Thank you so much ladies for all your kind words! She's doing so well and they're trying to get her out of NICU within 12 hrs so I can breastfeed all being well, so proud of her! Finally got some skin to skin as well which was so amazing ❤️

Oh that’s great @Kirky658! She must be doing well if they think she’ll be able to leave nicu in 12 hours, and how lovely that you’ve had some skin to skin! Feeing all emotional, our first baby of the group! 🥰

Such amazing news! Can’t believe we have our first baby in the group! I follow the August due group too and they have already had 5 or 6 babies. But when I see the announcements on their feed, it still doesn’t feel real. NOW it sure thing has brought it home for me.

Thanks so much girlies. It is taking some getting used to having her in my arms was so surreal but I'm so grateful she's OK ❤️ harvested some colostrum last night the midwife did it for me as I can't used my hands correctly as tied to drips still. X

Our little boy also decided to put in an early appearance this weekend, despite being due 27 Sept! 😱

It's been a stressful few days but he's graduated from NICU and just needs another few weeks to grow a bit more and learn to feed. Sending so much love to you and Alice X
