@KHR1 I’m the same, I’m feeling the baby more in the day and less at night. Although I seem to have become a bit of an insomniac the last week or so so it might be that I’m just used to being asleep and not focusing on their movement!

@Tokyo87 my baby has hiccups about once a day, and my last baby used to have hiccuping episodes about 4-5 times a day for ages each time, she’s still a hiccuper now aged almost 2!

I'm not feeling much today so really going to have to monitor that...
My baby hasn't had hiccups at all!

I haven’t had as much movement today either but definitely some movement. And weirdly i can quite clearly feel hiccups just now for the very first time ever!

I'm officially in nesting mode today, 37 weeks today and I feel like I have had a huge burst in energy! Don't know how long it will last though! How is everyone else getting on?

I just came on to say the exact same thing!

Yesterday baby quite noticeably did not stop moving ALL day, it was crazy! And then so today seems really quiet, but I'd say today is more like a normal day... 🤷🏼‍♀️ (seeing the midwife in an hour so will mention it to her then!)

I don't always notice hiccups but I think baby has them now as it's a sensation I feel quite regularly but I sometimes liken it to like air bubbles just escaping from somewhere 😅

I had a couple of days last week where it felt like she was trying to fight her way out, shes quieter this week, but I heard they start to sleep more in the last couple of weeks to save energy for the birth. She does keep sticking her butt out on the right side under my ribs, so i know she's ok in there.

I still cant get my head around the fact that shes actually a person thats going to be here in a few weeks

@Scotti84 I can't get my head round it either... even after my daughter was born, I was like "how were you in my tummy?" "how did I grow you?!" Everyone would say how tiny she was (8lb 3oz!!) and I'd be like "she was in my tummy that size... she's huge!"

Thanks ladies, very reassuring to hear, even though feel silly being worried over bloomin hiccups!

@SP2Bx I feel like I've had the exact same today, he's been fairly quiet all day when other days the movements seem to be non stop! Also have a midwife appointment today at 4pm so going to mention it. Hopefully all ok.

@Kirky658 Happy to see you're being looked after and got yourself checked out. Sorry things haven't gone to plan, but it's wonderful news that you'll meet your baby soon! Wishing you the best of luck

Baby Alice was born at 1206pm via c section weighing 4lb 12oz. She has been struggling with her breathing so is on NICU but we are both doing fine. Xx
