BFP 12 dpo

[1992EM]

I am not quite ready to join the October group yet . I found out I was pregnant at 10dpo and confirmed with a frer 11dpo and 12dpo. No symptoms so far bar feeling really tired. Anyone else want to join me ? This is my first pregnancy so hoping all goes smoothly ❤

What symptoms (if any) do you all have ?

I am tired but at the same time can't sleep 🤣
I have the odd twinges.
I my stomach is really rumbly at night but fine during the day 🙈
My boobs are a lot bigger but not sore.

All of which have only happened bar the feeling tired and boobs since I got my BFP . In some ways I want morning sickness to confirm I am in fact pregnant but I know I will regret that 🤣.

@NW2021 congratulations! I just self referred last time, my GP wasn't bothered when I called! Just went online to the hospital I wanted and filled out the form. At my hospital they just do booking and first scan appointment together so the first appointment was at 12 weeks, but I'd already had a couple of scans with my IVF clinic.
I can't add a photo for some reason, but I think my line progression is ok - it's gone from a bit lighter than the control line yesterday to darker than the control line today. I really don't think it's an exact science though @1992EM so don't get too hung up. I think I'll stop testing now and wait till my official test day on Tuesday. I'm too scared to do a digital too!
I'm not feeling any symptoms really other than tiredness and a bit of lightheadedness. I didn't have any symptoms when I was pregnant with my son either, so I'm not too worried. Know what you mean about being sick proving you're definitely pregnant though!

@1992EM actually yes now you say it my stomach is so rumbly too 😂 but I don't feel that hungry. Weird.

@Gabby1234 Thank you. I know i shouldn't get hung up on it . I found the only way to get pictures on was to use the web browser instead of app. I have low b12 so have asked for a phone consultation today as have read you shouldn't get the jag if pregnant . I don't plan to book in until later . I also want to confirm if the prenatal vitamins are ok that I am taking . I think ill do a digital tomorrow and then a frer on Sunday and that's it until the following weekend. If I can hold out that long . My rumbly tummy is weird as I am definitely not hungry but tends to be if I am lying down which is probably why it happens at night 🤣. It is weird not having symptoms. I feel I need my body to confirm it 🤣🙈 x

I hope you are all good! & congrats on alll the BFP’s!! So excited for you all.
Im currently at 9dpo, I am so so tired, had a few headaches & absolutly starving... constantly!! Just this morning I had full backache.. nothing painful but I knew it was there followed by a few pains down the left side of my stomach but again not painful I could just feel!
I just went to Tesco and the only tests they had were clear blue flip and clicks... has anybody tried these or should I hold out and order some other brands? If so what has everyone else used for their BFP?
Had a miscarriage a few days before new year so just praying that I am in fact positive this time ♥️

@Jezabella congratulations ❤ I have only used First Response early and premom strip tests so far. I have some CB digital but don't want to do them yet. I would say they will be fine as well known brand . 🤞

@1992EM brill! Thank you. I did think I’d wait till after 6 weeks. I’ve been taking vit d and folic for a couple of months so I’ll keep up with that!
I defo have the bigger boobs! But not really sore. I felt really tired the week just gone and no food seems to be satisfying me! But apart from that I feel normal. I’m getting the cramps and had them for a bout a week but I think that’s all normal from what I’ve read.

@Jezabela I’m so sorry about your Mc 😔🤍 I used first response early detect but I’m 14dpo today and my Af is due today. I’m going to try find a digital one today in the shops just want to see that ‘pregnancy’ on a test!

@Jezabela I got a very very faint BFP with a clear blue at 9dpo. However I then confirmed it the next day with a FR as I just trust them more. Fingers crossed for you xx

@Jezabela congratulations! I've only used frer so far, but I've got some clear blue arriving today. Going to try to hold off testing any more until I need to call my clinic on Tuesday. Now the test line is darker than the control I'm not sure it will progress much more.

I know it's a bit early, but has anyone done the due date calculator? From my LMP it's calculated 25th Oct, 3 days after my DS will turn two! He was a week early though, so who knows. What's everyone else's?

So I'm 12dpo today and these are my tests from this morning. I just wanted to see it in writing so that's why I took a digital aswell 😂. I'm just praying this is a sticky one, I'm feeling so anxious xx

First thing I did was check due date because I knew it'd be near my son's birthday! It's about 2 weeks from his, he was a few days early (csection), and if this one sticks I'd be aiming for vba2c and midwife previously said that I'd probably go earlier than 40 weeks naturally with it being my third and him being a few days early after a sweep.

My only major symptom is bloating, by this time with my last pregnancy that ended in mmc I was nauseous constantly (just like my other 2 pregnancies) and so tired. Hoping I might dodge the 24hour nausea this time!

I still haven't told my DH 😂

@lockdownbabyx they look good to me! I know what you mean about seeing it in writing, maybe I'll order a digi too.

@Garman ah that's nice! How old will your son be? I'm starting to get nervous about having a two year old and a newborn, lol. I want two close in age but I know it'll be hard for a good few years! I also hope they don't end up with the exact same birthday. No symptoms really here too, I want to nap a lot but I think that's more lockdown boredom than anything...

@Gabby1234 he'll be 4, my old dc was 2.5 when he was born and not gonna lie, it was tough going! Now we're onto the separating fights stage and "I had it first/he won't share!!", not sure which was tougher tbh 😂

I am glad I am not the only person without many symptoms. I had to go into work and the mask was a killer so I hope if I get morning sickness I get it at night 😅🤣I have discharge like I am about to ovulate. It is so strange . Googled it and think it is ok 👌

Totally normal not to have any/many symptoms this early! 😊

@Garman Thanks for the reassurance. I should enjoy it really . 🤣 . I swear my body is preparing for sleepness nights already . Plus the crazy weather isn't helping x

Tentatively joining...

After thinking I was out this cycle I have implanted late and my BFP showed up on 14dpo! I’ve only been using cheapies no FRER and my lines are still faint. They’ve been both darker and lighter over the past 4 days so I’ve stopped testing now as it’s causing too much stress. I got 1-2 weeks on a digi this morning which doesn’t seem right for 18dpo but I didn’t dip it for long enough (only realised after!) and in theory my late implantation could make me more like 15dpo so I’m not losing hope just yet. The last 4 days I’ve gone between total doom and thinking chemical to hope that I might actually be having another bubba...the ups and downs are stressful! So time to chill now and what will be will be.

No AF or spotting so far so looking good. Don’t want to get my hopes up too much but I’m so praying this is a sticky one!

Only symptom so far has been nausea as soon as I woke up this morning!

EDD around 25th October 🎃 🧡

@mamaatthegym Congratulations ❤I think the CB digital aren't always as accurate with the weeks. I have no idea what I am as I assumed it would be 1 -2 weeks. I am 13dpo and am using one tomorrow so will confirm what it is.

Well it is in writing 🥰 I finally plucked up the courage at 14dpo x

@mamaatthegym congratulations! A positive is a positive and it sounds like you're doing the right thing just stopping testing. The CB ones aren't that sensitive so to get a positive on that is good in itself.

@1992EM yay! Well done for doing it, you must feel so reassured. I'm still too nervous 🤣

I woke this morning after really vivid dreams with such a heavy period like feeling in my abdomen... I'm hoping it might just be bloating or something as a side effects of all the medication I'm on. I have to take so many pills, pessaries, injections a day (12) that it's hard to keep track of and I'm always worried I missed one... anyway I took another test and it looks darker - I've tried to attach it. So fingers crossed everything is ok.

@Gabby1234 Ahh your tests look good and good strong lines. It could be the medication. Seeing it in writing and at the right stage is reassuring . Definitely give it a go. I am 14dpo so exactly 2 weeks since I ovulated so thought it might have still been 1-2 weeks. I am going to wait until 6 weeks to do.the other one to see if it goes to 3 as I see many don't until they are 6 to 8 weeks. Doing a frer and cheapie tomorrow and then will lay off testing until next weekend . If I can last that long 🤣

@1992EM I tested again yesterday 13/14dpo and got 2-3 weeks! Was so good to see and still can’t believe it!! 🥰

@NW2021 aw no way, I got my 2-3 today aswell! This is my 4th pregnancy and I’ve never got this on a digital before so of course I cried . So happy you got to see it in writing aswell xxx

Also my hormones are definitely kicking in, I'm sitting here crying at and and dec Saturday night takeaway 😂 x
