Definitely is better when I move around, but slept so badly I just can't be arsed to move. So I'm not helping myself!!

@cat709 I have had one sweep it was 4 days ago actually not sure if that coincidence or not haha!! If she doesn’t come by Tuesday they want to induce. For whatever reason they don’t want me going way past my due date. I wasn’t too keen on induction and could refuse it but I’m gonna go ahead and do it for the sake of my body and the fact that dh started his paternity leave today so it will give him more time with her before he goes back

@Lnbarne & @cat709 I'm with you on the pains today, feeling wrecked. Centre of my bump is so sore and tender feels like its going to split open and baby come out like one of those alien film 😭

@babbit87 oh no 😂😂😂 i just keep trying to remind myself that it’ll all be worth it soon!! Trying to keep positive!! Maybe some or all of us will be progressing to labor soon 🤞🤞

@babbit87 to me it feels like she is all scrunched up way down there in my pelvis it’s hard for me to be comfortable unless I’m standing or walking but I don’t have the energy and stamina to stand or walk constantly so eh idk just another glorious part of pregnancy 😂😂

@Lnbarne aw thank you I need some positive vibes today! Gonna try and have a nap and see if I can muster the energy for a walk this afternoon - fresh air always helps 😌

Yea I had to drive back afterwards unless you have someone who can drive you.. it was intense some pressure but it was bearable I’d do it again!! You have to be dilated at least a con time yet for them to do it! Are you dilated at all?

I imagine there would be lots of disappointed ladies (including myself) if we were able to check the cervix status on our own!!

I've kept up with my daily walks, its really helped with my pelvic pains, and my leg cramps have gone. Only thing is pressure down below is uncomfortable and my tummy is still rock hard, sleeping is a nightmare, as my sides feel so stretched so need to keep changing positions 😣

38wks tday Lets hope we all get thru this stage with ease and meet our much awaited munchkins very soon ❤

@safxxx glad to hear things are well for you! The thing bothering me most today is my lower back it’s just achey constantly.. big snow storm here so haven’t been able to get out on a walk yet..

Actually I’m not gonna sugarcoat it my back is in a lot a lot of pain today.. sitting standing bouncing it doesn’t matter what I do I can’t get comfortable at all.. maybe this means it’s almost over.. let’s hope anyways

@Lnbarne what a weather don't blame you not going out, here the temperature has really dropped its freezing cold but so far we've avoided the snow. Try a hot water bottle to ease the back pain....hope you feel better soon even better hope its a good sign that things are progressing 🤞

@Lnbarne we have snow where I am too so no walks for me either at the moment 😩😂

Been having tightenings all day but that's all they are ☹️ no pain or true labour signs again x

Snowing here too so I'm trying to keep myself busy by planning our belated wedding reception for December. Hopefully it'll go well but I'm trying to sketch our wedding cake 😂😂 could be anything at this point

@safxxx I got a heating thing that you stick in the microwave to warm up for Christmas so I just broke that out!! Thank you!
@babydust2412 hope you don’t have to wait much longer 🤞🤞🤞 I worry that I’m not even gonna know labor when it comes I have no idea what to expect after all the different aches cramps pains and discomforts iv felt thus far!! 😂😂
@TeaPiglet glad you’ve found a way to stay busy indoors since you can’t outdoors! I know I should try and do something physical to keep myself busy but I just can’t today at least not until some of this back pain eases up!! Ugh

@babydust2412 yea and when it’s your first time and you have no idea what to expect to begin with it’s really hard to not be that way..

@Lnbarne @babydust2412 what your both feeling is part of the process, your bodies are preparing themselves for the big day, but for some women these symptoms can drag on and i'm assuming there dragging on for you both too. Hope you both go on to having further progress 🤞
