4 weeks today!

Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm not 16weeks untill 4th feb- so anytime from there we could get a gender scan.

@Redfoot89 oooh will you be finding out! You aren't far off now!! X

Did they get a clear image of what the gender was?

@AnxiousAnnie86 @Blossom428 my 20 week scan is 26th of feb....ill be honest i keep changing my mind about whether i want to know ir not??? My husband desperately wants to know buuuut i am totally 50/50 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

@Blossom428 yes she had her legs crossed for so long and was being difficult and the lady just said I'm about 85% but I need to get to 99% and then she moved and she got a really clear image. I couldn't tell Obviously but she was really confident!! X

@Redfoot89 I wish I had the patience to not know! But I definitely don't! We had finally found a boys name we agreed on this morning too! I thought that was fate 😂

I have a private early scan booked for 30th Jan, at which point I will be 8 weeks, and an NHS midwife appointment on 3rd Feb. So much for obstetrician referral - I've heard zippo, and time is going on. They're probably just too busy with Covid to have time for it.

Was very crampy yesterday, but seems to have calmed down now and no other worrying symptoms. GP called and said I should go on the extra strong folic acid so I've had a script filled for that and started on it yesterday.

It is going so slowly....SOOOO slowly. And I'm no longer reassured because I clearly haven't been referred on like I was supposed to have been. So excited for you guys getting to your gender scans! It must be awesome. God I can't even imagine getting there at the moment - you probably remember!

@TheOrangeMonster the first twelve weeks felt like twelve months! I spent everyday googling symptoms CONVINCED it was going to be another MC, I had really bad cramps in weeks 4-6 I remember that very clearly! You've got a scan booked which is great! Definitely best waiting till after 7 weeks as anything before that I think would terrify you!!!! When you hear that little heartbeat it's incredible!!!! X

I had my 12 week scan today all was OK

It feels more real now. I am already looking forward to my 20 week scan ha.

I have an internal 10 week scan next week and my NHS 12 week one on the 12th Feb so not too long to wait now 😊
