I'm 10-11DPO and just had BFP on a digital. I know it's incredibly early but looking at a due date March 3rd 2019!

@TurquoiseWeekend weekend that will be reassuring at that scan, mine probably won't see a heartbeat just yet! Have you had booking in? Without looking back is this your first?

TurquoiseWeekend · 11/07/2018 21:26

@loveisland got my booking in appointment on Tuesday and booked a private early scan for next Sunday, so it's an exciting week next week!
Yes it's my first, I had a miscarriage years ago at 9 weeks so I'm completely terrified it could happen again. If I wasn't constantly queasy I'd swear there was nothing in there!
Is this your first? When's your first appointment?

HidCat · 11/07/2018 22:07

@Millymolly91 I've used up all but one of the tests I'd stockpiled but won't buy anymore. The last one I have is a FRER so no point using it really as I know it will be a clear line lol.

Baby160P · 11/07/2018 23:00

Has anyone had a early scan and got the weeks gone they were and the measurements of the baby crown to rump?

loveisland · 12/07/2018 07:21

@TurquoiseWeekend it's my 2nd, booking in start of August! 9 years is a long time ago so try not to dwell in sure it will be fine! Let us know how it goes

angel0071987 · 12/07/2018 09:12

I haven't yet rung for my booking appointment. Two m/c leads me to be scared to ring and jinx things. When I'm 6weeks I will ring. Currently only 4.3

With my first m/c (my second pregnancy) it was an easy process to ring up and get booked in for 8-9weeks. Sadly I had to ring and cancel the appointment and that made it feel so much worse.
Goodness the tiredness and exhaustion has hit today. I don't remember it being this bad with my son! Although maybe running around after a toddler and getting woken at 5.30 each day has something to do with that ;)

Millymolly91 · 12/07/2018 11:21

Aha I’m glad it’s not just me Grin I’m the same I had so many stockpiled from the last few months of trying that I’m almost out now. Just going to get one more cbd to check dates in a couple of weeks and I vow to stop peeing on sticks haha

Anyday88 · 12/07/2018 15:16

Hi everyone!

Hope you are all feeling ok! I am 4+4 today and the midwives have phoned back today and booked me in for an early scan on 9/8/18 which I am looking forward to after my miscarriage in April.
Tomorrow will mark the exact time in my last pregnancy that I started bleeding so I'm feeling a little anxious today!

angel0071987 · 12/07/2018 15:22

I just turned on the flo pregnancy mode. That has me at a week further on than I calculated using the nhs website?? Flo says 5+4 (nhs says 4) Do you recon flo is the more accurate one?

Haven't had sickness yet which is slightly concerning me even though I know not everyone gets it - when did others kick in? By this time my last pregnancy (full term one) I was sick. But the last 2x (both m/c) got to 8 and 6 weeks without any.

Anyday88 · 12/07/2018 15:24

@angel0071987 the Flo app did this to me too so I adjusted it so that it matches with what I thought. If I'm honest I prefer the Ovia pregnancy app 😊

angel0071987 · 12/07/2018 15:26

@Anyday88 I have previously used loads of different apps but have been reluctant to start adding them on Incase I jinx it! Stupid I know as nothing we do can alter what will be.

angel0071987 · 12/07/2018 16:06

Talking of apps. One of the more fun ones I found to use was BabyCentre. Not only does it talk you through things that are going on but I allows you to take weekly photos and track the bump change. Really nice to look back on and see how you've grown week to week. I remember from my sons pregnancy how I thought I looked huge at around 4months but then laughing looking back at how small compared to end it was!

Baby160P · 12/07/2018 16:21

Emma's diary is also a good app

HarlennJerome · 12/07/2018 16:48

Due 14 of march 2019, feels super far away atm. My first pregnancy but my SO already has a ds in highschool :o
So currently 5 weeks and I definitely need new bras, already bigger 😒 😂 other than that feel a bit sick and still surreal. Who have you told so far?

dmrose · 12/07/2018 18:30

Hello lovely ladies, mind if I join you? Going by implantation bleed I am due somewhere between 17-23 March, I ovulated really late this cycle, have no idea when. Got BFP on Monday but it's only just beginning to sink in. Can't wait for dating scan to get a more accurate due date:) xx

barleyfive · 12/07/2018 20:16

Anyone else suffering with morning sickness yet? I say morning... I feel awful in the mornings, slightly okay as long as I am constantly nibbling on something by mid morning, better after a meal at lunch and then rough later on?

PurpleFlower1983 · 12/07/2018 20:25

I feel exactly the same @barleyfive

PurpleFlower1983 · 12/07/2018 20:44

Personal question everyone but are you still having sex? The midwife said it was fine but I’m reluctant in case something is dislodged! And I’m not meaning to flatter my DH by that! I know it is safe but I have this fear!

HarlennJerome · 12/07/2018 21:03

I get what your saying lol I already feel so protective of it. Like I work part-time washing dishes in a restaurant and my stomach is already pushed up against the counter, just to do the job. I got a small cramp earlier and thought I'd done damage.
I had to tell myself I wasn't injuring my internal organs, chances are not harming a tiny apple seed size baby buried deep either.

TheWanderlust · 12/07/2018 21:03

@PurpleFlower1983 we've not,, but that's purely been because of my exhaustion. Once I'm a bit less lethargic I'm sure things will be back to normal

Mumtobe34 · 12/07/2018 21:03

Evening ☺️

I've two days without my phone (properly smashed the screen 🙈) and I must admit I've missed you guys!

Welcome to all the new mommas that have joined in.

Thanks for answering my last question about private scans, I do also share your opinion @frankiefumbles.

@barleyfive I have none! Just a very mild nausea. In fact, apart from feeling slightly bloated in the evenings and more tired than normal, I do not feel pregnant. I bought another pg test on Monday bc I'm paranoid 😂 of course it was positive

@PurpleFlower1983 DH hasn't touched me since we found out I was pregnant 😂 I'm not against it and we would do it if I attack him, I just do not have the energy... bloody tired 😆

Baby160P · 12/07/2018 21:10

Morning sickness wise I have physically been sick yet but have felt nauseous a some point most days!

dmrose · 12/07/2018 21:18

I'm still very early on but have been having bouts of nausea since the weekend and I was nearly sick today. Usually a bit of food makes it go away, hope it won't get much worse.

angel0071987 · 12/07/2018 21:25

@Windmill1828 is tomorrow your scan? Hope it goes to plan for you.

Windmill1828 · 12/07/2018 21:28

@angel0071987 wow! Yes it is! I can't believe you remembered!
I'm a bit worried actually as I've had back ache all day and a bit of pelvic pain! 😞
I've had a wonderful time (I actually mean that) of nausea and boob pain and all the other lovely things up until today and I felt quite positive - now I'm not so sure.
Anyone else had this? X x
