Can't quite believe it but I've just taken a test this morning... Baby no.2 is on the way! According to the NHS due date calculator, I'm due on 1st June 2020.

We're both a bit surprised as we'd only just started "trying not trying" (very lucky, I know) and our first TTC journey was a bit of a rollercoaster. But yeah... Here we go! DD will have just turned 2 when they arrive. Terrifying but we're both very excited!

Anyone else also found out the same today?

@Hawse yes, me!
I had lots of cramping and spotting until 2 days ago. I'm glad it's stopped!!
I poas just to check lol but having had a mc before I'd like to think I would know about it!!
I'm snotty in the mornings and sneeze quite a bit. Get the odd breast pains, maybe more tired than usual, but other than that, not much going on here 🤷🏻‍♀️

SallyWallyDoDah · 07/10/2019 20:25

I'm only 4 weeks and 4 days (according to app) gone and I feel really tired, my boobs are sore and I've got a "sick like" lump in my throat.

Isn't it a bit early for all that?
Xx

MrsD20 · 07/10/2019 20:53

Thanks @Jemstar33 I do hope so. I checked the test 10 mins later and it does have a faint line so I feel much better ☺️ I need to remember that I am literally a minute pregnant 😂

This is going to be a looooong 8 weeks 🙈🌈 xx

Girlinajumpsuit · 07/10/2019 20:59

Hello can I join? Due 5 June, finally my first ever bfp after over 2 years of trying and luckily (miraculously) success on our first round of ivf. Just over 5 weeks and have an early scan with my clinic next week. SO happy and excited but also so nervous as after struggling with fertility issues for so long I find it hard to believe it's actually happened Shock and keep worrying they won't find any baby at the scan!
@Hawse same! The week of implantation I felt horrific but now just slightly tired and a few cramps

Hawse · 07/10/2019 21:03

Thanks @Wishful30 and @Girlinajumpsuit.

Also huge congrats to @Girlinajumpsuit and loads of others on here who are getting positives after TTC for so long!

Anny27 · 07/10/2019 21:32

Congratulations @Girlinajumpsuit so nice to see you have your bfp after a long journey!!

I am 6+1 and still really only have tiredness and sore boobs (cramping now stopped).

I think most symptoms happen from week 6/7 ish :)

@whatnext11 thata good that your manager is supportive. Think i will tell mine just after my 9 week private scan at end of month

MrsD20 · 07/10/2019 21:48

Congratulations @Girlinajumpsuit that's fantastic news 💗 🌈 xx

Hi ladies!

I've been reading the thread for a few days and have finally decided to join. I am still in shock. Got my BFP 2 weeks ago on my second cycle of trying to conceive #1. I am currently 5 weeks +4. Due on the 5th of June!
Due to irregular periods, I always had this fear that I would struggle to conceive. Literally still doing pregnancy tests because I cannot quite believe it!
Like some of the ladies have mentioned, I am having no symptoms at all, which does not help with how surreal the whole situation feels!
One of my best friends is an Obs and gynae doctor and I have been questioning he poor girl to death!
How are people coping with the fear of the M word? That is currently my only 'symptom'!

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy pregnancy! :)

MilsCookie · 08/10/2019 00:56

@Jemstar33 thank you! We’re off to Australia next in November, then Fiji for a week! Just hope I manage to find somewhere to have a scan and all is ok. So much anxiety being away from home!!

@Wishful30 @Girlinajumpsuit @Missgemini Huge congrats!! So happy for you all. 😃 I am also still in shock!!

@Hawse I don’t seem to have the cramping like I had last week (which I think was implantation week) but my boobs are really sore. My main symptom is a full blown cold - which I think is just a coincidence! 🤧🤕

BudgieBird · 08/10/2019 00:58

After nine cycles of trying, and one cycle of drugs and IUI, I got my BFP yesterday! Of course I'm overjoyed, but...I'm huge all the sudden! I look massively bloated at only one day past my expected period. I don't feel full of wind, I just have dull cramping and a belly that looks like I'm closer to four months than four weeks gone. Eek!

MilsCookie · 08/10/2019 00:59

Did anyone feel implantation? On the 3rd I was sorting some clothes out and all of a sudden I got a really strong cramp that actually made me say ‘agh!’ a little bit to the right of my uterus. This was before I knew I was pregnant and so at the time I wasn’t entirely sure but I’m pretty sure I felt something! It was the only sudden strong cramp I had too, all the others have been dull aches! Anyone else?

MilsCookie · 08/10/2019 01:01

@BudgieBird awww congrats!! Such an exciting time!! I am a bit bloated but I bloat all the time anyway so nothing new there 🙈 at least now I can blame it on pregnancy haha!

Missgemini · 08/10/2019 01:13

@MilsCookie yes!!! I had a horrible tummy cramp ALL day 10 days post ovulation! That's what led me to test in the first place. I assumed that was implantation pain.. I am known to have IBS, but never an all day cramp like that!

AmyMaria2 · 08/10/2019 01:17

Congratulations to all the new bfp's🥳

@Missgemini congratulations I'm also due 5th June, and still testing I don't think I'll stop until I've seen a heartbeat 😂x

Missgemini · 08/10/2019 01:27

@AmyMaria2 I have a feeling that I will be visiting an EPU for an early scan within the next week. I used to think the year was speeding past me, but since my BFP, life has suddenly come to a standstill. Everyday is going by so slowly now! I desperately need to see a heartbeat soon. So anxious about this whole thing!

Missgemini · 08/10/2019 01:29

@AmyMaria2 Forgot to say! Due date twinsss! Congrats to you too! This is such an insane situation! I am currently on a night shift and sneakily checking the site!

Jemstar33 · 08/10/2019 04:22

I’m also hardly having symptoms, my boobs are still really sore and I’m sneezing a lot and have lots of CM but that’s about it really. I hate that last symptom I keep rushing to the loo thinking it’s blood. I’m 6+1 today and having an early scan tonight. I’m so excited, hence being unable to sleep!

@Girlinajumpsuit @Missgemini @BudgieBird congrats to you all. How exciting 😃😃

MamaPeas · 08/10/2019 07:35

MamaPeas · 08/10/2019 08:19

Daydreamer71 · 08/10/2019 10:40

Hi everyone, does anyone mind if I join the party ☺️ our BFP day arrived Sunday and I'm due 12 June 2020 according to NHS website!

Only minor symptoms so far, sore boobs and very very tired! Had quite a bad migraine last night but too terrified to take painkillers because I haven't had my doctors appointment yet. Hoping to have one this week. Also having on/off period like twinges/cramps.

Congrats to everyone on your BFPs!!

MilsCookie · 08/10/2019 10:49

@Daydreamer71 welcome and congratulations!! 😃

Does anyone want to share a few details about themselves? I’ll start:

Due date: 10th June 2020
DC: 1
Age: 30
Location: Oxfordshire (but currently in India!)

Feel free to add any other details that I can’t think of right now! 🙈😂

SuperSarah · 08/10/2019 10:54

I had lower back pain most of yesterday, similar to my usual period pain, and today I am in such a foul mood! I know it's meant to be normal but having had a miscarriage previously I am always worried that the next time I go to the toilet I will bleed. I miscarried at 5+6 last time and I will be at that point again a week from today. @Missgemini to answer your question about coping, it's all I keep thinking of! I just want to get past that date quickly.
It doesn't help that I work in a ward and my shifts this weekend were stressful and physical.

SuperSarah · 08/10/2019 10:59

@MilsCookie What a fun idea! And now I know we are date twinnies!
