@ChesMum2019 do you know when you ovulated ? If you do count 14 days before that and use that as 'day one of period' xx

HJWT · 27/02/2019 18:37

Well its official this baby does not like lasagne!! With DD I just gagged for 38 weeks and only really was sick at the end.... this baby is already giving me such different symptoms 🤢

Prequelle · 27/02/2019 18:38

Ches many women get brown discharge during pregnancy. Try not to worry too much, see your midwife or EPU if it doesn't go away and/or you're concerned xx

Montgomerystubercles · 27/02/2019 18:49

Hello! Can I please come and join you; I had a positive test on Monday and think I am 4+1 now so due around the 5th November with my second. Feeling EXHAUSTED but no other symptoms, although I had a few days where it was agony breastfeeding....glad that has passed!

Prequelle · 27/02/2019 18:50

I've ended up booking a private reassurance scan for next Sunday. I'll be 6 weeks that very day.

brighteye3986 · 28/02/2019 06:10

Anyone having issues with sleep? All this week I've woken up at 4am. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed I'm still up at 4!

Prequelle · 28/02/2019 06:12

Same, but mines 2am! I'm struggling with it because I work 13 hour shifts on my feet all day :(

Waitingformyrainbow · 28/02/2019 06:19

I'm exactly the same! Wide awake at 4am! I'm worried due to breast pain which I had before I found out I'm pregnant, I think my mind is in over drive! I'm going to doctor this morning

brighteye3986 · 28/02/2019 06:22

@Waitingformyrainbow and @Prequelle yay! At least I'm not the only one! I work 8-5 Monday to Friday so I don't get the chance to nap during the day which is hard as it hits me about 2pm every day! I was just reading up on it and it's common in the first trimester- joy! I'm only 4+3 so this is going to be a lonnnngggggg trimester!

Bluebell9 · 28/02/2019 06:27

I've been awake too. It does seem to be common as a few of us were talking about it the other day on the thread.

Bluebell9 · 28/02/2019 06:28

Hope everything goes well at the doctors @Waitingformyrainbow

Waitingformyrainbow · 28/02/2019 06:41

@Bluebell9 thank you so much

ChesMum2019 · 28/02/2019 07:26

@HJWT
I am saying I think I'm 5 weeks as you never know until they scan you. I didn't use any ovulation tracking the month I fell ( the only month I didn't weirdly) infact it was the one month I thought based on usual ovulation testing that I had missed it this month. I've had no anything but I have convinced myself this is bad news. Only symptoms is my tiredness and super sore boobs. No sickness. I get a little crampy of an evening also and can't sleep past 4 am and have Trouble falling asleep. I just want sickness to start but deep down I think it's not good news for me

thumper59 · 28/02/2019 08:02

Morning ladies hope your all well.
I'm 4+3 today, and this will be my first child and is my first pregnancy

Sore boobs have really hit me with a vengeance, they look so much bigger too as OH pointed out. I'm not blessed in the boob department usually but they look bigger! I keep getting some very mild cramping on and off during the day, nausea keeps coming in waves mainly when I'm hungry, so having a bite to eat is sorting that out for now.

Other then that and being tired I don't have many symptoms but I know it's early days! I just hope everything is ok. I got my green book and our first midwife appointment through yesterday so it's all starting to feel real now. We are really excited and finding it hard not to get carried away!

brighteye3986 · 28/02/2019 08:33

@thumper59 we are at exactly the same dates!

Miller2 · 28/02/2019 08:43

@chezmum2019 some people don't get sickness at all. I've had cramping since a week before AF was due. I find a power walk helps A LOT! I also can't sleep very much at the moment. I was well awake at 4:20 this morning. I first woke at ten past one, then sort of rested my eyes until 2:45 then fell back asleep until 4:20. Its been like that since Saturday. I'm ecstatic if I get 5 hours!

Does anyone else feel like this week has gone on forever? There's been a lot to process but I can't believe it's not even Friday yet!

Em39ma · 28/02/2019 09:02

I have full in sickness, wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy.
Starts at 4.30 am and stops about 9pm.
Look about 6 months pregnant, I’m guessing this is all a good sign, as when I fell in September I didn’t get any symptoms and then miscarried in October.
So I’m really hoping feeling this awful is worth it.

Ruthsoph · 28/02/2019 09:03

This chat is very refreshing and reassuring as it seems most of us are going through the same - I have also been waking up around 3 am every morning - and yes this week just seems to keep going on and on.
I am 4wks +1 so still a little nervous in case something goes wrong - going to book a scan today for when I will be 7 weeks just for piece of mind but boobs hurting loads and mouth just keeps filling up with spit quite often - anyone else getting this?
xx

Waitingformyrainbow · 28/02/2019 09:09

@Em39ma oh dear, hope you are feeling better soon, how far gone are you?

Miller2 · 28/02/2019 09:13

@ruthsoph no got the mouth thing but boobs have been total agony. I think they're starting to hurt SLIGHTLY less, either that or I'm just getting used to them HURTING all the time. I think that's not helping with sleep either. Every time I turn over and knock one it hurts.

thumper59 · 28/02/2019 09:33

@brighteye3986 aw how exciting! Hopefully our due dates will stay the same! I think mine will change slightly as I'm sure I ovulated late last cycle but we shall see! Is it your first? Sorry if you've already said x

brighteye3986 · 28/02/2019 09:34

@Em39ma I feel your pain with the morning sickness. Literally from when I get up and then pretty much all day. I've brought some travel sick bands to try and see if they work. I will let you know how I get on. I'm the opposite with waking up with a mega dry mouth.

Needadoughnut · 28/02/2019 09:37

Another time for dry mouth!
