4 weeks today!

Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

Hi all I got 3 + on. Clear clue today so my hcg must be increasing
It was 894 on Wed but I think the threshold for 3+ is over 2700 so I'm feeling so much better

Such awful sleep last night, couldn't stop tossing and turning. Think I've had a couple of waves of feeling a bit sick too 🙈
@AnxiousAnnie86 I've not had bad skin yet, but I bet it's to come!

I know, I hope not too! @AnxiousAnnie86 I'm 6+1 today. Half way to 12 week scan 🤞🏽

I don't think I can wait untill Christmas Day to tell my mum- especially if I end up telling other close friends before then, I would feel bad her not knowing. But OH really wants to wait. So hard to know. Might see how the scan goes in a couple of weeks

@Blossom428 my husband wanted to wait till 12 weeks, but after the scan on Thursday we decided to tell parents, won't tell anyone else till 12 weeks xx

I'm ok..im a natural worrier lol and because of everything I have been through I don't want the heartache so trying to not get to excited. I'm feeling OK. I have sore nipples but nothing else. I would only be 5 weeks and may be a couple of days. I have been trying to work out when we DTD I keep thinking well must of been sat or Sunday.. Then I think it's not like us to do it on a Saturday 😂😂😂

@Klprr93 yeah I didn't have any symptoms at five weeks, except sore boobs! Just make the most of it!!!

Yes I do wish it could fast forward it lol. Yeh my boobs must really hurt as I had a boob job about 6 years ago and the feeling never completely came back so the fact my boobs are achy and nipples tender when touched means they must really be very sore . As any other time to be honest they are ever sensitive. I can going to my clinic today for an early scan. I know they won't see anything but they said can check there is a sac and in the rigtht place

Sorry I have a new phone and I am still learning to type on it. So sorry about the typos! Lol so glad your all doing good. Have you all contemplated how you are going to avoid drinking without anyone getting suspicious at xmas. I have told all my work colleagues unfortunately I work in a hospital in scanning unit so I have had to inform everyone so I don't enter the scanning room and cause harm.

Me and my partner came up with an idea- and trialled it at the weekend. as I usually drink cider- so we bought bottles of alcohol free cider and the alcohol cider. Carefully opened the alcohol cider- pour away or OH can drink. Then pour the alcohol free into the alcohol bottle and put the bottle cap on.
I mean it does pour out a little of out on its side. But if you put it stood up- perfectly fine. No one will have a clue haha.
Could also do this with wine!

I am feeling rotten today, cant stop gagging 😭. We are telling our parents and siblings this weekend after scan. Not telling anyone else until after 12 weeks. Ill be 13 weeks when the schools and nursery go back so will tell them then.

We had drinks with our neighbours sat night there, quite hard to get out of drinking with them so i just said i had a urine infection 🤣 worked a treat! Im not a big drinker at christmas anyways so it would be fine for me but the family ill be with on christmas will all know by then anyways as ill be almost 11 weeks all going well

I've just moved mine forward a couple of days to the 10th 😂🙈 I'll be 7+4 then so hope to still be able to see well.

There was a gestional sac of 8mm and she saw a dot and she said she think that is the yolk sac but scanning me again in a week. :)

Hi everyone hope you are all well. I have been so busy with work which is good as it's keeping my mind busy. Fab news with your scans all very positive. I will book my private scan for next week when I'm 8+weeks. NHS scan is on 8th January when I will be 12+3. Other than heavy boobs, tiredness at night and nausea in the morning I have been ok so far. X

@Bambi300180 that's good news then! You may well avoid it! Which would be great for you! I cannot wait to get through first trimester, I feel totally awful my skins so bad..: I don't think I've ever felt so poorly!!! My nhs dating scan is at 10+3 so I'm not sure if they will get what they need x
