@gaxy1, @sunnysideup3, @generalclux, I'm so glad I'm not alone feeling like this, I feel like just going with the feelings is the best way to go. Anything else is using too much energy!!

Must be joining this group but at 13w 5d I've noticed an actual improvement, not part of the good day, bad day cycle.

Bring on the 2nd golden trimester! I can't wait!!!

Had my booking appointment today and am now set up on the app, not sure why I am surprised at the thoroughness of the detail on there ha

I have my scan booked for Friday which is very exciting. I think I will have to go back as I think I am a bit behind due to my longer cycle but we will see!

Anyone else find that the best way to stop nausea is to keep eating all. the. time? I found it really helps me. However, I now worry about eating so much haha. What's everyone's go-to snack? I keep munching on carrots, afraid I'll evolve into a rabbit soon!

@sunnysideup3 that's been my solution too! I've eaten so much this last 4-5 weeks! Im trying to stick to healthy options and find cold fruit/veg has been good. I may turn into a satsuma given the amount I've eaten this week!! Cold apple slices dipped in peanut butter also a fave, and cherry tomatoes!

I have eaten so many bagels I might turn into one.

Good that you are able to stick to veg/fruit - I have needed something stodgy to stop feeling nauseous.

@GeneralClux I'll need to try keeping some of the fruit in the fridge! I've also been eating lots of apples, I like everything crunchy at the moment. Definitely turning into a rabbit.

Lovely Forth valley ladies- Have you all had your 12 week scan letters on time? My midwife called them at my booking appt (2.5 weeks ago) because she was surprised no one she'd seen that day had their appts yet, and wrote down a time and date on a post-it, but that's all I've had. It's supposed to be on the 17th November.. I'm a little worried I might have the wrong time because she got a couple of peoples dates at the same time! Anyone with a letter- is there a phone number for the ultrasound department on it? I really need to chase it up. Thanks.

@singleandttc I got my appointment letter for my 12 week scan at my booking appointment. I am at work just now so don't have it to check for a phone number but I can have a look in morning when I finish work.

I had my scan today and wasn't given a date for my 20 week but she said it would get sent out to me.

@singleandttc I am the same as Buffbeag - I got my 12 week scan date at the booking appointment.

The maternity unit number from my letter is 01324 567182 if that helps

@CardiganBlobby @Buffbeag that's really strange. My midwife assumed I'd already have the letter. I just have an irrational worry that she's given me someone else's post it by mistake. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and double check the time and where exactly I go. Thanks.

Sorry guys, working night shift so only just had a chance to catch up on messages.

Scan went well saw wee B bouncing around. Very active apparently lol. Measuring 12+6 so one day behind were we though which is great.

Told my folks and my sister this morning as well who were all absolutely thrilled. Such a good feeling to actually be able to share with people now 😊

Scan went well. Now at 13+2 so put on a week. Due 11th May 2021.
