I'm 10-11DPO and just had BFP on a digital. I know it's incredibly early but looking at a due date March 3rd 2019!

Hi ladies, I'd love to join yous if that's ok? I'm 4+2 according to my dates, and this is my third pregnancy this year after our first ended in a MMC at 9 weeks and then our beautiful daughter Penelope was born sleeping at 20 weeks. I'm hoping and praying this pregnancy ends with me and my hubby leaving hospital with a happy, healthy bundle to bring home!

According to my dates I'm due 11th March however I've been told I'll be induced no later than 37 weeks so will actually have baby at the end of Feb.

Wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies xxx

Morning ladies. Got my bfp this morning. 4 weeks pg and due approx. March 14th. Feeling cautiously optimistic as had a MC at 11 weeks in January. How's everyone doing so far?

RachaelT · 03/07/2018 08:43

I found out on Saturday that after 10 long TTC months we've done it! I had 2 strong results (one Boot's cheapie and one Clear Blue with weeks). We've calculated our due date is 1st March.

As we're in our mid-30s and had been trying with no joy for so long had already got an ultrasound booked for today to check everything was okay. GP told me to still go for it despite being 5+4, I'm expecting to only see the sac and no embryo, a little nervous and excited at the same time.

Very bloated with bouts of nausea (they seem to be getting worse day by day - yesterday I was nearly sick in the middle of the supermarket) and a need to pee every hour (I'm dreading the wait for today's scan with full bladder!)

pushit · 03/07/2018 08:51

@PurpleFlower1983 hope all is okay cx

RedRobin7 · 03/07/2018 09:25

@MrsLCW @HidCat @RachaelT Welcome ladies! Fingers crossed for you all! Nice to see people follow me from the TTC after MC board 😊 There's also more of us over in the March thread on the antenatal board.

RedRobin7 · 03/07/2018 09:27

@PurpleFlower1983 Brown is usually okay as it's old blood. If you're worried get it checked out. Hope everything is okay xx

frankiefumbles · 03/07/2018 09:27

@PurpleFlower1983 I believe brown is okay 👌 don't worry too much, just see how things go (easier said than done, right)

Welcome to all you new people joining us. There is another thread linked below in the ante-natal clubs which I think has a few more people in it, you're welcome to join there too.

@MrsLCW sorry to hear about your history, also @HidCat. Wishing you both well. There are a lot of people here who have had previous MCs so lots of support available.

@RachaelT it's wise to be cautious with such an early scan but if it's on offer, why not. I'm trying to hold on until week 8 (I'm 5+3)...but it would be interesting to hear how yours goes because presumably that will be the same as what I've got inside at the moment!

RachaelT · 03/07/2018 10:17

@frankiefumbles I'll let you know - I asked hubby if he wanted to see if there was a chance of me getting a printout (he's on day 2 at a new job so can't really be asking to leave to accompany me) and he said he wasn't bothered! I'm sure his mum would want to see though (we told her within hours of finding out) so I'm getting one if theres opportunity.

PurpleFlower1983 · 03/07/2018 10:30

Thanks everyone. Nothing else has happened but I do have some abdominal cramps still but nothing too majors

Welcome to everyone and congratulations! X

RachaelT · 03/07/2018 10:41

@PurpleFlower1983 so very glad to hear it!

Are you still dreadfully bloated? I am, it seems to get worse as the day goes on - yesterday I opted for the rubber band jeans extender from about 3pm onwards.

PurpleFlower1983 · 03/07/2018 12:05

I’m very bloated! Jeans are too tight already!

Sophlou · 03/07/2018 12:27

Hi all,
I've just come across this post I'm due on the 2nd of March. Extremely nervous as I had a missed miscarriage in March but trying to stay positive. I have 2 children 16 and 18 so I feel like I know nothing at all. Its so strange I never thought I'd be having a baby when mine are the age they are but the thought of my kids turning into adults has sent me into panic mode and here I am Smile

Anxiousannie18 · 03/07/2018 16:49

@purpleflower I’m in exactly the same boat! Due 4th March and yesterday afternoon had some brown mucus-like discharge. Have had more today. Spoke to a midwife who said this is really normal and nothing to worry about. Her advice was to wait and come into the EPU for a scan if I was still worried in a couple of weeks (as she said doing it before then would be a bit pointless as there wouldn’t be much to see). She said if I start bleeding heavily or clots then obviously I should come in. But it was actually v reassuring as she was completely unphased by it and said it was totally totally normal. Fingers crossed for us both!

PurpleFlower1983 · 03/07/2018 16:54

That’s really reassuring @Anxiousannie18 Thank you! X

Anxiousannie18 · 03/07/2018 16:57

I’m such a worrier at the best of times @purpleflower1983 so it’s still hard not to get stressed about it all but it’s definitely helpful to hear a professional say how normal and unconcerning it is. Will let you know any updates!

PurpleFlower1983 · 03/07/2018 17:59

Thanks! I’m going to see midwife on Monday so will mention it then.

Kittymumma · 03/07/2018 19:08

When I spoke to the midwife she said cramping and brown discharge can be normal and to only be co cerned with red bleeding with pain at the same time. Also still crazy bloated... will be in maternity clothes by next week if this carries on Blush

MrsLCW · 03/07/2018 19:23

Oh ladies I'm only 4+2 and super bloated as well!!! My stomach didn't really disappear after I had Penny and it's pretty much just bounced back to what looks like a fatty bump! X

bluebird3 · 03/07/2018 20:02

Hi ladies. Can I join? I got a bfp on Sunday with a due date of 13th March. I've been ttc for 3 years and had 3 failed rounds of ivf. The last was in Dec and I've somehow fallen naturally. One of my ivfs ended in mc and that cycle was the exact same time last year (dd for that one was 9th March). It all feels very unreal at this point. 4w today!

TheWanderlust · 03/07/2018 20:10

Congratulations @bluebird3
So sorry to hear about your mc. What a surreal experience falling pregnant at the same time a year later. Fingers crossed for you that all goes smoothly x

lolacola13 · 03/07/2018 20:12

Oh girls I'm just so exhausted . 😩

Kittymumma · 03/07/2018 20:16

@Lolacola13 i recommend having 1 powernap a day.. helps me massively!

HidCat · 03/07/2018 21:00

@bluebird3 congratulations! So lovely that you've fallen naturally.

lolacola13 · 03/07/2018 21:13

Seems to be the exhaustion and nausea is setting in same time every day since I found out at weekend . Around 4/5pm I am a sack of u know what. Iv perked up now! Waiting for love island and might treat myself to a corner yoghurt lol xx

Westieandlittleboymama · 03/07/2018 21:32
