Tired! 2 hours. 2 hours then the cramp started 😭 Fortunately it's pouring with rain here and it's forecast all day so the dog will be well up for a nap later

Kt08x · 11/11/2018 05:52

How spooky all of the below!
Awake at my usual 5am. It's almost guaranteed now 😴😴

HeresMeh · 11/11/2018 07:31

Omg shittiest sleep ever last night 🤢

I'm so fookin' tired, would fall over and then be woken by extreme fanny daggers every 15 - 20 mins or so...

Now feel like I've got a super tender tum - bleugggh!

hammeringinmyhead · 11/11/2018 09:15

Hope all are doing well! We had our first night of simultaneous sleep (me, DH, baby) - the sleep deprivation/hormone combo is brutal but 9 days in I think I'm coming out of the weepy phase.

Emma198 · 11/11/2018 09:28

I wake up like clockwork at 3.45 every morning and go back off at about 7 for a couple of hours 😴😴

orangejuicer · 11/11/2018 09:41

2am, 4am, 7am. Pretty much like clockwork.

So good to hear @hammeringinmyhead -hope you are ok.

Kt08x · 11/11/2018 09:49

@hammeringinmyhead how is it all going? Pleased you managed some sleep! Tiredness is such a killer x

rhuzzle89 · 11/11/2018 10:25

Glad to hear that hammering - 9 days of sleep deprivation combined with crazy hormones sounds challenging to say the least! I wonder how we will cope!!

AnotherOriginalUsername · 11/11/2018 11:44

Glad all is going well @hammeringinmyhead particularly the sleep progress!!

EL332 · 11/11/2018 13:43

@hammering glad your sleep is improving 💕

I've just managed to have another 2 hours sleep 🙈 I didn't feel overly tired but thought I'd try and see if I could nap...

How's everyone else's Sunday's going? X

Not much sleep for me last night either, had to resort to some All4 app viewing on my phone in between constant toilet trips. 8am tomorrow I should be preparing for ELCS 😱 so definitely no sleep tonight either 😬!

Emma198 · 11/11/2018 18:32

@dw23 so exciting! Good luck xx

Kt08x · 11/11/2018 18:43

@EL332 oh wow! Good luck xxx

AnotherOriginalUsername · 11/11/2018 19:01

@dw23 hope all goes well!

What are we going to do when babies are all here? Will we start a Nov/Dec babies thread? Grin

Poppylizzyrose · 11/11/2018 19:12

Hey how’s everyone getting on? I have to sleep sitting up now the heart burn is so bad. Stabbing pains and been told she’s 3/4 of the way engaged. How’s everyone’s bump? Stretch marks yet? My skin feels so tight.

My baby moves so much more now too, awake a lot more.

dw23 · 11/11/2018 19:23

Thank you everyone for the best wishes, I definitely need them, trying not to overthink right now and just enjoy my last night just me and my husband Grin. Will report back with details xx

EL332 · 11/11/2018 19:51

Good luck @dw23 💕

@Poppylizzyrose I'm the same! I've managed to make a wonderful pillow fortress in bed that sees me sleeping upright! Ridiculous... but it works!!

Also, stretch marks... bloody 39 weeks tomorrow and NOW the stretch marks decide to show? Very good 🙄😂

Poppylizzyrose · 11/11/2018 20:02

heresmeh i too have a pillow fortress 😂 I’m on my side and upright, then it’s annoying getting comfy after every loo break. Last night at my sisters I only went to the loo 4 times! I feel so rested 🙈😂

I’ve downloaded a drinking app to make me drink more water, wonder if weirdly that’s why I’m going to the loo less but having proper wees.🤔

I’ve got marks on my hips but they’re white and small but I’m not bragging yet tho! Loads of people have told me you can get them at the end or they show up after birth. My skin just feels so tight, I use lot of oil. Bet you’re so excited! I’m 37 weeks

Italianshark · 11/11/2018 20:39

I got stretch marks! I got them at bloody 29 weeks and they've just kind of got higher but they've not upset me in the slightest, thought I'd be distraught! My OH 5 year old son got upset asking why the baby was scratching me 💙. Bless him lol

Kt08x · 11/11/2018 20:51

Yes to the stretch marks! First tiny few at about 34 weeks and I've seen a hell of a lot appear within the last week at 39+5.. really not loving it at ALL. As self centred as that sounds
Used allllllll of the oils too so god knows how bad they would've been if I hadn't. Hoping cos I've been so good applying they will be quick to fade 😩

AnotherOriginalUsername · 11/11/2018 21:02

No stretch marks here! (No new ones anyway...). At one point in my early 20s I ate my way up to over 25st. Got down to 14st so I've entered pregnancy pre-stretched! At 36 weeks, I'm nowhere near as big as I was when I was just fat 😂

Poppylizzyrose · 11/11/2018 21:07

Kt08x-I’m a bit bothered about marks too nothing to be ashamed of tho, same people saying they shouldn’t bother us, shouldn’t bother them if it does if that makes sense 😂

I’m hoping I come out mainly unscathed but I don’t say much to my friends incase they tell me off for being vain 🙈

Bet you’re all excited! I’m so nervous about the birth now and all the pain!

Can’t wait to meet my baby though, keep having dreams about her. Grin

Kt08x · 11/11/2018 21:13

@Poppylizzyrose pleased someone else said it! Totally not 'embracing' them 😩😂

@AnotherOriginalUsername yes to the babies thread please- would hate for everyone to vanish once the best part starts

As for labour I haven't actually started to worry yet... which is worrying me. I think it'll hit me like a brick very soon x
