I rang the midwifery service yesterday to check my self-referral had been received ok, and they said I wont get my first appt/scan until after 12 weeks because they are busy! Was hoping to start telling people at 12 weeks so may have to go private if I can't wait that long!

@SLT90 how late will your appointment be? I think they have to do one before 13 weeks. so might only be a little later. But yes private scans are fabulous. Iv had one with every pregnancy. It's lovely xxx

I'm currently sat in flip out while they all have fun on the trampolines -_- doing an escape room after it at least.

@barnyb they said yesterday I haven't been assigned a waiting list number yet but may get a rough time scale if I phone again next week. They said it will definitely be some time in September (and the calendar says I'm 12+4 on the 1st Sept!)

For the scan the nhs should get you in by 13+6 for the screening so can be over 12 weeks.

Just got home. Have a little baby in there measuring 6+6 (am 7+1 by LMP so dates are about right) who had a good visible heartbeat, is in the right place and in a healthy sac ❤️ burst into tears when she told me! So all is okay! Couldn’t see any reason for the bleeding (so no reason to expect it to happen again) but they were all really lovely and said to call back anytime that I’m worried about bleeding etc. So it’s all okay so far 💕💕💕

I feel everyone on the exhaustion and nausea front. My fiancé has been made to do the majority of the painting around the house whilst I beg out on the sofa with mash potato and a bucket 😂

@Brandygirl27 noooooo did you manage to get a nap?? I'm not rubbing it in at all but iv just woken up from the longest sleep on the sofa with my little cat. I just woke him up and he bit me for moving him 🤭 think someone had too much sleep and woke up grumpy!! 😂😂😂

@Jesskir89 no I didn’t ask if I’m honest, as there wasn’t much to see in a picture and I was just so relieved - it was just a blob with a heartbeat! Going to get a private scan in a couple of weeks (will be between 9 and 10 weeks) so will get a less blob like picture then :)

@Keyboard91 omg I haven't been able to touch any kind of bread for weeks!! satsumas sound lovely !! I also out did myself on the beans front and now it's a no can do situation! 🤭
I'm fruit, yogurt, cereals, jelly sweets, JELLY !
And yesterday ice cream man came round my area but didn't have and change. (Heart breaking ! )
But I'm ready today and he should be coming around 6:45! 🙃🙂🙃🙂

I'm ok, been heaving this morning (good sign or not?) and feeling pregnant still so hopefully that's in my favour x

@barnyb I think my fiancé will be going to asda for some jelly 😍 omg jelly sounds amazing right now! I think I would’ve cried if I wanted ice cream but had no money. Here’s hoping he comes early for you today!

@Keyboard91 OMG that’s amazing news I bet you did ❤️It’s such a scary time but amazing congratulations, bleeding is a very scary time and naturally you think the worst but now you can relax :) xx

Film day is needed badly I feel soooo rough today 😩😩😩I’m feeling shaky and feel like I’m going to pass out easily, sickness is still with me too!! Managers to just get us all dressed and bathed and washed my hair that’s me I’m sitting down again, lol I’ve gone right of pizza that’s my thing I’ve gone off!! I cannot eat it 😩😩I used to love it lol xx

@barnyb oh my gosh I’m soooo jelous!! Lol nope I drifted for 5 minutes but I couldn’t and plus I have to be so careful my little people don’t accidentally come near my tummy or try and jump on me as my little lady still doesn’t know, I think she has her suspicions defo though she was hugging my belly last night and as I look pregnant and she’s said it to me allready I think she does know lol, corni wish my two would nap with me 🤣🙈🙈🙈lol xx
