@Jampot36 ok well don't think too much into the symptoms then. Because some ladies say they didn't get any sickness at all. Iv had bleeding in previous pregnancies and had the dreaded wait for a scan. I know how awful that is. But very lucky yours is tomorrow ! rest now and try and not panic xxxxx

Dinosauraddict · 03/08/2019 23:06

Welcome @Squiff70 and really sorry to hear about your previous losses.

@Jampot36 that sounds scary af. My heart completely goes out to you. I'm glad they've managed to schedule you a scan so quickly though. Got my fingers crossed for you that it's just temporarily bleed which a lot of women get. CakeThanks Try and get some sleep/rest as hard as that will be. Un-MNy hugs from me.

satsumasaturday · 04/08/2019 06:56

@Jampot36 I hope you managed to get some rest and that the bleeding stopped. Thinking of you this morning for your scan, best of luck xx

I'm awake, again, as I have lost the ability to sleep in/sleep comfortably despite being tired all the time 😡

We were in town yesterday looking at sports watches in John lewis and stopped as we went past the pram/car seat section. I hadn't realized how expensive prams are or how much choice and things to consider there are!

oksim · 04/08/2019 07:11

@Jampot36 I hope today's scan goes well. Thinking of you xxxxx

Jampot36 · 04/08/2019 07:17

Thank you all. To be honest I'm not expecting good news. Still bleeding and a lot of pain. Im desperate to believe there's a chance it might ok realistically all the signs are pointing to this being the end for us. X

Keyboard91 · 04/08/2019 07:24

@Jampot36 will be thinking of you today, I hope it’s not the news you’re expecting. Flowers

@avocadoincident sorry for the delay and thank you so much for that sounds great and I will take a look.
@Squiff70 so sorry for your loss it must have been difficult, I lost a baby boy at 16 weeks almost 10 years ago now but I know how you feel.
@Jampot36 sorry to hear you're going through this hun, try and stay positive as best you can. good look for the scan today, ive got everything crossed for you and please keep us posted. X

Jesskir89 · 04/08/2019 07:47

@satsumasaturday I'm the same with my sleep I'm going to order the lavender pillow mist that was mentioned on here to see if it helps

ELW85 · 04/08/2019 07:49

@Jampot36 - thinking of you this morning, absolutely everything crossed it’s good news for you, my dear xx

Sarah873 · 04/08/2019 07:57

@Disney1010 so sorry to hear you had crutches so early for your spd and are feeling it already!! I had it but not so badly from about 20 weeks. Had a great hip brace from the physio that was a real game changer. Hope it stays away for us both!!

@Jampot36 Fingers crossed for you that the scan will give you good news! Heart goes out to you xx

barnyb · 04/08/2019 08:26

@MunchyMunchkin how are you? Haven't seen anything from you recently ? X

Disney1010 · 04/08/2019 08:43

Fingers crossed @Sarah873! I tried a support band last time and it made no difference sadly. Aqua Natal classes were brilliant though, I'm hoping to find another one locally as the class I did last time is no longer running sadly.

MummyP1g · 04/08/2019 08:52

Thinking of you this morning @Jampot36 xx

Squiff70 · 04/08/2019 09:06

Thank you @Dinosauraddict for the welcome.

@Jesskir89 I'm so sorry to hear you lost your son too. Thanks also for the welcome.

@Jampot36 I really hope it's good news at your scan but whatever happens we're here for you.

hopefulowl · 04/08/2019 09:08

@Jampot36 Oh no I am so sorry to read your posts this morning. My thoughts are with you and I really hope things turn out to be ok. It sounds truly awful. Let us know how your scan goes x

Dinosauraddict · 04/08/2019 09:09

@Jampot36 thinking of you this morning. Thanks

blondie87 · 04/08/2019 09:13

Thinking of you @Jampot36. I really hope you get some good news x

MunchyMunchkin · 04/08/2019 09:19

@barnyb I’m here and alive! Been mostly reading rather than chatting as had a few days nausea and exhaustion. Was asleep by 9 last night.
Think I’m using all of my energy on my 4 days at work and then dying all weekend. Only benefit of this is that no one at work (who isn’t a close friend) has any idea.
Got scan date through for the 20th aug which is DD1s birthday.

Jesskir89 · 04/08/2019 09:27

@Squiff70 thank you. Just think this is your time now and enjoy your pregnancy x

avocadoincident · 04/08/2019 10:05

@satsumasaturday
With my dd2 I went to a big mothercare to try out prams and find the one I wanted and then I went on fb marketplace and searched for that specific pram. I bought a lush Silvercross one with all the bells and whistles for £120 and it was immaculate. The pram was an exclusive design between Silvercross and John Lewis and was still In current stock at £1000!!!!!

Go and look in real life then shop around.

All my friends changed from a big pram travel system to lightweight buggy at 12 months so these prams get sold after very little use as most people drive everywhere anyway.

Frillyfarmer · 04/08/2019 10:25

@Squiff70 lovely to see you on here!

I'm 10+1 today and have another scan next Saturday. This weekend in the heat I've really struggled to find anything to wear that doesn't make me look 5 months pregnant 😩

Squiff70 · 04/08/2019 10:33

Hi @Frillyfarmer, great to see you on here too! I'm 6+3 today and we have our first scan tomorrow. I'm terrified they're going to tell us it's triplets, lol

Dinosauraddict · 04/08/2019 10:40

@Frillyfarmer what is your EDD, think you must be the furthest along in the group?!

satsumasaturday · 04/08/2019 10:45

Great tip @avocadoincident thanks! I've never been on fb marketplace but i see what you mean - there's loads on there for not much money at all! I'm definitely going to need to pick the ones that suit us in person though. I'm very weak and we have to go through several sets of stairs and heavy doors to get to our flat so its going to need to be something I can manage myself without dropping the baby! Otherwise I'm going to be stuck indoors a lot!!

barnyb · 04/08/2019 11:19

@Frillyfarmer hey! Your very close to me I'm 10 wks on weds. today I was having good old clean and was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor. It was about an hour non stop clean. I noticed I started to get very slight cramp lower tummy so I stopped and it did stop cramping after I sat down. have you noticed anything like this? This is the first time it's happened to me xx
