen the word pregnant on a test! TTC for years, I definitely know how to take a pregnancy test so not user error!

Was a bit worried this morning as my boobs weren't hurting but now they're in agony. I've gone from a small in seamless bra things to a large already 😳

TTCjourney2021 · 24/10/2021 14:51

I completely know everything your saying is right @PeeAche and you have told me once already Lol!!

Thankyou! X

Albatross, I have been feeling annoyed with my husband for days. I'm having to really "check myself" because he's done nothing wrong! ... Unless we could existing.

Poor guy 😂

PleaseSendNoodles · 24/10/2021 15:28

Hey all! Please can I join? I’m either 6+1 (lmp) or 5+5 (in line with opk) so still very early.

Im glad a few of you mentioned about the cramps. I’ve been having them a lot. A couple of nights ago they were strong enough to wake me up and took my breath away. I was very concerned at the time but trying to keep calm!

Have you guys told anyone your news yet?
