Anyone else got a + tests lately I got mine yesterday and then another today. Got a few more test to doing over the next week to see if they get darker.

Hope to have some more July ladies join me there is a few of us on the June thread and Facebook group already I'll try to tag you ladies Xxx

So sorry I haven't been active. Work has been hectic this week, hope you ladies are all getting on ok!

I still haven't heard from the maternity unit, I sent my referral a while ago. But I got an email today to say my midwife has invited me to join badger notes so guess I must hear from them soon!

Nausea is really bad at the minute!

feliznavidad2 · 03/11/2021 17:06

If we join the group, does it come up as a notification for our friends on FB, does anyone know? 🙈

HotToddyColdSauvignon · 03/11/2021 18:42

Oh, apparently not! Sorry, I thought it was an official MN Facebook group Blush

Trinxsy · 03/11/2021 18:53

Thanks everyone! Needed to be 594 and they're 680!!! I'm in on Sunday for a scan, she said they still can't rule ectopic out until they see something on the scan but it's looking really positive. I've had no pain since the Sunday so I'm feeling really good

ChrissyAero · 03/11/2021 19:03

Hi everyone!! I am 4+2 and sooooooo nervous. I had a miscarriage in January and I'm terrified the same thing will happen again.

I have my booking appt at the end of this month and then my scan the day before my birthday so fingers crossed !

I'd love to join a Fb group if there is one?

sle0911 · 03/11/2021 19:23

@ChrissyAero hi congratulations!! I'm 4+5 so just a few days ahead, and also nervous! Is your scan the normal 12 week one or have you booked an early one? Impressed if you have a date for the 12 weeks already 😂 if so I need to pull my finger out, I haven't informed the GP yet for a midwife appt!

ChrissyAero · 03/11/2021 19:36

@sle0911 thanks - you too!!!
Yea it's the normal 12 week one. In my area they advise us to call and let them know as soon as poss. Then they book everything over the phone for you straight away!

I am going to book a private scan too though because I WILL NOT be able to wait that long hahaha.

Amyc94 · 03/11/2021 19:45

Hey everyone, how are you all feeling?

My nipples are on fire! 😅 and I'm feeling very nauseous but haven't yet been sick, hoping it stays that way as I'm really bad with being sick🤣

I've booked a private scan for 7 weeks so I'm really looking forward to that for peace of mind.

I then have received my NHS scan date which is Xmas eve in the morning 😬

I got a message today for my booking in appointment but it's not until I'm 10+2 weeks (10th December) I thought that was really late, does everyone else have theirs booked? Mine is over the phone which is a shame.

Maddie2802 · 03/11/2021 21:15

Ooo Christmas Eve! I didn't know they did scans then! So exciting 😊 how far along are you?

This is my second pregnancy and I feel like I can't remember anything from the first time! Like when is our first scan or midwife appointment 🙈 My DD is only 3

CaptainCarp · 03/11/2021 21:28

Hi everyone tested positive on Sunday & according to NHS website my due date is 8th July!
Midwife appointments is 7th December which seems ages away but I'm sure will fly.

I've only done 1 test though, am i wierd, should I do more?! Grin it was a definite double line.

Tested because finally at 31years old my periods are fairly regular... i was late & had horrendously sore breasts. I had "a feeling" it wasn't just a late period as well.

My appetite had reduced & have very slight nausea 1st thing & early evening.

Not told anyone yet thought probably tell parents after the Midwife appointment.. If i can keep it a secret for so long.

Hi everyone sorry I've been quiet.
2 days ago I woke up with blood on the sheet, went straight to emergency.
I had a scan and saw the baby for the first time, 5 weeks 5 days. As it's early they can't tell if it's ok, I got sent home and was told to wait a few days and see if bHCG levels increase or not - then they'll know if the baby didn't make it.

The bleed is called subchorionic hematoma and apparently it's actually ok to experience and most women have successful pregnancies. Has anyone experienced that or their friends or family have?

The advice I'd give is take it really easy, I was exercising and having sex and taking long car rides- even went on a roller coaster! Doctors were advising this was all fine but now looking back I wish I took a better care of myself 💕

I had one with my now 2 year old. Was completely nothing to worry about, didn't affect my pregnancy in any way. ds just seemed to settle in my uterus very aggressively Grin
laurenGame · 04/11/2021 04:15

Thanks @Trinxsy did you do anything different after diagnosis? Bed rest/no sex/no exercise? It's terrifying seeing blood and my Dr didn't advise anything 🤷‍♀️
