I'm probably one of the first to find out, as there are no other chats! Based off of last period I'm due December 2nd! Got my first positive early at 9dpo.
Anyone else with me yet???

@FinnsMammy yes 18 month sleep regression is real! Possibly that's playing a part. I was a single mum with both my kiddies so it was what worked best for me. I hope you get some sleep however it happens! Xx

@FinnsMammysleep training worked so well for us. My son has slept ever since. Even now he is out of a cot and in a bed he never gets up.

I seem to have had a largely symptom free day! Just a bit tired. My FRERs arrived today, so excited for that tomorrow 😂

After see @marcella64 and @PenneyForThem have discovered they live close I'm interested in where everyone else is!

Hello! I haven’t read through this whole chat yet, but plan to this evening. I wondered if I could join the group? I’ve been testing positive for two days now, 9/10DPO and hopefully due 10th December! first time trying, and conceived after 4 months. Totally shocked as I have PCOS and had an operation for endometriosis last year.

Looking forward to hearing everyone’s journey and learning more about what the hell do I do next, haha!

@Wiltshire90 I know what you mean, I’ve had a really stressful time with some difficult behaviour in my class last week and wanting to avoid the stress but hoping to get to the Easter hols and then tell work afterwards when I feel a bit more secure in the pregnancy. Glad things are being put into place for you!

I am going to ring my docs on Monday and need to decide on a hospital! Feels such a huge decision.

Have you all told your doctors? Anyone else in the Manchester area?

I'm in Nottinghamshire. What's really weird is I've ended up connecting with a girl I went to school with from the TTC thread I was on! Totally random! We were close at school but lost touch so it's been so nice to reconnect!

Well ladies I manage to pull off getting through my virtual hen party tonight without anyone suspecting a thing! I was being made to do shots, so did tequila rose aka strawberry yazoo milkshake. So glad I pulled it off! 🤣

We had the most amazing experience this afternoon too. My sister had a Doppler when she was pregnant, which she gave to me last year for whenever we had a little one in future. We thought we'd have a listen today, not expecting to hear anything yet. But we heard baby's heartbeat, a strong little beat. Took a while to find, but once we had it was incredible 😭♥️

@Dungareesandfreckles welcome and congrats! I'm the same - I have PCOS and a load of cysts on my ovaries. It took me four months and this is my first too! 🙋‍♀️

@MrsGee20 hope your kids behave for the next few weeks. It's such a worry isn't it! Easter's not far now 😊

It was amazing, but also makes me wonder if my dates are right. I think I may be closer to the 6 week mark, rather than the 5+2 that I thought I was.

Saying that though I may be right with dates. My sister had an assisted pregnancy so was being monitored and assessed every week, even watching the egg leave etc! Her consultant heard the heartbeat at 5+something and that's when she started using the Doppler at home.

Looking forward to finding out if my dates are right when we go for the scan 🥰

Hi ladies, thanks so much for this thread! I find it so reassuring even if I don’t always post on here. I’m currently 20 DPO and anxiously awaiting my second lot of blood results that were taken on Saturday. I’m so nervous! This is my second pregnancy after a miscarriage in January at 6 weeks.

In an attempt to calm my nerves, I bought some more pee sticks. I haven’t tested on a pee stick since 14DPO. Picture shows results. I was excited to have a dye stealer with my first response and digi is showing 2-3 weeks which I would expect for 4w6days.

1st beta hCG = 123 (16 DPO)
EDD = 29/11/21

What do you all think? Xx

I have woken up feeling hungover this morning. Feels very unfair when the strongest thing I drank was a cup of tea!

I have a raging sore throat and googled it and it’s actually a pregnancy symptom! We can’t get away with anything now can we 😂😂 I’m not complaining though, over the moon.

Has anyone told their parents yet? I’m seeing mine in a couple of weeks when self catering stats are allowed again. Just so excited to tell them but not sure whether to get them something or just come out with it!

@MrsGee20 I had to call my mum as soon as I saw a line because I’ve been quite upset about my fertility worries along the way, so have been keeping her updated every month so I’ve got someone to support me. I’m going to wait until I know everything is okay at 12 months for everyone else, though.

I think do whatever feels right! I’m going to get some printed cards on etsy I think 🤔 just so they’ve (my brother and dad, and my bf’s parents) got something to remember the moment! ❤️

@FinnsMammy no recommendations but I did pregnancy yoga last pregnancy, so desperate for classes to either start back up or find one online

@CCG92 well done on the hen party haha! Ah must have been nice to hear the heartbeat , but obviously there are a lot of warnings and controversial about using home Dopplers etc so make sure you don't get reliant. I actually threw mine away so I wouldn't get reliant

@MrsGee20 not told my parents yet, but I can guarantee my mum will guess right away. She pretty much always thinks I'm pregnant 😂 and as soon as I ask for a decaf tea or turn down alcohol she will know

I did a FReR this morning rather than my usual IC to reassure myself that things are getting darker, and got this beaut! So pleased 😄

I'm going to come off the thread I'm afraid. Had a small bleed yesterday so went to local urgent care and had a few tests (including a pregnancy test) which all came back negative . I still kept my fingers crossed they were wrong but unfortunately this morning I was woken up with cramps and more blood so will have to wait and try again next month

I posted earlier on this thread but have been quiet, just checking in occasionally. It just doesn't seem real to me still 🤷‍♀️ I've done so many tests and I'm now 4+3 (ish) with nice bold lines but I just can't believe it?! This is my 2nd so I don't know why I feel like this. No symptoms other than tired in the afternoons (same as first). I'm tempted to book an early scan for a few weeks time, maybe I need to see it to believe it? I just have this constant feeling that something will go wrong so finding it hard to get excited right now. And the time is just going SO SLOWLY! x

Hello ladies! 😃 I think I'm due 1st Dec. Came off Cerelle on the 31st Jan, had a bleed 24-28th Feb, BFP last Tues (23rd March) and tested again last Fri just to be sure..! (Another BFP 🤩). Awaiting blood test result back from Dr. tomorrow just to be 100% sure as we can't believe our luck after only 7 weeks off the pill! 🥰

Ladies I know this feeling hungover lol I woke up this morning and I was like “Jesus how much did I drink last night?” Then I remembered I’m a pregnant mother in lockdown and my my days of careless drinking are far and few these days 🤣🤣 for the first time mothers feeling hungover with my last pregnancy I felt hungover until the 14 week mark so hang in there!
