Depressed

Hello i think I have prenatal depression. I'm irritated and hate everyone. My friends have disappeared. I'm up all night on the loo so I'm exhausted in the day. I just can't be bothered with all the baby talk and people keep saying my bump is small so I think there's something wrong. Needing a piss constantly means I can't get comfortable and I feel weak probably From losing so much water

Once I'm back I'll work right up to my due date. Having an elective anyway so can be assured I won't be going overdue! (Went 2 weeks over with my last DC). I need to keep busy. And earn and save as much as I can for maternity. If you are struggling at work though 36 weeks is a good deal.

I've got holidays to take me up to my due date aswell so going to use them and do my Xmas shopping lol

Tearful again today thinking early mat leave is my only option I can't make mistakes in my job my career would be over

I can't cry here again they'll bloody section me ffs they all think I'm unbalanced anyway

Awww Baltic!! Have you got even one person at work you can confide in?! Might help talking to a superior about what's going on if you've got an advocate.

How are you doing now? Hope things are as ok as they can be.

I've decided to start my maternity leave at 29 weeks, which is the earliest I am allowed. I just don't see another option. I also need to speak to my perinatal team tomorrow as this anxiety is getting worse, even though I really hoped last week's scan would help for a while at least.
