Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

She's just said her daughter doesn't want to share her grandad.... I expected her reaction, she said she needed to tell me in case she has a meltdown about it, his parents are so happy but say they feel sorry for her.... I will add she's nearly 42...xxx

@AnxiousAnnie86 oh dear im so sorry! Please don't let it dampen your excitement. Of course its sad for her and im sure you will be respectful of her but you are still entitled to be happy too

AnxiousAnnie86 · 28/11/2020 17:28

@Redfoot89 I won't, at the end of the day this is about me and my husband her thoughts won't change that!

Today's the first day in two weeks I've not been sick! These tablets must be working x

Have you seen that Ramzi theory?

I'm just looking at your scan @AnxiousAnnie86 and trying to work it out. But really don't have a clue haha

AnxiousAnnie86 · 28/11/2020 19:41

@Blossom428 so the yellow circle is the yolk sack then the other bits the baby xx

4 weeks today!

Soemthing about where the placenta is-
But not sure how you know haha @AnxiousAnnie86

4 weeks today!
Blossom428 · 29/11/2020 00:03

Not sure how you work out where the placenta is when it isn't formed yet though

4 weeks today!
AnxiousAnnie86 · 29/11/2020 06:47

@Blossom428 I think it's where the yolk sack goes... so that would indicate a boy, but I also read that heart beats below 140 indicates a boy and above that indicates a girl, and babies heart rate was 166bpm at scan so none the wiser 😂

😂😂😂 yeah it's all random tales isn't it! @AnxiousAnnie86

AnxiousAnnie86 · 29/11/2020 09:44

@Blossom428 I know it's all total guess work isn't it, I think there's more solid proof of being able to tell at 12 weeks, from the skull and bub theory, but I don't understand either of those! We will be doing a private gender scan I think mid January, xx

Ladies advice pleeeease.

My OH is keen to tell our parents our news, i want to have a scan first. Is it worth booking a scan for next weekend? Ill only be 7+5 or 7+6 depending on if its saturday or sunday.

Would i see/hear a heartbeat??

AnxiousAnnie86 · 29/11/2020 12:40

Redfoot89 · 29/11/2020 12:48

Blossom428 · 29/11/2020 14:53

Hahah @Redfoot89
Exciting you get to see you little bean soon though! I'm sure Oh parents can wait a week.

I want my scan to be earlier now- feel like 2 weeks is toooo far away!!

Redfoot89 · 29/11/2020 15:21

@Blossom428 im so nervous now though i just hope its actually growing as it should be this time around.

Just been for a walk with my family and my OH kept saying in my ear, we def not doing it today ? 🤣🤣 hes so excited all of a sudden.

Defo telling them next weekend

Redfoot89 · 29/11/2020 15:22

@Blossom428 sorry meant to say too, two weeks seems like forever but it will be here before you know it!!

Blossom428 · 29/11/2020 15:51

So bad that throughout TTC you just wish time away.. then when baby arrives you want time to go slow haah.

@Redfoot89 I know, I keep reading things what people have written on other threads and saying baby stopped growing, or like a missed miscarriage and it scares the hell out of me. Especially like you say, when OH is started to get all excited about it too now.
Got to try stay positive though- I really hope we can all continue this journey together 😊

Redfoot89 · 29/11/2020 16:11

@Blossom428 ive purposely not been reading things this time. I had a missed miscarriage last year which is why im so nervous! I certainly did not feel this ill that time though and i never got 3+ on the digital test either, the test actually dropped im sure.

So im trying to be positive! Im sure all will be well for all of us in the end 😊

Blossom428 · 29/11/2020 20:16

Yes I'm going to avoid reading things now defo not good for the mind! @Redfoot89
Sorry to hear about your missed miscarriage. Like you say things are more positive now with all your symptoms! 😊

AnxiousAnnie86 · 30/11/2020 07:03

@Redfoot89 it's so so exciting telling family isn't it! I was nervous too though I was worried about tempting fate! I think the fact you feel so ill is really really a good thing, I read online if you have Ms you are much less likely to miscarry!

@Blossom428 time passes so slow does it! I couldn't think about anything else, I kept saying when I see it I will stop worrying! I haven't... at all. I had such bad pains all day yesterday like reallt sharp and painful! But I think it was trapped wind!!! X

@AnxiousAnnie86 im feeling quite emotional at the thought of telling family 😭 but excited too. Just want friday to hurry up. I think so too, when i had my MMC last year the only symptom i had was tender nipples, and that had stopped by now. Id already bled on 3 seperate occasions aswel so im feeling hopeful but just trying not to get carried away.

This week is going to drag so so much i just know it 👀👀👀

AnxiousAnnie86 · 30/11/2020 07:40

@Redfoot89 I was in such a panic when I went for my scan, I was crying, the lady doing it was like is everything okay? I was so worried I wasn't going to get good news! Just tell them as soon as you go in and they will find the heartbeat straight away, I was laid there less then a min and she said, "baby is doing fine" x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 30/11/2020 07:41

Also, my skin has never ever been this bad in my life! I have full blown acne! Has anyone else got this?! X
