Can ongoing brown discharge have a happy ending? :(

I'm scared.

Im 6-7 weeks pregnant according to my last period.

I had light brown mucus and stains last week.
Yesterday I had watery brown just once on the tissue when I wiped.
Today I've had mucusy dark brown stringy discharge nearly every time I wipe and the odd 5p Sized brown mark in pad.
I have back pain but it could be due to long day at work
I'm so upset and can't chill out

Can this have a happy ending. . ?

Awww. Had this thread on watch. I'm delighted for you. Brown blood normal. Red blood not!! I had similar during pregnancy. Congratulations

Ah brilliant. I also had lots of brownish mucousy gunk.
Mw was adamant it was fine as long as it wasn't red. All ended well, dc is now nearly 4.
Great to have seen a heartbeat too. I read somewhere that once you see a goos heartbeat the chances of an actual live birth rise to above 98%.

Good news! Fwiw I have had a mmc and a successful pregnancy. Brown bleeding all the way through the succeeding one and red / pink with the mmc.

I think OP that everything was as expected for the gestation with the HB. That is very encouraging and was my experience when I personally had early scans with my two pregnancies. The people I know personally (2) who have MC after seeing a HB were told they were way behind where they were. So for example they thought they were 9 weeks (and were certain they conceived 7 weeks ago) but they were told they were only 6 for example. But this is purely anecdotal.
